This HEB is always great to me. Very close to me and the staff are always attentive and ready to help. The store is always clean whenever I go and items are easy to find. The store is open real late which comes in clutch when I'm in need of some last second items. 10/10 would shop there again.

Found some good deals, but store is completely packed with people and lots of empty shelves. I was nearly run over by teenagers running thru store several times, and then after waiting in line for 20 min, my turn to check out. Yes, all available checkers had long lines back into the aisles. The main product I came for I didn't purchase as it was ringing up wrong price and they don't have enough staff to go price check. So, I left without my product. I shopped both stores tonight that are in Alamo... Walmart and HEB, they both were busy, I can't believe I'm gonna say it, but I preferred shopping at Walmart tonight. HEB you need to step up, I didn't have to wait 20 min in line at Walmart.

Have the Big Blue which is my favorite soda to drink when I come to Texas. Bought 2 different salads and they where really good and of course had to get my favorite comic. The lines to check out where long, but they did move quickly. I would have given them a 5 star, but the fact that the self checkout lines are for only 15 and 10 items or less is frustrating cause I like to use the self checkout lines.

I love shopping at this heb but the fruits are always bad mostly the strawberries and this oranges or tangerines I would like for you guys to check your fruits often kids can get sick because of this.

This is a good place to do your everyday grocery shopping. Most of the times you can go in and come out rather quickly once in awhile there is a long line and you got to do some waiting. My only problem is when I can buy some things there and then all of a sudden they no longer handle them and I need to look for another HEB who does.

Certainly not the worst store in the RGV. That have some pretty good sales on particular items. They would really serve themselves a big favor, by opening at 5am. I know a lot of seniors, like myself, who love to get their shopping done early (yes, to avoid the crowds!). Thank you.

My sister lost her wallet. At that moment, he alerted the manager and they did not help, his security measures and protocol are terrible, the clients are terrible, he had to talk to the San Juan police to file a report with the police and they could that a man had taken and stolen the wallet #HEB San Juan lousy service for your customers 👛 🤬😡😡🤬

Always willing to help the security guard is always helpful in redirecting people with no handicap permit. So people that actually have one can park! Whoever you are Sir you keep up the good job. We need more security personnel like this gentleman! Store is clean and I feel safe going at night! Thank you Sergio the store manager for a great job you and your team do!

Great clean location with lots of Variety, we live in Donna, Texas and would rather drive the extra mile to either Alamo or Weslaco. Donna location really needs an upgrade and more options.

This rating is for the bakery only. I love the way the cake decorator did an amazing job on my daughter's birthday cake. I couldn't find anyone to decorate a cake with a stitch theme, so I asked them just to surprise me and they did an amazing job. The toys fit perfectly on the cake theme.

It gets a little pack sometimes depending on what time of day you go but it's a cool store at nigstore I've never had a problem it's nice and clean and I appreciate that there is multiple cash registers open there's open not like a certain other store that has tons of cash registers and nobody working them so I'm cool with this store

Every HEB I go to whether it's in my hometown of Edinburg or any nearby town/city, the service is always the same! Great customer service along with a store that's clean with everything easy to find. I really do love my HEB!The only update I can provide is that HEB remains #1 in customer service and never fails to provide quality products.

Busy place after 5 pm on Saturdays. Fast self check out is faster than the lines. Easy place to get in and out when shopping in short time.

The store is super clean. It is organized so items are easy to find. If you ask for the location of an item, an associate takes you to the actual location. They just don't point you in the direction of said item. They always have enough cashier so the wait in line is not long. I enjoy shopping at HEB in Alamo. Thank you, management for keeping a great store.

For some reason the groceries here are somewhat more expensive than in the bigger HEBs. Didn't find all we were looking for. Normally this is a very busy HEB, but we went early in Sunday morning and there weren't alot of shoppers yet. Customer service was good and people were polite and courteous.

Brandy, at the service desk is an asset to HEB. With a busy Sunday and a long line at the service desk she was extremely helpful and professional. Had an issue with Xbox gift card but got it handled. Thank you!

I just placed a delivery order Sunday night got my groceries delivered at the time i had selected, got a test message to let me know driver was headed to my house. My food was fresh , frozen products were cold. Great service and the delivery fee is not bad at all. Totally worth it and will be using it again for sure.

HEB has good customer service.Store is always packed, but I love this Store.Not going to lie, but I prefer shopping online. Delivery is fast and they always get my order correct.
