You all are so darn rude! The reason we call is to ask questions, why do I hear you pick up the phone and then out me on a continuous hold at least 6 times within a 10 minute call? I, along with other customers, I can only assume, end up hanging up. I bet that’s what you want anyways. If you don’t want to help stop working there. Rude frikkin people or at least have the courtesy to talk to me and tell me to wait. Worst pharmacy out there!

Went in to get passport photos and boy were they pricey (2 for $19). Other drug store, can't say which one, have 4 pics for the same price. I only left the 3 stars because they have better prices on Coca Colas. Hehe!

Great and fast service :) Older blonde lady cashier is the BEST employee. Always greeting and smiling at everyone. Walgreens needs more people like her 😊

Prescription was supposed to be filled today but instead was flagged and canceled filling because my doctor isn’t local. They knew I had the prescription being filled yesterday, because they falsely told me it was ready, and now it’s an issue. It is a medication that I cannot go without.

Pharmacy section is so rude, fed-ex section is very unprofessional. They speak over you, gaslight you, hang up on you when you try calling them, and talk to other employees as if your not even there. No one was available or there to help you, it was empty and took a while for someone to help. Don’t waste your time or money here.

I understand the pharmacy staff is busy, however; the public is also in demand of the pharmacy services given the increase or covid cases in our county. Therefore, the staff should express professionalism and extend at least good customer service. The pharmacy tech with the "pink frame" classes appears to hate her job and customer service is a bother to her, avoid her if possible. Angelica, now! It's employees like her that customers keeping going back and don't opt to go across the street. "5 gold stars!" For Angelica.....she's an asset to the company. No gold star for "pink frames" but 3 because it's not all bad. Walgreens, is my local fave convenient store.

Manny at the pharmacy very aggressive, it is 9:00pm I come in to get a prescription he said they are not taking any prescriptions until tomorrow, well you don’t close until 10pm 1 hour left on the clock, so because you can’t keep up we as customers can’t get meds? Maybe hiring more people or hiring people that want to work is a better idea.

This Walgreens is ridiculous and rude! I went to drop off a rx for my father at a Walgreens prior to this location but than was called shortly after that they were not in stock but for me to go to this Alamo location because they would be able to fill the script. When I got there a woman(i did not see her name tag) informed me that they couldnt help because my dad was not on the system. I informed her it couldn't be correct because I had already gone to a different Walgreens where they had his info and they had contacted him to inform him they were not able to help him so how was it possible they didn't have him in the system. She than rudely told me well he's not in here than asked me for my ID.i don't understand what my ID had anything to do with it if the rx was for my dad and he was alreAdy in the system. I left than called 2x to ask a few questions and they hung up on me 2x I did not appreciate the rudeness or the fact that she wanted to argue he had never been there before . Aren't all Walgreens able to pull up a pt regardless if they were at a different location?

I've never had a bad experience with this pharmacy. As a rule of thumb I always check the medication label and the medication itself before taking.
