Nikki has been Independent Wind Solutions service rep for a few months now. We are extremely happy with her service. She is very polite and always checks in before she leaves the office. She is quick to answer, or find the answer, to any questions or concerns that come up. She will also go out of her way to make a delivery on non-delivery days if needed. Nikki is a great asset to UniFirst!

I just wanted to give "KUDOS" to our route saleswoman, Nikki. Ever since Nikki was assigned as our route saleswoman, the service has been wonderful. Nikki listens to what our employees say regarding their uniforms, provides what they are needing, and always follows up with them. Nikki always makes sure that she checks in with our Accounting Office, to see how everything is going and if anything is needed. Nikki provides excellent customer service and has always made sure that we are taken care of.
