Today, while checking out, the manager was called upfront to help an older lady. The manager kept speaking to the woman in a condescending tone.She kept saying “I’m just trying to help you understand. “She said some other things that made me embarrassed for this customer.This is a picture I took of the manager. It’s not a good picture, but I was trying to video, and I was unable to get it due to how busy the line was.

I am AD Military and got a notification that my prescription was ready to be picked up but needed to update my insurance. I tried calling and was put in a queue for about 40 mins. The phone proceeds to ring and nobody picks up and the call drops. So I decided to drive up to the store and I guess the numbers were entered in wrong and once it was fixed she told me that my prescription was not touched and that I would have to wait 30 mins - 1 hr to get my prescription. Firstly, that almost 2 hrs I’ve been wasting my time waiting on a prescription that shouldn’t be that hard to get. Secondly, why message me saying my prescription is ready to pick up if it isn’t, which I knew there was going to be some sort of issue but after waiting on the phone for 40 mins for the phone to ring and I be ignored, I did not think calling again would do any good. Third, I don’t think I’m entitled because I’m military but as an Active Duty member my insurance is supposed to cover all meds at Walgreens and the last time I picked something up from there I was charged even though I told them it should be covered and explained the situation. I didn’t argue as they basically told me it is what it is and just paid, how did it take them this long to realize they entered my information wrong? I wish there was more Walgreens in the area because I would go somewhere else but sadly there isn’t much to choose from in this area so I’m stuck. Don’t recommend if you are passing through though if that helps.

I've only had two interactions with this location and both have been horrible. The first time, somehow they were assigned my prescription and did not actually fill it because it looked like it was supposed to ( which it was, but still ) at another location, but that other location did not have the prescription, they let it just sit in a broken status until I called both locations and got it sorted out at the original location. This location just blew me off and acted annoyed that I called in. Today, their internet is down at my main location and I'm told to contact this location. I call and I discovered that they have a little trick on their hold system... First they spam you every 60 seconds with their "Everyone is busy" voice over and the longer you spend waiting, they increase the frequency of the spam, 50 seconds, 40, 30, until you reach every 15 seconds... I endured this for 27 minutes, during the middle of business hours, before they hung up on me...

This is the worst location I have ever been to. I spend so much money at Walgreens. And I have been to this location multiple times everybody’s usually OK but tonight the two employees and two male employees that were there were so rude. One of them literally ran down the aisle. I was just shopping in and continue to stare me down and watch me like I was some sort of thief I was beyond disrespected and almost to the point where it was a menacing presence. I’ve never had this problem there and continued to say something to them about it and neither one of them had anything to say nice so you guys just lost my business CVS here I come.

Went to pick up a new Rx that I didn't know anything about, the first woman who helped us was very kind the second was very short with us and rude. When I called to clarify what I needed to do she told me "I didn't say that! You didn't listen to me!"

Had all covid shots there. They said with appointment needed, but with appointment took them almost 3 hrs after the appointment time. They ignore vaccinations when they should be the quickest to get out. They have you fill the form online and same form will be asked to be filled out when you get there. They have no system and not know what they’re doing

Cashier was rude and a box of Benadryl is 20$ there. My son was pitching a fit at checkout and she was talking about us to the customer ahead of us in line. Just go to Walmart don't waste ya time or $$.

was just there today...the mad house is even worse.I changed my pharmacy yrs.ago. Walgreens wasted my time (on earth) 2 many occasions.I refuse to let anyone 2 recklessly manage my time/life.I remember always feeling proud of my 25 years with American Greetings/Christmas Division! 5 times in a row I have gone to pick up meds and have had an issue. Having to make multiple trips to pick up one prescription because it wasn’t ready on time or because they’re waiting on insurance… I’m self pay. There is no waiting on insurance.Every single time they have been extremely rude and unhelpful. I will never get my meds refilled here again. Go anywhere else even if it’s more expensive. Not worth wasting your time.

I had an appointment for a covid vaccine. When you make an appointment online, it tells you to show up 15 minutes early, so I did. Well, when I showed up, appointment times were not being honored. They were taking walk-ins before me. Even walk-ins that showed up after me were taken back first. It was a mad house. I thought if I was real nice and patient, they would ensure I got seen in a timely manner, but nope. People were complaining when I showed up and when I was leaving. Just posting this as a warning: appointment times are not honored. It's crazy here. Be prepared to wait.

The photo department here is always beyond nice and the pictures come out way better than other places I have printed at in town. I have had two great experiences where the employee has been so nice and gone out of there way to have my photos ready faster. The app makes this process so easy too.

Disappointed 2x in 1 week. First I come to get my prescription and am in line 10+ minutes. On e I get to the counter at 1329 the cashier says they can't help me because they are going to lunch, even tho I just wasted time in the line. Today I come to pickup my online photo order which was supposed to be ready at 1200. After search for my order, I'm told that for some reason they canceled the order and can't pull it up to even reprint them. A waste of time even coming to this store. Ridiculous.

Awful, Awful pharmacy drive thru customer service. A young woman waited on us, told us the price of our purchase, took our card for the transaction and never came back to finish. After 15 minutes and pushing a call button that didn't work 5 or 6 times we started complaining amongst ourselves. They could hear us because they forgot to hang up the phone. So a man came over and finished up with us. Just unacceptable.

Most of the reviews are about the pharmacy. All true, went in for covid vaccine and they said to do paperwork online, we did. Then they said they only do paperwork in person so we politely filled it all out, a lady was extremely rude at the counter and was angry because she couldn’t hear us. She talked in a very condescending tone and didn’t help us at all. Extremely understaffed, a line of 10+ people when i went. One of the employees got angry at being so busy and slammed a door. Do not ever go to this pharmacy. Or this walgreens in general. Horrible. One girl with colored hair kind of pink ish was keeping her calm and being amazing to everyone, give her a raise lol!

Pharmacy is chronically understaffed. I've been standing in line 20 mins. and the 1 person at the pharmacy window went off to take a telephone call. No telling how long I and the 6 people behind me in line will be here. The drive thru is just as bad. Called the store to bring this to manager's attention and he is also on the phone and unavailable. Go anywhere else for your prescriptions.

Staff is nice(depends on the day you go. sometimes they are rude and unpleasant.) Their biggest problem, is the Pharmacy Drive Thru. Multiple times I have been stuck in the line for 45 minutes. Makes no sense why they closed the second lane. Management please consider addressing these problems or we can take our business elsewhere.

No problems with meds. However the drive thru and walk in is absolutely ridiculous. I stood in line for 36 minutes this week, to be told meds won't be ready till next day. Thats fine but they really really need more cash register help, please.

If I could give NO stars then it would be a negative. This Walgreens refused to give an over the counter med at the drive thru even when a prescription medication was picked up to a mother so she did not have to get out of her car with a sick sleeping baby. Exact response... "if you want you can come in and get it.." after further explanation of the sick sleeping baby the next response... "then maybe come back.." what the heck? You are a pharmacy... it was not like she handed over a shopping list. I myself have had help in this matter (other locations) and have never been refused. It all comes down to your problems are not mine and not caring for another human being. Congrats to the employee who has no passion in being in the people business! Never coming here again!

There is never enough people working in the pharmacy! The wait is worse than an ER visit. It doesnt matter if its the drive through or inside. Walgreens is a trusted name and the staff in the pharmacy are always friendly but understaffed. Walgreens would be better served by expanding the pharmacy area adding staff and cutting back on some less frequently visited sections.

Every single time we have to pick up medicine, the lines are around the building for drive thru and out into the aisles inside. The customer service stinks, they walk around in circles looking in the same bins multiple times before finding your prescriptions, and they are consistently under staffed. The other two Walgreens in town are never this disorganized or unprofessional. Complaints to the website go unanswered and unresolved.

Went to the walreens pharmacy on buffalo gap for a flu shoot and stood in the consultation line for 15min. I was the only one there in line, right in front of the window. A total of 4 employees looked at me and kept passing the window. So after about 5 min, I'm thinking they're busy....I'm sure one will acknowledge me. Then another 5 min goes by. Then what looked like a coworker who was off, came said excuse me, stepped in front of me, and reached through the window to grab something. I guess she couldn't reach it so she then went around the back behind the window. Her and the other employees started joking with each other. I'm like, wow ok...so now they've all seen me standing here for a good while, some have made eye contact and now one just literally stepped in front of me in line to get something. So I'm getting a lil frustrated now. I've been in customer service for a long while and I understand being busy but if there is at least an acknowledgment of some sort people waiting will feel more understanding and patient. But now I'm just feeling straight ignored...well not "feeling " ignored. I WAS IGNORED BY 5 employees. So after 15 min, I left. I went to CVS down the street and was immediately acknowledged. Thank you CVS for making me feel human. I do not appreciate the unprofessional and quite frankly rude behavior of the 5 staff members at Walgreens pharmacy off buffalo gap.

Waited all week for my covid test just for the report to say testing was cancelled because the pharmacy didnt put label on the specimen tube. There was hardly anyone there so no it wasnt due to being overwhelmed it was just the girl not doing her job.

I normally use this Walgreens for all my photo needs. Except lately they are slacking and giving subpar product. Multiple occasions for a same day pick up I’ve gotten the phrase, “oh sorry someone didn’t hit print give us more time” and then we go back and still product is not done. If you give a estimated time pickup then it should be done within at least an hour of that! So ridiculous I am going to figure out something because they have really been frustrating lately

They are so unprofessional my wife went their to get medication for my son who had some rash all over his body when we went their we had to wait 45 mins to before we go the counter only to be told they don't have the medication..,, Now today Sept 21 2022 I went there forgetting to make an appointment for my daughter to get hepatitisA only to be told we have to make an appointment, we went outside make the appointment for 5:00PM went back 30mins later only to be told AGAIN they don't have it ....Shame on you Walgreens we need to find some better pharmacy in Abilene Texas .,,wish there was an option were we couldn't give them no star ratings ., you guys nedd to check if goods are instock before getting customers upset

The pharmacy has horrible customer services. For the last 6 months my sons prescription has been delayed for sometimes over a week. I’ve done everything they have asked to try to fix this problem. Called in my prescription as early as I’m allowed to (controlled substance) I’ve made sure the prescription doesn’t say generics (my insurance doesn’t cover it) and here we are for the 6 month in a row and my sons medication won’t be ready til possibly next Thursday (10 days after submitting the prescription) I’m don’t giving Walgreens a chance to get the prescription to be in an adequate time. I will be moving all my prescription to another pharmacy.
