I LOVE this grooming spot! The groomers take such great care of my two pugs, Lexy and Oliver. Ollie is not one to let ANYONE cut his nails, not even a vet would do it, but they don’t hesitate to take on the task. Not to mention, they do such a wonderful job on him and they leave them both looking and smelling great!!!! Thank you so much for your way of taking care of our babies! Fantastic experience. We had a hiccup with our (now) prior groomer and so we found these guys just searching google and we won’t be going back to the other! Our Pomeranian now has a cut that’s as smooth and even as silk? She was very happy with them, they took the time to really understand what we wanted, make sure we were super happy! Really the best cut she’s ever received from anyone the entire time we’ve had her. I’d give 6 stars if I could.

Been coming for years, the owner is very sweet. You can tell they’re passionate for what they do. Never had any issues with the grooming, they keep my Lola looking super cute and fabulous!Both locations are great, the new one is closer (:

Great place. They love the dogs and do a wonderful job, and you have and appt time so you dog doesn't stay in a kennel all day

If I could give this place 0 starts I would!I booked an appt days in advance, confirmed my appt and everything!My appt was booked for 9am on Dec 8. I drove in from Downtown Dallas 30+ minutes, I was a little late to the appt, but I called to make sure it was okay the said it was completely fine! I show up at 9:10am, there was a guy and a woman on the phone named trini or Trina. She goes on to say that she will be late because she’s sick could I come back at 2pm, and normally she would sent a text but didn’t around to it. Mind you it’s Friday I still have to work, which is why I booked the time slot I did, so I’m unable to do that. She goes on to say she cannot service my dog, because I was late.The real reason you can’t service my dog is because YOU would be extremely late w/o so much as text message or phone call to me saying so! I will never book with you again!0 STARS
