Matt watched over my babies for a week. He sent me pics and texts about how they were doing and his service was great. When I got home I think my dog,Sammy, liked Matt more than me! I highly recommend Matt because this is his job. He isn't putting your pets after work.....they are his work

We've been a client of Matt for along time, and his services are outstanding. Not just the basic quality of care for our dog and cats, but he also administers medicine daily and has gone out of his way to Fedex something important we left behind on vacation. We trust Matt implicitly.

We had used Matt for several years and everything was fine until recently. We have 2 large dogs and we went away for a few days in March. When we returned we noticed our house smelled quite strongly of urine. Our dogs are housebroken and never have accidents in the house while we are at home so I suspected they had not been walked very much while we were gone. There was no proof so we chalked this up to one bad experience and moved on.When we went on another trip earlier this month we asked Matt to watch and walk the dogs while we were gone. All was confirmed by text on a Tuesday before we departed on Thursday and a check for the full amount was left for the service. We had asked Matt to walk the dogs 3 times per day while we were gone. We also asked Matt to send us a text following the first visit to confirm all was OK.When we arrived at our destination several hours later we had not received a text from Matt so I sent one to him asking if all was OK. No response. I called and left a message-no response. At that point we became very concerned so we called some neighbors and asked them to check on the dogs. They confirmed the check had been picked up (and cashed the following day) but they could not tell if the dogs had been walked or fed so they did both. We were told that our dogs relieved themselves many times during this walk so I don't believe they had been walked earlier.Over the course of the next 2 days we tried to contact Matt many times with no response. During this time several of our neighbors came to our house to feed and walk the dogs and no one ever saw Matt walk our dogs. They did see his truck outside our house once for approximately 15 minutes. On Saturday morning one of our neighbors left a note in our house with our phone numbers asking Matt to call if/when he came to the house. During this time we located and hired another sitter to watch our dogs to avoid imposing on our neighbors.We finally received a call from Matt approximately 8 hours later on Saturday evening telling us his phone was broken. Since we had completed an application with our contact information before ever hiring Matt, I was not satisfied with this excuse. It is difficult for me to accept that the only place where our contact information was stored was in a phone. I advised Matt we had already hired another sitter to care for our dogs for the remainder of our trip. There has been no contact with Matt since then.When we arrived home we went to our neighbor's home to thank them in person for helping us. At that point they showed us a very disturbing video. In this video we see an unidentified woman leaving our home in what appeared to be only a towel. Matt leaves about 5-10 seconds later and then they drive off. To say we were amazed is an understatement.I am not sure what is going on with Matt but I have a real problem with the neglect of our dogs and the apparent total disregard for our property. I have a real problem with strangers being brought to our home while we are away. We have now had all of our locks changed and our security system updated so we are never in this situation again.

I have used Matt for years and am so thankful for his services. I have two 120 lb. Rhodesian Ridgebacks and one of them is quite the handful. Matt has always taken such great care of them and been so helpful to me over the years. Couldn't live without you Matt, thanks for all that you do!!!
