I bought my first boat here a month ago, I am new to boats, from the beginning to the end of buying a boat, they have always served me well, especially my English is not good and communication is difficult . The sales staff explained to me patiently. After I got home, if there was something I didn't understand, I sent a message to the dealer and they always answered me very well and patiently. I recommend this place, I am Asian, if you want to buy a boat, just come here! 10 stars, praise! ! ! ! ! ! ! !

Just got our boat back and all the issues that needed addressed came back at this quality and standard. This whole process has been a joke, they have had our boat for 6 months and gave back a slop job. We also paid $6500 for this quality of work and waited for 6 months! Tracker, you need to make this right. I'm posting this everywhere and showing your workmanship.

I went in and met with a salesman 5-6 months ago, we sat down and discussed options a new boat and we went ahead and ordered it. I was told that it was going to take 6-8 weeks for it to get in, awesome. Here I am 5-6 months later, no boat, no call, no return call after my many attempts to get ahold of them.

Made an appointment to look at a boat a week in advance. My son and I drove 1-1/2 hours to the Abilene Tracker Boating Center. About 5 minutes prior to our scheduled appointment they call us to let us know they were closed for a maintenance issue. The maintenance issue apparently was a problem over several days and they didn't bother to call and reschedule the appointment. They wouldn't answer the phone to discuss why they didn't notify me about the problem. We still drove to the location to see if there were boats outside to looks at and upon our arrival there was nobody there. The maintenance issue was so bad that they had to close down, screw us on our appointment that they had NOBODY there to work on the problem! I will drive 500 miles to buy my boat from another dealership than buy anything from this place. Customer service is a joke!!!

We were promised a red bass tracker 2 months ago. When it came in it was given to another person and then they tried to give us a black one. Then we were told they had another one coming. And guess what. It was then sold to someone else. Not once during that 2 months of waiting were we called with update. Every time we called to check on boat we got run around and people were very rude. Not trust worthy people and yes customer service is very lacking. We have since gone elsewhere with our business. Way to go in loosing customers. They are definitely rated number one in The area of running customers off. Would not recommend my enemy to go to this business at all

Brought my boat to these people with the confidence of knowing it was in good hands and would be repaired professionally. My boats fuel pressure was dropping after 2 minutes of full throttle. They were told this. Service manager Scott told me that his tech wanted to replace fuel supply line and replace zip ties. Line collapsed and ties old and brittle. I told them that I had replaced line 2 yrs ago and ties were replaced 2 weeks ago. They said this would fix plus $450. I said ok. Got the boat back and drove and hr to lake Brownwood. Not fixed. Took back the following day. They put me at the front on the line since they didn’t guess right the first time. A week and a half later they call and tell me that it needs a high pressure kit because grommets are making fuel pressure erratic . I had also replaced all fuel lines and high pressure pump before realizing I needed a professional 😒. This next guess was going to cost me $1100. Told them to put my boat back together and I am coming to get. 2 minutes later I get a call saying it was ready for pickup. Really dug in deep on their diag. Would not take a canoe to this place. You have been warned without all the details I left out.

I was very impressed with the outstanding service I received throughout my entire interaction with this dealer. #1 very friendly and personable sales associates. (Parker)#2 The entire purchasing experience was as easy as ever. Heidie worked extremely hard on my financing and everything needed to get it accomplished.#3 I live 2.5hrs away from this dealer and I probably had unreasonable demands on time turn around so I could take my boat home same day. I want to thank all involved in the service department for helping us accomplish this. #4 I believe the mechanics name is John. Very nice and personable guy. He took the time to explain all the stuff I needed to know about my new boat.My profession is Customer Service trainer among many other things. My experience was fantastic with this dealer. And I would recommend. Thank You Nitro Marine of Abilene for the great cusromer service and helping me get into my boat.

Really bad customer service. I needed a small part to fix my boat so I could sell and buy a new boat. It took me on average 4 calls for the salesman to actually transfer me back to parts and service. I would either stay on the line for well over 20 min or be hung up on immediately. I will definitely be buying my new boat elsewhere. Seems like they are only interested in you if you are buying a new boat and not customer service. And the guy that answers the phone seems very rude.

Not happy at all. will never purchase another boat there. Flat out lied left ignition key on until battery was dead and said the engine had 30 hours of time on it. Gave the boat back to us with dead battery. Lost our registration papers tags and stickers on brand new boat then told us to get it on our own. Called to try and figure out what to do and the manager hung up on me. Im 62 years old and have purchased many boats in my time and i have never been treated like this ever.. This thing wont let me leave a zero star to post it.. Ive never met such a bunch of incompetent rude people that care nothing about customer service. Especially The manager "BUD".. The only person that's worth a salt is the lady in finance.. Wish i could remember her name. They even bad mouthed her when i spoke highly of her. Said she doesn't know anything and it doesn't matter what shes says. We are not from Abilene, Bass pro Shop in grapevine sent us out there they didn't have the model we wanted. They probably don't treat the locals in Abilene like that. Boat didn't run right and it still don't run right. They will do nothing about it.

Mr. Floyd at the service department has completely turned this place around for the better. I had a crack on the bow of my Heritage, and Mr. Erick got it repaired in under two weeks ( I might have gotten lucky ). He was kind, courteous, and efficient. I would definitely come back to this service department.

I brought my boat in to have it looked at and the gentleman that helped me came right out and quickly realized that it was a simple fix. He fixed it, and was very upfront honest. Had boat in shop for 8 weeks, to replace the impeller. I was told up front it would take this long, no problem. They replaced the impeller. And told me there was a problem with the lower unit.this cost me 244.00. It was fine before they had it. So I took it to Breckenridge. Sandy Creek Marina they qiukly told me that the gear was not lined up correctly.when they stabbed the shaft back in. They had time and fixed it within an hour. This was an extra expense. But my motor is fixed. I would not recommend Abilene Tracker Boats for any motor repairs.

Very unprofessional on the phone! E-mailed Bass Pro about the horrific service, and the next time I had to interact with them they were better. The boat arrived with the batteries connected incorrectly. Gift card still hasn't arrived. Boat was delivered a month ago, bought 5 months ago.

FYI..... MAKE SURE YOU READ/UNDERSTAND ALL STATE TAX LAWS! I was given very broad information (other than the buyer needs to know every tax law for every state) on sales tax for purchasing a boat. I purchased a boat here and registered in another state. Even though I had already paid over $1000 in taxes in Texas, I had another $1000 tax bill when I went to register. They won't tell you this and expect you to know every state tax law.

I took my boat in to have it sell ready. Over 4 months later it was picked up by a 3rd party and stored. When I went to sell it, it was discovered nothing had been done. Motor did not raise, lights did not work, and several other things. I had to take several hundred dollars off to get it sold. When I asked for my money back, I was told it was not policy to return money on services. Ha!

If you could give negative stars I would. Kept my boat for two months. Then told me after being out in the rain that my boat was contaminated and they couldn’t work on it. My boat has been worked on afterwards and the shop said there is nothing at all wrong. The ‘head mechanic’ told me my boat was worthless and no one would ever work on it. This place is a joke and Tracker should be ashamed to be associated with it.

Do Not EVER use this place to do repairs!!!! For 2 parts less than $115 they charged $110.00 per hour of labor and billed for 3 plus hours. On top of having to constantly hassle on the phone as to when boat would be ready. Took 3 weeks. Insane.

Dropped off boat for a tune up. Was told the boat was running and ready for pick up. We drove to lake Nasworthy and tried to start the motor. It would not start. After trying to work on it for more than an hour, we finally took off the new fuel line. That was the problem. The lining was left inside the line.So much for being "ready".

If I could give this place ZERO stars for the worst customer service ever, I would! We called twice once once on Saturday and once Monday morning to make sure they had the boat we wanted since we were driving 2.5 hours! Got there, they tried to sell us a boat that was already sold then they couldn’t find the one that wasn’t sold. What a joke this place is! Horrible, this place needs a complete overhaul!

My husband and stopped by picked out a boat that we wanted to purchase.Later that evening he came back with our oldest daughter to show her exactly the same boats that were shown to him earlier that day they practically ran him out until they seen his application he filled out from earlier this all while they made them stand there and wait like thieves. By then well now forget it we will drive to DFW before we spend a penny here.

Took my boat in to have a Wake-board tower installed... they told me they were 10 days out... 9 weeks later i am picking up my boat and having someone else install the tower... they are to busy selling boats to worry about servicing the customer... money hungry... don't blame the Covid19 either.. they have been open all this time.. Tracker Boats needs to take away their license to sell their brand of boats ... and the funny thing is this is where my boat was originally purchased... so much for supporting your local economy...

Never take your boat here to get worked on the staff is rude and could care less about customer service all you have to do is look at other people's comments on here to know the truth where there is smoke there is fire I'm willing to give people the benafit of the doubt but not this group there very lucky there the only game in town and it shows make the drive and take your boat some where else like Dell's in Breckenridge he is a good mechanic and backs his work I found him because of tracker boating center he gets a ton of business because of them

They usually have a good selection of boats and four wheelers and the customer service was good.
