Very busy drive thru but moves quickly. Efficient and friendly staff. Beautiful inside. Got to be one of the cooler interior designs I've seen. Drinks are excellent as always.

Ordered a peach green tea lemonade with light ice. Plum full of ice. Only actually got a few sips of my drink itself, the rest was ice. It’s not the first time at this location, and even when I ask for it light, I still get this.

Hopefully this will be more constructive criticism than a complaint, but I came inside because they had a long line outside and I was in a rush, and unfortunately it still took over 20 minutes to get 2 drinks. I watched all of the cars that were ahead of me (and more) in the drive through leave before I got my drinks. I understand that they were busy, but there was no hustle whatever and it was obvious that they put in house orders on the backburner. I finally went up and asked about mine and the girl's order that was ahead of me, and he just THEN (over 15 minutes after we ordered) printed out our labels at the espresso machine. I used to work at that exact same Starbucks and we used to hustle and worked together like a well oiled machine but clearly that's not the case anymore. The guy who made my drink was kind but it's frustrating that they purposefully leave in house orders to the wayside. All the workers looked stressed and sad to be there - it seems they're over worked and perhaps under appreciated.

They are always swamped but that's not the problem. The problem I have is when the 4 batista making the drinks are playing around and knocking each others cups out from under the pouring coffee and laughing and playing around when I ordered 1 drink on moble app and it took over 30 min to get it cause they were playing around! Having fun at work and enjoying your job is important but not when you are so busy!!

This is the second time in the same week that they said they were out of the pumpkin spice latte. I left without purchasing anything both times. I wonder how much money they're losing. I guess McDonald's wants my business more. At least I can count on them to be consistent.

These baristas were so stressed today with SO many drinks (5/13 at 3:30pm). Yet, they were still so so kind and informative when dealing with not very kind or patient customers. Appreciative of them, they should get paid more.

This is a busy location And the staff is trained and prepared well. I recommend ordering on the app ahead of time and going in to pick it up. If you like waiting in a line or waiting inside, the atmosphere then your way to be around 12 minutes.Never had any problems. The staff is always fast friendly service.

This is the 3rd time I ordered (through doordash) and they made my coffee wrong. Venti Iced white chocolate mocha, no whip, 10 pumps white chocolate, 6 total expresso shots and blonde expresso instead of the signature expresso. Grant it there were no straws yet again but the drivers are to do that part. However the coffee had whipped cream, and no pumps of white chocolate, not even the normal amount that is to go on there and they used the signature expresso. I feel that this will be my last time going here and ordering through app and for any delivery orders as well. This is a shame for sure. If you order, drink some before you walk away to ensure it is the way you like it. Disappointed for sure.Parking: Maybe 10 parking spots, drive through wraps around building which makes it hard to get in and out of the area as well.Kid-friendliness: Not very kid friendly.Wheelchair accessibility: They have a ramp yes to get in but the parking is not good for a wheelchair van for sure.

This location is extremely busy! It is non-stop, and through it all, the staff is very friendly and professional. Our drinks took a little while, but it was super busy so we understood. The gentlemen at the window gave us some Starbucks credits for the inconvenience. It was so kind, and my husband and I appreciated it.
