We’ve used County Line for 20 years. Staff is friendly and Dr. Bowman and Dr. Miga have been excellent to all of our dogs and cats. Every office has an off day once in a while, but we will always recommend them because we know they have our pet’s best interests at heart and are respectful to our decisions concerning their health and wellbeing.

We take all 5 of our dogs there and have been quite satisfied. I don't find it overly pricey but they do get your money. It's an annual $10 charge per account to authorize purchase of prescription on the outside (i.e., Chewy) (just started this year). And before I could schedule a dental cleaning, I had to bring my dog back in for dental exam although he just had his annual wellness exam. Should have scheduled the cleaning at the annual exam🙂. The vets and staff are wonderful and professional and down to business. I trust them with my pups so that is saying a lot.

Overall very pleased with the service and how friendly the vet techs and doctor were to our nervous cat.Fair prices for vaccination for our kitty. I was surprised that they charged for the fecal sample analysis, due to being told the previous day on a phone call that the analysis would be free.

This was the best decision we made in choosing to drive from Houston to this veterinarian office. It came highly recommended to me through a Facebook Group dedicated to rabbit owners. At first it was for the price, but their service far exceeded our expectations. I have already referred them to other rabbit owners. We had no issues with transportation and we turned it into a wonderful day trip in San Antonio. We cannot thank the office enough for their great manners, hospitality and service. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Really really REALLY appreciate these people!! My dog got attacked by wild hogs and was... not pretty. County Line got her in asap and did a fantastic job of putting her back together. Super friendly staff and docs. Gave me the impression they really cared and didn't treat me or my animal like the next meal ticket. I even felt the pricing was very reasonable and fair. Truly a pleasure doing business with them and plan to transfer all pets care to them. I'd recommend them to anyone!

I was concerned about boarding my pup since she is a shelter dog and has had some behavioral issues. In the past, going to the (other) vet has been a nightmare but boarding my dog with County Line was just the best experience I could have hoped for. When I called on short notice, Morgan was very helpful and able to accommodate us. When we arrived, there was a very relaxed, friendly vibe. Normally this would be the part where my dog starts getting very anxious and alert, but she casually sniffed around instead of the pulling and whining I'm used to. We got her checked in and she happily followed the tech to the boarding area. I was shocked, she has always lost her mind in the presence of staff, but there was no whining or anxious growling. Coming back to pick her up was also great. The price was just amazing. She was happy to see me but didn't look as if she had been miserable while I was away. She even smelled good. I fully expected her to be a complete train wreck that she had been in the past, but the staff here was so good with her. She didn't even exhibit any anxious behavior when we got home. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone who needs to board their pet.

The team here is awesome and rates very reasonable. Took my rattler snake bit cat in last year and they took care of her beautifully. I have been taking all our dogs and cats into them aince then. See the before and after pics.

A well deserved 5 🌟 review! Our vet retired in December after 15 years taking care of our horses. I never thought it would be so difficult to replace him. After several disappointing experiences and a senior horse fighting abscess that we couldn't seem to get a handle on. I really needed to find one. My wife doesn't what to have to trailer the old fellow unless she has to. So after 2 days of phone calls, zero callbacks, an the only 2 that did answer didn't do farm calls and had no appointments available for several days. Luckily, we got County Lines number from a neighbor. Man, every fell like yea hit gold! We did. From time we called, wow, super great service. I believe the 2 ladies I talked to on the phone were Kaitlin and Patricia, Fantastic ladies. By the grace of God they had a 2:30 farm call spot open with DR. Bowman. Dr. Bowman showed up with his vet tech and a well equipped veterinarian rig. My wife was extremely happy with everyone. They were great with our boy Money! Hopefully we're headed in the right direction now.Update-Money had a really bad day on a Friday evening he wasn't do as well as we would of like. Called County Line at 7:45 pm. Their answering service to the call and had the on call, Dr. Might get back to us.He answered our questions and insured us they're would be there if we need anything over the weekend. Again super positive experience from everyone, and they seem to really care about helping. That's missing from a lot of places around here..... Great job County Line 👏👍

Update over 8 yrs coming to this vet now and I still stand by what I said I trust them with my animals . Things can happen and sometimes it gets expensive even if they might be financially hard for me, I still feel confident enough to keep using their services . Thank youI have been coming to them for a few years now they are amazing ppl very helpful I trust my dogs are in good hands when bringing them here.

I simply called to ask a few questions, and the young lady seemed like she didn’t have time to answer a question. I asked about declawing laser surgery. She stated no and I said OK and I was asking another question and she hung up while I was asking another question completely rude. I called back again soon after she hung up on me and she answered the phone again but instead, she replied, with, is this an emergency or can I place you on hold. I understand animal hospitals are busy, but a treat a customer with such a rudeness is not professional. That is the only reason why I gave it a one star. The doctors are great. I’ve used them before for my cow. I simply ask questions so I can get the proper care for my animals. Front desk needs to work on proper communication skills.

I love how friendly all the staff was and how helpful they were to make sure my cats had a calm and good experience! Everything was explained really well and you can tell the love and compassion everyone had for the animals. Definitely will be back!

4:00 appt, didn't leave until 5:30. After my vet visit, I had to wait 30 minutes in the treatment room for the receptionist to come get me to check out. I finally called so I could leave, and she got very upset with me. To the point of rudeness. First time there, not a great impression.
