I had a great experience. Customer service was very professional. I scheduled a next day service. We had a little bit of miscommunication, but they quickly made it right with a discount towards my windshield. I had 45% tinit and 5% on visor. Looks great! I will definitely be coming back with all my vehicles. 💯

Brand new Lexus…5 days old. Took it in to tint 2 windows, moonroof, and put a non-glare film on the windshield. Short story…they scratched the door wells on the inside of the passenger and driver side doors. This happened due to porch with tool scratching it while doing front windshield. I called the owner…they first blamed it on the car wash and the dealership. They have cameras and offered to let me watch 7 hours of video on a Saturday. When I went to watch video…they told me that they did the scratches. The owner turned it over to her insurance. They came out to my house and told me to take it back to the dealership in Dallas to ensure paint matched up correctly. The insurance company would not pay to take it to Dallas or the return to Abilene. The owner would no longer answer my phone calls. The insurance company would not reply to calls…had to get supervisors involved. When they did call back weeks later…I had to pay myself and they eventually paid for the repair. No reimbursement for travel to Dallas to drop off vehicle or pick it up a week later. Front window still has glare…very dissatisfied with the service and management. I spent hours and hours on phone trying to get it repaired…not including 2 days off to drop it off and pick it up.

I’m more than pleased with the service I received on both my vehicles. One was scheduled and the other they worked it to get it don’t as well. The tint was better than what I expected and the explanation of what I was getting was even better. They asked questions and listened to what I was looking for. Didn’t try to sell me things I didn’t need. And the lights installed on my truck are amazing. Great quality. Great prices. Great service. Took 4 hours for two windows to get a tint on my car, only for the guy to come out after he was done and tell me he cut the tint too short and i could just come back the next day for him to fix. Also while driving home noticed bubbles on both tints and overall looked terrible.

Absolutely disappointing service - I’ve been to Tint World TWICE now, and have received atrocious service and disrespect. The first time was for installation of a sub/amp combination for my Jeep, and the guy that served me was completely disinterested in doing the job. I lucked out bc a buddy of his was hanging around the shop that day and he offered to install it for me off the record, and he did a good job. The second time was just this last week, and I went in asking for assistance in a new speaker set up for my Toyota. I already had the speakers and door panels ready to pull off and get ‘er done. I know it’s a simple job, I’ve done it before, but I just didn’t have the energy to do it for my new car. Again, the guy who serviced me was incredibly dismissive and uninterested. So I left. If y’all don’t want or need my business that sucks, but I’m not going back or recommending this business to anyone. Sorry.

Went to the Tint World Abilene location on Treadaway. They got me in and out in just over an hour. Great price and very friendly and knowledgeable service. I got the Level 3 tint package and my truck looks sweet. Tint was darker (but still legal) than I thought it was going to be which was great, and the HEAT REDUCTION was incredible!!
