forever grateful for Liv in grooming! She ALWAYS leave my furbaby looking so stinking cute! I had took my Yorkie to a different Petsmart and they left him looking so horrible, I was devastated! I decided to try one more time at this Petsmart location and have not been anywhere else ever since! Liv always does an amazing job and has been patient with my dog, as he can be a little much at times.Thank you liv and the grooming team for always being to great and friendly!

While limited selection of pets, still good place to take your young ones. Some times they have deals on pet food on the top shelf, I usually go for my parakeets and exotic fishes for my nephew.

Rude Manager!!I had bought my dog prescription food here and his stomach issues got much worse. After consulting with his vet I returned the food (a few days after purchase). The man that helped me was very kind. While processing the return there were issues so he called his manager. She tried to process the return and told me that I was not allowed to return vet prescribed food. I asked her why (because the vet had told me I could). She immediately turned sour and told me "If you had prescribed medication that did not work for you could you return it? No..so that's why you can't return this food.". I told her that that did not make sense and she repeated herself with a horrible tone. At that point I didn't really know what to say to her. I took the food and left, while I was leaving the man that helped me earlier apologized. So if you ever see a middle aged woman with colored red hair please stay away from her.In regards to my dog's prescription food-I ended up contacting the food company and I will be getting a full refund.Honestly if she just replied with a kind/educated answer I would still be going to this location but instead she wanted to be rude about the whole situation.

Had an absolute wonderful experience at this Petsmart; specifically with the employee Josiah! Josiah was so knowledgeable and respectful; he even carried my pet supplies out to the car for me because I had my infant! Needless to say; if Josiah is working you and your pet are in great hands!!

GROOMING EXPERIENCE-i took my dog in today and had a great experience. the groomer's name was Liz or Liv, i believe. she and the young lady at the front desk (of grooming dept) were super sweet and caring: i will absolutely return and will recommend them to my friends and family.

I periodically shop at this store for food to feed stray cats and dogs. I has been generally pretty good experience till recently. They started charging $10 donations on the top of your check without your acknowledgement. I don't mind donations; however it should clearly communicated to me at the time of transaction. Please verify your receipt right there. Look like a skimming technique. Please be aware.

The Addison PetSmart is always one of the best run PetSmarts around. They have some awesome rescue cats in the back and adoption events every weekend. Must go.

I’ve taken my dog twice for grooming with Giselle. No issues, very professional and great work. Today she wasn’t available, Giovanny was doing intake. First, he speaks so fast I had difficulty understanding him. It was extremely frustrating, especially while I was tending to my dog at the same time. He lacks professionalism and under no circumstances would I trust a beloved pet in his hands.

josh was awesome and really helped me out. i wanted a last cat scratcher but while taking it to check out realized it had dog pee on it. he checked the back for another and when he couldn’t find it offered to take 75% off. he made my hard day a little nicer. great employee :)

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE I had booked an appointment for my dogs one of the ladies of the grooming salon had an attitude and made my dog feel uncomfortable and started saying that my dog wasn’t even the breed I said he was and kept bashing my poor dog saying he didn’t look like his breed i contained myself and took my dog out of that horrible place DONT BRING YOUR DOGS HERE EMPLOYEES HAVE A WHOLE ATTITUDE AND DONT EVEN LIKE DOGS

The store itself is great, seriously 👍🏻👍🏻2 thumbs up, but it was the grooming services that they have in the back of the store that I have a a big problem with and why I only gave them 3 ⭐ stars. I took my English Bulldog there to get his nails trimmed, I even upgraded to not only have them cut but also filed down. When I came to pick him up the lady said that she wasn't able to do anything to his front paws and only cut one of his back paws bcuz my dog wouldn't let her or wouldn't sit still. I know my dog and I'm sure he might have been a little anxious at first, but if you know how to handle dogs by being firm, yet keeping your composure and atmosphere calm around or in your store. Isn't that her job? Shouldn't she know how to get the job done? I know my dog isn't the only one that has been anxious before going there. Anyways, she didn't charge me for the upgraded price, but still charged me for the trim. I thought that was ridiculous since she hardly did anything, but I just kept my mouth shut and paid it. I didn't leave a tip though. So I won't ever be scheduling any appointments for any services they offer for my dog at that particular PetSmart.

Our pup was cleaned good to go very thorough, nails done perfectly considering her hawk claws she had previously. Will be using this particular location for future appointments. Customer service is excellent. And the sales staff are very helpful. 15.00 for a good wash package and 7.00 more for the nails. I don’t know if it was a sale or something but that was a puppy price.Definitely worth it.

GROOMING IS TERRIBLE. i have a short haired dog who has been getting groomed, and what not, for years. We’ve never had an issue. I needed her to get groomed in a pinch and petsmart had good reviews. Well, they were terrible. I got her back and some of her nails were trimmed and some were not. She was still wet when I picked her up AND she smelled the same. And usually after her bath appointments, she doesn’t shed a bit. This time, she’s looks as if she wasn’t touched in the first place. And I was still charged 50 dollars. They said that she “screamed the whole time” she’s just a vocal dog. And when she came back, I could tell that she was scared. My groomer back at home (12 hours away) has NEVER had a problem with her. Sadly, I have to take her somewhere else and get her a bath again. Beyond frustrated and annoyed. Don’t take your pups there. Save your money and go else where.

PetSmart is great. I've been in 3 different ones over the past two weeks and all employees were helpful and courteous. Took dog in for grooming at Sherman store and he was a bit anxious to come out of kennel. They called and readily rescheduled him for next week. They know what they are doing and have the animal's best interest in mind.

Terrible service. Grooming people looks completely annoyed when I walked in to drop my dog off for his appointment for a simple bath. Got a call an hour later that they can’t bath him because he keeps chewing his paws??? I said yeah he’s probably nervous and it’s been an hour, why hasn’t he been in the bath yet anyway???? They just said “yeah it would be best if you just come get him”. They wouldn’t do the service. Completely ridiculous and will not go back. They just did not want to work and you could totally tell.

Went through the check out and was scolded and disrespected by cashier Genesis who did not want to look up my reward points, threw my change in the plastic bag with the items I bought. I had to ask her to take it out of the bag and give it back to me in my hand. I had to speak with the manager who tried to get her to give me a formal apology and she said sorry you can go now. Customer service at this store is horrible

I stopped in to pick up a few items and was pleasantly greeted at the entrance. The clerks were super sweet to my pups and showed me where to find my items. They even talked to me about all of the services they offer. (A free initial exam with their vet) The prices are reasonable and their inventory is expansive. I will return if I'm in the area. There isn't a PetSmart near me but this one is close to my office.

We like the selection here and the staff are very friendly and genuinely care about animals. Their prices are fair and for a pet store, is very clean. Unfortunately there are accidents but they do a good job making sure it is cleaned up, even if the pet owners don't.We also come here for training for our dog and Amy is fantastic! We highly recommend her! She is able to handle any type of dog very gracefully.
