I love Karl's. Always very helpful and they have great knowledge of products. Very customer oriented, which I look for in any place I visit. Very nice and greet customers upon entering. Clean and organized and I buy all my pets needs here.

not sure why they would asnwer the phone if they're "closed". the website says they close at 5:25pm, my dog had a life or death situation and now he is dead because i wasn't able to get what i needed. I expressed my hardship and situation but they didn't care. bad service

Bought flea pills for all my dogs since it was such a reasonable price and it only worked a day. My poor dogs are infested. Now I'm not sure if i have to wait 30 days and let my dogs suffer until I get a REAL flea pill. 😭 don't make the same mistake I did if you're reading this.
