Just went to Dollar General in Alba to get two items. One young man with long dark curly hair and and older lady that was trying to sweep while young man was talking non stop. I went to self checkout and did my transaction. It told me to remove my card, but never gave a receipt. I pressed the call button but obviously did no good since phone was in the cradle. I yelled several times and walked around. Nobody came. I walked ouy.

My wife and I were just in the store here in Alba, Tx. Along with several other customers had to walk around and locate the two employees who were at the back corner of the store. They knew there were customers waiting to check out and they still would not come to the front. We ended up using the self check out and weren't able to get items employees have to get for you. I immediately called corporate and filed a complaint.

Dollar Generals can be put in a spot where they seem unorganized, but this spot has always been clean and easy to maneuver. They have a tiny bit of everything a larger store would have! (And it's convenient for people in the area!)

They really need to have a diet or sugar free section. I like shopping there but many times i am forced to drive alot farther to the grocery store because they dont have more sugar free or diet options, very limited. They dont even carry non frosted pop tarts or less salt chips. Those of us with diabetes and high blood pressure need more options. Thanks

This is my favorite DG, everyone that works here has awesome customer service. I love it when Kristi is working, she is always fun to talk to. Best DG around! Very clean! Happy customer🤗

I've seen comments the store is messy, the store isn't messy but carries many items as store policyit's a little store trying to accommodate everybody. The manager works the floor and is able to help, she always has a smile and nice word for the customers.

Had a bad review for this location..went in today and what a surprise..new manager..the store was clean. No clutter all down the isles and was stocked. I now will be going back there..what a difference a new manager can make..good job!!

I had to search for what I went in to purchase. The new design is not very user friendly, but the employees are always willing to try to help. They no longer carry lasagna noodles or plastic bathroom cups😣

First time at this location. Great spot for a quick, box of noodles and some paper towels etc. Friendly staff that was quick to show me to the items I needed. A+

A heavy set girl with black hair name Jennifer refused to wait on a customer went as far as telling her to use self checkout or leave when the lady protest she threatened to call law enforcement on her to have her removed from the store I will never step foot in this store
