Wonderful spot when you need it the most. Some reviews complain about price but I think it’s fair for how isolated it is. Just not enough business to keep prices lower.The place is clean. Proprietors are friendly and helpful. Food in the indoor sandwich shop is good and fresh. They have normal convenience items plus plenty of odds, ends and necessities. I will always make a point to stop here during my NM <—> TX travels.Thanks for the kindness.

Great place for food, I had the breakfast Burrito, with fries and I was genuinely surprised at how good the food was! The representatives at the travel stop were very attentive and catering during my stay. I come here in passing very often however, this was my first time trying their food. I will come back to eat on my way back home.

DO NOT STOP HERE! Very rude, racist woman kept badgering us to buy something when I was waiting for my husband to get out of the bathroom. I told my husband and she yelled at him that bathrooms were for customers only. My son wanted a toy but we put it back on the shelf after my husband told her we weren’t buying it anymore due to her rude behavior. She chased us outside and kept yelling, in front of my 4 year old son. She accused us of taking the toy when we had put it back on the shelf. Only when my husband told her he is an attorney she went back inside and left us alone. My son was scared and did not understand what was going on. After reading many reviews of this place, I see many people have been treating rudely and many more have been SCAMMED out of thousands of dollars after using their cards at the pumps. Never in our lives have we been treated so horribly and it hurts my heart my son had to experience such racism at a young age. Two white men went inside just to use the bathroom as I was waiting for my husband and this woman/cashier did not say a single word to them except to offer them coffee. It is a disgrace that places like this still exist in America in this day and age.

I love stopping here on my way in and out of Texas. I always get their hummus! Nara is also a true gem. I come to and from very often and love to tell her about my travels. Their bathrooms are very clean too

It's been a few years since I've been out this way, this place has had some major improvements! Incredibly friendly people here, and although it's on the pricey side the food is really good- waaay better than you'll find at any of the chain truck stops!

The cashier (Shawna) and cook (CW) are great and very polite. The food is fresh and cooked right there. Snacks, gas, drinks, they got it. The bathrooms are extremely clean as well. Whether you’re road tripping or just getting gas, this is the best place to stop!

I have no clue on the fuel because I didn’t need any. But the restaurant and store are an oasis. The only thing they’re missing is fresh made pastries. They have delicious looking sandwiches of hamburgers brisket tuna fish grilled cheese yada yada yada. I had the homemade hummus (twice now), 2 pieces of corn, and the salad. The ladies here are charming. There’s a good size dirt lot in the back for at least 30 trucks. Be clean be respectful and drive safe.

The hummus and warm bread was AMAZING, enough to share between me and my teenage son and the grilled corn was epic with the pepper and cheese. Never had it that way before and loved it. Great sales person at the counter suggested It. Both the staff people I interacted with were just so warm and friendly and it was a great welcome as we arrived in the state. Thanks for a great meal on the go!! Something actually nutritious AND delicious? Yes, please and thank you!!

Who knew we’d pull off to the best gas station food we’ve ever had?.. Not only was the food amazing & fresh.. The shop was clean, cozy with tables, and they even had “The Office” on. They ladies who run the shop were so lovely to me and my fiancé. I hope I can have experiences like this every time.

We stopped there to use restroom. They literally ask you to buy something in order to use restroom. The staff is very rude. When we didn’t buy anything, used restroom and were about to leave, a lady employee ran in front of our van and threw eggs on our windshield. Since we were leaving and were not able to see in front we stopped in parking lot to clean our windshield, the other lady came to is and shouted to leave.NEVEREVER stop here, fill up gas or buy things from here.The worst experience ever in US for the first time.

I can’t believe it’s 2023 and I’m experiencing something like this but I’m on a road trip and I was looking for a gas station to buy a couple of things and I checked to see which ones were open. I get to this gas station about 9:08 PM. I see that the open sign is still on, the cashiers are still in there yet as soon as I step out of the car and start walking towards it, they turned off the lights and come and lock the doors and I thought to myself will it’s a weird time for them to close online it shows 10 PM and even if they were closing early Why are they randomly closing at 9:10 so I drove away and I called just to see if they were actually closed and of course they weren’t. They answered the phone and I asked them if it was the Adrian truckstop, the lady said yes, so then I asked what time it closes and she hung up. I’m not one to pull the race card but what am I supposed to think when I’m in the middle of nowhere, Texas, and , I see a gas station close as soon as I start walking up to the door. If people of color, or specifically Black people are not welcome at this location around a certain time, just put up a sign, and we gladly won’t come here. This is not what I would expect from a Valero gas station.

Random stop on my road trip. Don't eat meat so they offered me some homemade hummus. Oh my God was it amazing!!! The ladies at the counter were extremely nice, the bathroom was very clean. Great place to stop. They have an actual restaurant inside.

This stop is worth it for the barbecue sandwich alone! Clean restrooms, great selection of goods, and wonderful customer service. It was like an oasis on our long road trip!

Overnight parking for trucks. Had a breakfast burrito for dinner. I know. But it was fresh and delicious. Had coffee and tomales for breakfast. Again, very tasty. But tomales fell apart. Prices, especially the burrito, were high. Restrooms were clean, stocked and maintained. Staff was super friendly and energetic. Must be family owned because the same people were there when I left as when I arrived eleven hours earlier. They work hard and deserve your business.

Wow! I was very impressed how clean the place was, especially the bathrooms! The owners were very friendly and the grill food smelled delicious (American, Mexican, and Armenian, and even vegetarian options). There were even 4-person tables to sit down and eat. Family friendly. Lots of souvineers, Route 66 paraphernalia, and cute hats to purchase as well. I would highly recommend Adrian's Travel Shop.

Family and I stopped here to get gas and use the bathroom. We were about to just keep traveling and find somewhere else to stop for food but decided to eat here instead. Hands down some of the best food we’ve ever eaten on a road trip. They make everything from scratch and the food is served fresh to us. We would 100% stop here again for sure and can’t recommend enough to anyone who passes by it. 10/10

Love stopping here. The two sisters are very friendly. Great food to order and the prices are great. I've never seen a cleaner bathroom in my life.
