My daughter’s pup is sensitive and sweet. I’m always leery of leaving her anywhere but they took such amazing care of her, I can’t imagine taking her anywhere else. She looks and smells wonderful! When I walked in to pick her up the groomer was sitting in the floor with her and Diva had her head in her lap like she was one of her own. Thank you for being so great with her and allowing her to be your shadow for the day!

I hadn't groomed my Yorkie in about 2 years. He came in a mess. They were so kind here and super fast! I have never had a appointment where they finished in under an hour! They did not rush on my babies grooming either, he smelt amazing and had the cutest cut. I also noticed that he was so happy! He has bad anxiety and he did not care whatsoever that he was getting groomed. Overall he was so happy and just perfectly groomed. Thank ya'll so much for the excellent service. We can't wait to come back again.

We’re new to town and needed to find a groomer to take our mini goldendoodle regularly. Facebook groups recommended this place and we were pleased with the outcome. The atmosphere is very relaxed and the dogs all seem to be very happy. The groomer was very knowledgeable and gave me feedback to help with the next time we bring our pup in. I enjoy that especially because dogs need to be desensitized to the grooming experience. It’s been almost a month now and his haircut still makes him look super handsome!

Spaws is great! I have a Bichon and they trim her perfectly! They're friendly and gentle with her. It's all done in about an hour!

Service was great. Professionalism was there. Just a little disappointed in my dog, I guess she gave the SPAW Pet Grooming, a hard time. And because of that she wasn't as cleaned up as I would of liked her to be, but that's not anyone's fault. They did the best with what they had to work with. She's honoring not ugly, just set in her ways I guess you could say and SPAW Pet Grooming, did real well with what she would let them do. They got her bathed and that says something there.Well worth it and would recommend 100%.

Being new to the area I was excited that we may have found a great groomer. However, we will not be returning. I took in our little 7 lb morkie who has short hair, not Chihuahua short, but short. I aksed that she receive a bath and have her face and legs trimmed up. Also to trim nails. To my surprise when I picked her up after 45 mins. She had been bathed and nails trimmed and it cost over $70. Never again. Her legs had not been trimmed and just around her eggs were trimmed. When I asked why so much I was told because she is a long hair groom. Her hair is maybe an inch long and she is 7lbs. $70 for 45 min bath and nails, nope never again. Website said x small is up to 8 lbs. So, so disappointed. A very expensive bath. I couldnt discuss the issue further due to there being so many customers in the store for drop off and pick up. I did not want to discuss openingly.

Second time to use this groomer. 1st time wasn't good, her paws and nails not trimmed good or her hygiene areas. She wasn't all dry, I assumed that being new place Ella wasn't behaving. Decided to try again, My mistake. Same problems as before, plus she wasn't combed or brushed out with a fulminator or washed with that type of shampoo. Being a Husky, they shed terribly and require extra time to groom.Normal groom time at other groomers is 3+ hours. When was notified she was ready in 2 hours should of knew?Price was same as other groomers, service not.

My wife and I took both our small dogs to this place & had a ruff experience to say the least. Upon walking in the place was a mess, dogs everywhere roaming around which caused a stressfully experience for our youngest dog. My wife specifically asked that our youngest dog be separated from the other dogs because he is not the best with other dogs at times & when we came to pick him up that was not the case he was just out with big & smaller dogs. Which my only concern with that is what if another dogs hurts him or he hurts a smaller dog?? They did tell us that they might not be able to groom him fully because it was his first time which I’ve never heard of anywhere I have been before?? But either way we were super understanding. When we came to pick the dogs up our youngest dog only got a bath. Which like I said I understand. But he still had super sharp nails even though they said they cleaned his pads which does not make sense to me & wild hair but the bad thing is we were still charged full price for just a bath and some clean pads?? & all that was fine still but when we paid out no one even told us when we could get a actually haircut for him?? We are not the people that cause a scene we just simply don’t go back to bad business. Only writing this review so others out there can see it & decide before spending the $$.

What a joke, we will not be returning. We have our dog bathed and groomed every 2 weeks, and my regular gal had an equipment malfunction so though we would try Spaw. We have a 2.5yr old, very gentle, easy labradoodle. I bathed, dried and brushed her before dropping her off. All I asked was for them to trim up her face, ears, and trim her nails. We keep her coat very short as it has been summer time so we did not need her totally groomed.When I returned to pick her up, was I ever surprised with an $82. Charge!!! They did not need to bathe her, dry her or brush her out. Just a bath and dry is $40 which she did not get. What an absurd charge for about 15 minutes worth of service.

I love taking my little dog, a maltipoo, to this establishment. I can always count on the staff to do a great job with my dog’s haircuts and over all grooming. After having a bad experience with some other groomers they made my dog’s hair just right. They pay attention to the little details and they are get you in and out in a swift manner. I definitely recommend them for your dog’s needs. Love this place!

My little dog loves this place. We’ve tried several other groomers and she was always upset when I picked her up and refused to look at me. When I pick her up from Spaw pet grooming she’s always happy to see me and ready for cuddles. It’s amazing the difference in her attitude and I think that has a lot to do with the wonderful groomers!! Of course she looks lovely!!

I had a good experience the first time I took my dogs, but this second visit was very disappointing. I have a pound puppy that has really thick, but short hair and in my entire life of owning many cats and dogs, I have never had such a huge issue with shedding. I'm talking, my floor is covered in hair and you can literally see it fall off of her has she shakes. I've bathed her and brushed her but still nothing has been working. I scheduled her thinking I could get her a buzz cut, but the staff did not recommend this-which was fine, but the way they explained everything it came across as condescending and rude. They told me they could do a "de-shedding" service and so this is what I left my dog to get. After less than an hour I get a text that she's ready. As I take her out the door before I put her in my car I can still see hair all over her and I'm easily petting massive clumps out of her. So I'm super frustrated at this point and I took her straight to my vet who also has a groomer on staff to get a second opinion and look. They were able to get her in and said they would work on her some more for me. Three hours later, I pick her up and she visibly looked like she had lost weight from the amount of hair they got out of her. This groomer asked her when I had taken her to Spaw pet and I told her I came straight from them to her and she was shocked due to my dog's ears still being dirty and her nails were not clipped and the fact that they had obviously not performed a deshedding service given the amount she was able to pull out of my dog. Very disappointed and will not be back

So happy we chose to take our Shih Tzu here!! We had a very bad experience from another grooming place and was nervous that it might happen again. As soon as we walked in my worries were put aside. All of the staff was friendly and the shop was very clean and organized. I loved that they had windows outside to where you can see the dogs getting groomed. It made me feel better to leave her there. Our baby came out looking so precious, smelled clean and nails clipped. Definitely would recommend and we will be returning!

Loved how cute my baby mini Goldendoodle looked after his bath.He’s only 2 months old and they made sure he was safe and carried him since he is so young for all his shots. He looked so fluffy and cute after his grooming.

I have taken my dog there a few times now and each time they do not listen to what we want done. This last time will be exactly that; the last time. I specifically asked twice not to cut my dog’s hair and that I just wanted the Basic Package. When I picked him up he was trimmed all over and they charged me for the Pawmiere Package. So unless you want to be completely ignored on how you want your pet groomed and to be charged for services that you flat-out refused (twice!), stay away.

Our beautiful, gentle fur baby, Theodore had a terrible experience at this spaw. He was chopped by the owner, Stephane, who sent him away with a referral to the local vet. I’m assuming so they can drug him and finish the scalping she started. Theodore is an 11 month old Doodle who didn’t deserve this, nor did his all too kind owner who walked away without saying anything. The referral has a spot the 28th, then called back with an opening for the 21st. Spaws offered another appointment after calling them about the disaster. They could squeeze him in to finish the “cut” as early as the 23rd. Until then, he walks around with big patches missing, stray odd uncut spots and other areas that are literally mere skin. We offered to pay overtime or extended hours to resolve this sooner to no avail. This was Theodore’s third and last time to Spaws. The owner acknowledged the experience is because he’s afraid of machines (dryer, clippers, etc) and because he was distracted each time a new dog arrived, especially when the man with three dogs came through the door. She laughed and made light of the experience. I’m not sure how our Love took less of a precedence. I also inquired as to why he wasn’t left to run around with the other dogs like all of the others are. Instead, he was in the back and a call made for him to be picked up early. It was because he looked terrible! If you can’t be proud of your work, then how are we to be proud of it for another 15 days. Poor Theo and his owner are heartbroken. His first Christmas pictures are ruined. Maybe it will grow out before his 1st birthday. No thanks to this spaw. I still can’t fathom either being charged, even if it was for the bath. Saw great reviews with this store, so decided I'd give it a try. Dropped Wesley off and asked for a trim with a bath. Lady said no problem and would call me when he was finished. I work night shift and worked last night so I went home and layed down since she said it would be about and hour to an hour and a half. I get a call at 415 asking if I got the text about Wesley being ready for pick-up said no and that I'd be right there. When I got there all three girls gave me rude expressions and weren't friendly at all. One girl rang me up while the other was giving a dog a haircut and one was on her cell phone. No one said anything to me. Once paid, the cashier girl went and got Wesley while 3 dogs were behind the desk loose without leashes. When she took him out of the crate he was scared of the other dogs rushing to him and didn't walk. Instead of picking him up, (he's 6 lbs) she drug him across the floor with the leash. My husband and I WILL NOT be returning to this store. And my poor baby was shaved instead of the trim I had asked for.

its okay... Maybe I asked to much owning a standard poodle in full show coat, I let them bath and blow him out twice both times it wasn't done correctly, i asked them to clip his feet and face i got back a dog that wasn't even attempted they didn't mention it either. when i asked about it i was told he fought them, now hes a show dog hes been groomed on a schedule his whole life he knows nothing different but new place maybe he was a bad boy, they offered for me to bring him back in and they would do it but i declined i didn't get what would be different if he protested the first time. Both times the job was rushed and i get it thats A LOT of hair but tell me you cant do it before you do it half ways and i tell them on the phone his a standard in full coat many groomers turn him away because it takes time to do these dogs correctly i understand that id rather they tell me no then waste everyone time and money. Hes been to groomers since and ive asked after did he fight his face or feet they tell me no. So for your average dog im sure they do a great job and i want to be fair in this review as most do not have show animals. If i was just wanting my pet bathed and clipped im sure they do a good job.

Employee at front desk was absolutely rude. Apparently they have too much business. They set their clock fast and you have an appointment. You have a 10 minute wi dow to show. There at 8 minutes after and they refused to take our appointment. Will never go there. Thumbs down.....choose another place for your business.
