This store has been off it's game lately. There are workers who seem lazy or don't care about customers. Once I was in the store asking for an item which their online website claims they have in stock and the first employee I saw I asked for they keep such item at and his response was they are out. Then I called just now asking for an item and the guy on the phone Matt said they were probably out even before he went to check for me. Seems to me if Tractor Supply wants to keep their customers they need to work with customer service with their employees. Not happy at all

I was just in the store and was completely lost. Jolene was so nice and helpful! I apologized like a million times because I felt like an inconvenience but she reassured me that she was there to help. I'll be coming back to this location without question even though it's out of my way because I feel welcome here ❤️

Drove 25 miles to buy 7 stock tanks from this store and the customer service was horrible. Ted was about as friendly and helpful as a box of rocks. He told me to pull out of the yard and secure the load outside of the gate so he could get back to work, while the tanks were falling off the trailer. Thanks for rushing me out of there, I'll do business elsewhere.

Mickel Handyman Service is here replacing the changing room. We had to remove the drywall and fix the steel studs because another company didn’t know how to read blueprints. But thanks for doing it wrong. Keep up the good. Job security.

Do not purchase stuff online. I personally will tell everyone I know not to come here. I paid same day shipping for an item (a parvo shot for a dying dog) to be delivered to a friends house. After a few hours the item was still not delivered so my friend went to this location and was told the order was cancelled and I would be getting a refund . So I purchased a similar product online for him to pick up at the same store that day. The following day, the original order got delivered after I had already been told it was cancelled. They still will not process my refund. They will also not reimburse me for the same day shipping I paid for even though the item was delivered a day late. They basically stole my money and are refusing to return it.

Checked website for a tow lawn sweeper which indicated 1 in stock. Verified with employee Dakota that the lawn sweeper was in stock. Traveled to location and the sweeper was not in stock. Horrible.

I am so disappointed, I've been trying to set up subscription for dog food and have been unsuccessful, for months, even after calling customer support twice, still cannot get it done. Last call i made they had the store address for my address on my account, I may have to take my business elsewhere so I can do a subscription, or just purchase my food elsewhere.

Was my 1st time in such a store. I LOVED it!Started out by an employee greeting me outside and asking me if I needed help finding anything. I told him I was there about puppy stuff and wasn't totally sure what I might need help with yet. He offered to walk back to pet section with me and answer any questions I might have. When I declined he smiled and told me he'd be available or any other employee to just ask.I stopped at the For Sale/Clearance area. I knew I was in trouble when I already had 5 things in basket that were no where near what I came for.Anytime I had a question, there was someone polite and never bothered by me stopping them to ask.Closing at 9pm. Knew before I got there. Reminded when announced over store speakers and had 4 different employees ask if they could help me. (it was 930pm by then.)Employees were all patient and very helpful. They wanted me out. They wanted to go home. They NEVER ONCE made me feel rushed tho.I learned alot about pet foods. Alot of very important information. Then, I was finally ready to check out. When he gave me my total I was a little surprised I had spent that much. Well, so was my card.They waited for me to go out to truck and get my wallet and phone to fix my "issue" and nicely put me on my way.Perfect Shopping Trip.EXCEPT--- THE PARKING LOT WAS PITCH BLACK AND I WAS ALONE UNLOADING BAGS INTO CAR. REALLY SHOULD DESIGNATE EVEN JUST 2 LIGHTS TO STAY ON AFTER CLOSING.Not all of us shoppers wanna be turned into a dark parking lot alone with no noise but the clanging of the door being locked.Granted, I could have gone earlier possibly but never know when you might have the wrong type lurking in pklot and someone stopping last minute just for pet food.ITS REALLY DARK OUT THERE.

They are very convenient because they're on my way home. They usually have what I need but when they don't they order it and call me when it comes in. It's nice walking into a store with knowledgeable people that ask if they can help you unlike the big box stores.

Update- have been back several times and nothing has changed. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Their selection of speciality "out here" stuff is great. The place is so nice, even the other customers are great. - They were the only place that had what I needed. I couldn't find it but the lady at the customer service counter was super nice and knew right where it was. I will definitely be back again.

I just want to thank the young man who assisted me with an issue I was having with my rose bush. At night, something, deer, squirrel, rabbit, had stripped all the leaves off the branches and left a trail. The strangest thing. The young man wasn't sure, but recommended Repel All, least expensive of the products and safe for pets. Worked like a charm the night after spraying. And now the bush is completely back and with buds. I'll be sure to thank him in person next trip to Tractor Supply in Adkins.

DAVID NEMETH MADE MY VIST A GREAT EXPERIENCE 👍 FROM THE MOMENT I WALKED IN WAS A MEET AND AND GREET TO WHAT CAN I HELP YOU LOOK FOR AT THE TIME I DIDN'T NEED ASSISTANCE BUT AFTER LOOKING FOR CANS OF DOG FOOD I COULDN'T FIND HE CHECKED THE SYSTEM AND DON'T WORRY WE HAVE 30 CANS AND I BET I COULD FIND THEM WHICH HE DID AFTER HE FOUND THEM HE EVEN OFFERED YO PLACE A RAIN CHECK SO THAT THE NEXT TIME I WENT THE ITEM WOULD BE ON THE SHELVES THIS GUY REALLY LOVES HIS JOB these days it's so hard to find great customer service he went out and beyond for this store

I was almost physically assaulted and definitely mistreated by Angel, the night manager. He would not allow me to make a return in the form of my original payment, which was cash, even though I had my receipt. He said the policy was no cash returns over $150, that he'd either mail me a check or put it on a gift card. When I asked him to show me this policy, he said he didn't have it on hand, and I have been unable to find it anywhere on the website. All I wanted was to return my items, but when I kept asking why I couldn't do this he told me to leave and threatened to call the cops if I didn't, even though I was remaining calm and was not being threatening in any way. When I did start to walk out, he was right behind me and actually stepped on my shoes at one point, a gesture I took as the beginning of a potential physical assault. If this is how this store treats their customers, I have no desire to shop here again.

They had what I needed at a fair price. The cashier was friendly and helpful. The fat punk working in the outside yard couldn't have cared less that I was there. It seemed as though helping me disrupted whatever he was doing. After grudgingly helping me load up my truck. He stood there annoyingly tapping his foot by the gate while I tied down the load.

Usually pretty stocked and prices are more expensive than local places but carries brands that no one else does. Customer service folks are nice but not helpful, inside or outside the store which is unfortunate

The Tractor supply staff are always Make you feel welcome and very nice. Except today February 5th 2019 those lady that was working today. they do not want to help customer. I need a hope with something before I was able to ask.. she saw me and Turn around and walked away And she knew I was trying to get her attention. Soo what happened to those great customer service!

We love our Tractor Supply..we have purchased a wide variety of thing's..cattle feed, an ATV, gates, gate opener, cookbooks (my favorite), seeds, tools, nuts, bolts, pretty decorations (😘) , my pretty boots, dog food, yard tools, lawnmower blades & belts, beautiful sterling Montana jewlery, candy..this is just a few things we have purchased from this store... I simply love to go in and look at their yard & indoor country decorations..it makes me happy.

Always out of feed . You can walk in there anytime of the day and it's like flipping a coin. They have plenty of people there to stock the shelves but they are always huddled up on a computer or talking or folding clothes. I think there main business is feed not clothing or computers. Its customer satisfaction

I went to this Tractor Supply with my husband today in hopes of purchasing a gun safe. Once we found the one we wanted, we waited at the customer service desk for nearly 20 minutes before anyone showed up to assist us. When purchasing, the employees were totally unhelpful in discussing delivery (the safe is over 500 lbs, not something the two of us could handle) to the point where we just told them to forget it and load it up in our truck. Then, once we got home and started to unload it with some friends, we noticed a huge dent in the front from their fork lift. My husband called to talk to the manager about delivering a replacement, but the manager said they could not arrange that and that they didn't even have a replacement to trade for. We are getting our money back and going somewhere else.
