One bad apple can ruin an entire experience for someone...ordered a drink at the drive through. Wrong size. Went in to get a larger size and pay for the difference..kid was rude slapped my drink together quickly. I offered to pay and she no it's ok. I said "oh thanks! I appreciate it!" She said yup. And as I walked away "appreciate it" in a mocking tone. I wasn't rude AT ALL. Won't be goin back to that store...

Dont screw up my lunch order....Cook apparrently does not pay attention to details. Asked for well done burger and got rare..these burgers arent good enough quality to eat rare. Fed it to my dog. The fried were stale and cold. Lunch was a complete bust. Dont waste your hard earned money here unless you want to go hungry.Dietary restrictions: Ecoli is one dietary restriction. I dont want Ecoli so I asked that my burger get cooked well done,,, twice! Red in the center and gray outside is not well done. They restricted my whole lunch!!

Food is always old and cold, doesn't take like it came off the grill it taste like it comes from their plastic holding units. The pickles changed to sandwich pickles that'd make it taste further worse. To top it off u some how landed some bad workers and service. Mold visible from front counter on lemonade machine and u can comfortable just sit and play on your phones in front of customers. Yea no thanks won't be back.

Save your money! For some random reason the manager at this location wants to overcharge customers and lose customers instead of actually getting them the order that they asked for. I do not eat cheese I do not eat eggs so I order two pieces of toast and one piece of sausage instead of bringing it up as two pieces of toast and one piece of sausage they charge me for a Actual sandwich which is more expensive and then they take off the egg and cheese it is over a dollar difference every single day that they do this it does not cost them any more time or effort but like I said for some random reason the worst possible manager works at this location in Eustace Texas did you everything in your power to wait, Choose not to eat at a sonic, or at least be smart save your money and choose not to eat at sonic!

Poor, poor customer service. I stopped at this Sonic twice in three days.The first time was to grab a quick meal. I ordered a No 1 with a Cherry Limeaid. “Light on the ice please” I requested. So what did I get, a cup full of ice with just a few sips of drink. Everyone knows what I’m taking about. That’s why I asked for light on the ice.My mistake was going back today. The Sonic in Athens was just a few miles out of our way and my 11yo son earned/needed a treat. He wanted a Root Beer Blender (a blended root beer float). It’s a drink that is on and off the menu, but has always been available when I’ve requested it at other Sonics.You guessed it, “we don’t do that anymore.” When I asked why not, I was told “we just don’t” by the same guy at the register as two days earlier.That’s fine, they can run their business however they want. But for a business that advertises the number of drink options they have, that’s one less.So we ordered a chocolate shake. When getting in the car, the poorly placed lid popped off and the cup collapsed.What I wasn’t wearing, landed all over my car and eventually into the parking lot. I went in to clean up and share my experience with the manager. All she could offer was to nod her head as I expressed my disappointment in their customer service.We ended up going next door to McDonald’s for the shake, as I recommend you do as well.

The restaurant and over neatness and outside safety factors and general location were good. I have one star rating due to the fact that when I went to pay for my food I noticed the cook assembling the hamburgers without the traditional plastic gloves on his hands. No gloves. He was putting digging the lettuce out of the lettuce tray with no protection. I would not have ordered a hamburger if I would have noticed this before I ordered. This made me so sick of thinking where is hands might have been before preparing food. 🤢I’m sure this is a Heath food violation. My family were the only people in line and it tookover 20 mins to get 2 hamburgers, chicken strips and a order of cheese sticks. Threw the burgers in the trash!

My favorite Sonic, there is a lady named Michelle that works here, she is friendly, happy, cheerful etc .. I just love going here and hearing her happy greeting. Service is great, food is good and the drinks are always made quickly.

Stood around and wait to be waited on for about 5 minutes until the drive through employee Lizzie seen me standing there and asked if I've been helped and I replied "no". She said "i will be right with you". After she finished up with the customer at the drive through she profusely apologized for not being helped sooner. I told her it was ok, and i understand. I noticed the cooks were in the back goofing off with the front counter employee. That young lady was disrespectful and acted like I was interrupting her lunch break. She tossed/slid my milkshake towards me then hollered out my order number and then went and hid in the kitchen area to play on her phone. Poor Lizzie was working both tills like a champ. She definitely gets a 5 star review but the other employees ruined the overall 5 star review that I would have left. Lizzie and the store overall deserve a 5 star review but the cooks plus the other "waitress" deserve a 1 star.

Ice cream was great but drive thru girl was so spacey. She didn't watch when handling my change out the window and dropped some in the road. Kinda rude when took my money to begin with. I don't normally stop here and won't again unless starving. Even then I will most likely be going in.

their times are not correct or they simply closed early. We postponed getting something to drink and were looking forward to our first Sonic drink in over two weeks ... arrived at 10:30 when posted closing is 11. bummed. But - maybe something came up and staff had to leave early? If not - times need to be updated online and in the ap.

So, I Usually love this place, especially to bring my little siblings here to get them breakfast on the way to school. After school I took my siblings to get a snack at sonic, of cheesesticks and 2 corn dogs, along with 2 drinks. This young girl came out and brought us our drinks, and I accepted them, and I got up to the window and they gave me the wrong order saying I bought 2 number 1’s and the girl, Elizabeth I think her name is, said that’s exactly what I ordered and it’s what I’m going to get, I went ahead and took the food anyways and drove off from her being so rude. And than further on down the road we also learned that she messed up the drink orders. I think I’ll just be taking my siblings to subway from now on if I’m being honest.

I came in tuesday evening and got a burger 2 drinks and some mozzarella sticks the burger was cold I woke up Wednesday morning puking my guts up and spent the next several days not being able to keep anything down This has turned into the worst sonic hear on the lake in the last few months the night crew is the worst and there's a manger who always has nothing but attitude any time they mess something up after this last experience I will not be going back to the sonic in eustace for a long while if ever

They have very in mature employees and the food was cold. I asked why they charged for something that no other sonic charges for. not rudly it was just a question. the girl got offended that I asked. So she went to another employee and had one other get my food and bring it to me. My cheesesticks were hot and fresh but my child's fries were old and cold.

This Sonic is one of the top ones we visit, you can count on the meat not to be cold and dry and they actually put onions in their onion rings, the large could be larger since you are paying a lot more for them but everything else is good. Would I stop at this Sonic on a road trip? Yes, at least as of 8/4/2020

Traveling east we stop by, the lady taking order was rude waited for our food longer than usual, we got our food and pushed on all burgers the meat was cold, the hot dogs were cold, only the stuffed jalapeños were hot m crispy buy were missing 3 no time to turn around my boy refuses to eat his burger so it ended up being dog food, called corporate to see what they can do for us, again bad costumer service didn't want to help other than put it in the records, night time weekend was a horrible experience!
