Needed some tires and was using Affirm for the first time. The cashier guided me on how to do it patiently. When we needed help, a manager from another department went to go help with a smile on her face. Great experience. I would definitely go back there for my car needs, even if I have to drive a little more.

Today we went to the Walmart in Alamo TX my dad was going to buy a bicycle for which the marked price was $228 dlls to which when we were going to pay at the cashier it was marked at $398 I told them I would respect it. the price the boy very friendly. I went to ask the manager and he said no, ask to speak to him and he never deigned to come out and I asked a lead and he answered me rudely, being that they made the mistake in the price, they said it was wrong. According to someone, she changed them. It's strange that your bicycles of the same brand were in the same place and they told me they couldn't make changes because they were orders from higher up, according to her, the truth is that I don't recommend that Walmart. Terrible attention. They don't have inventory control.

I highly recommend coming here for your Valentines day gifts. They have a really cute selection of stuffed animals, flowers, snacks, and Valentine's Day cards that'll make your significant other fall in love with you again (hopefully 😅). Right now they have these comically large Valentine's day cards and I recommend getting them before they run out because they are really cute in my opinion.

I used to enjoy going to this Walmart, but the last time i went, i felt harassed by one of the employees. He kept following me around the whole time i was trying to do my shopping. He literally made me feel very uncomfortable, left my shopping cart with my items, and left.

Disappointed in my local Walmart . My husband went in tonight to buy a baby swing. He drove in there supper excited . He searched the baby isles and could not find the merch. He walked up to employee Maria for some help. He was told the first time there wasn’t any available but he was explaining for online it says there is a baby swing available. A second employee heard the conversation and said there was 2 available in the back where they have merch . Employee Maria had no choice but to go “double check”. She came back saying it was on the top shelve and couldn’t get it . As an employee when signing contract you are aware of working in many different situations. Wether it’s with heavy merchandise / or reaching high areas on top shelves and many other situations . She could have also asked for help INSTEAD my husband had to walk out the store empty handed with no swing for our baby because employee Maria did not want to do her job and satisfy a customer on a purchase . Now I must order online and schedule for pick up a different day. But instead , I might just order from target. We had decided instead our local Walmart would be better but now I’m not so sure . Employees seem to forget why they work . It’s not to hang around . It’s to satisfy and help the customer on purchases .

The lines at the registers are ridiculous even the self checkout lines are long. And some people I guess can't count since they tend to go to the quick lanes (20 items or less) with a full cart

Came here to pick up some Gatorade products and found them all. I especially came to this Walmart for help on repairing my glasses. Nadia from optical helped me out. She was great with the customers even though some of them were being jerk, she held her ground.. Shout out to her. Great job

If I could give this store 0 star, I would. Took in my sister’s vehicle for an oil change. Made an appointment for 4 pm on December 23rd. Right after leaving the store and I returned the car back to my sister… the car started leaking water through the inside onto the passengers bottom carpet area. I called and the gentleman said to take it back and they will figure it out. Took it back and the manager didn’t hear me out on the issue. He just said that the man who did the oil change and the added maintenance wasn’t there that day. In the notes it says what they did and what they found as in any issues. It’s such a coincidence that ever since that day it’s been an ongoing issue. They for sure lost a customer for life. I will no longer be taking my car or anyone’s car for any type of service. Very irresponsible and couldn’t even look into the issue. I will be contacting corporate.

Out on a mini weekend getaway and stopped by to get some food for the beach and this place is extremely clean and organized. The staff are very polite and friendly. They even had a Baja Duty Free mini store inside! I've never seen one of these. They're pretty cool. I also like how they have a lot of Mexican inspired snacks and food here as well. Also the produce is a lot cheaper here.

This is a big walmart. I always find what I'm looking for. Always clean and the people who work here are very nice. I get my oil changed here because they're quick and and get the job done well.

Don’t send your elderly parents or grandparents alone to Walmart in Alamo they will be ignored and made to wait until the self check out lady has time. We were very disappointed to see this, so of course my wife offered to help. He was so thankful and told Cynthia the check out lady this was your job she stated I don’t have time to help everyone i was attending some one else first. Worst customer service I have ever experienced, mind you there was both check out people helping the same person instead of this man that was asking for help. I could have gone to complain but let’s be honest it would have fell on deaf ears. Beware!!!

Went to look for a phone and computer charger and they were not only rude but we had to look for ourselves then my wife grabbed a returned item that she found opened in the return crate and the guy literally grabbed it from her hand and said “ Oh, no this is a new item!” So we asked the price and it was retail which was over $40 for a cheap generic version of the charger when the original is on their website for $7.99!😡

Store not very clean, rotisserie chickens half cooked, produce seems already wilted (b/c not kept consistently cold), you have to really inspect canned goods (b/c many are dented), on & on. Reminds me of a convenience store in a low rent district. Thankfully, we're only seasonal residents. We'd never put up with this at home.

I am disabled and there is never ever driving carts to help out while shopping either they are never connected, broken, or just don't have enough I wish they would really look into this....GOD BLES YOU ALL, PLEASE make it right for the community

I'm pretty happy with this Walmart. It pretty much keeps from running all across the local towns to buy something and what I can't find I can usually order online for pickup or to be delivered to my home.

Great store however they need checkers for groceries! Expecting you to all do your own is wrong especially without any discount!
