But they're always there and they I'm good at showing you things like how to treat your animals for certain sicknesses and stuff and they'll help you figure it out. They always have the time for you

They are always friendly and ready to help find anything you need. I really enjoy taking our dog to the groomer. She gets so excited when he walks through the door. I have no doubt that she really enjoys what she does! That makes a huge difference when you're dropping off your little fur baby!

PetSmart is a wonderful store for all pet supplies and toys! It is neat and easy-to-use. I quickly got in and out. The catnip, "Meowijana" was a hit and very affordable! Our cat loved it! Just a few squirts on her toys kept her entertained and busy for hours. She was so happy!

Cashier/groomer was excellent. I was dealing with a new 50lb puppy without any essentials and was putting collars and leashes on as I went down the isles with a kid in the final minutes of closing. She was very patient and kind.

I got a 300$ cat litter box here the box was worth it. For some reason the cashier thought I needed crystal little refill trays. However, the box I got definitely did not take litter trays. The trays were not cheap so I'm grateful I ignored that. The box I got is awesome, it scoops everything into a drawer that I empty simple and easy cleaning. The second time I went here a lady help explain turtle habitats and sizing to me and saved me a lot of money. I was going to try to keep an 11 inch turtle I found on the side of the road after a storm. Thankfully she saved me from stressing the turtle out.

We get our Dachshunds (Tyrion) nails cut here. No appointment is needed, just walk-in. We find it so difficult to cut his nails as his legs are so short and he won't hold still for us. The staff at PetSmart do a fantastic job.

I found a cat carrier I liked online that was available for pick up. So I decided to drive into town to purchase it.It was not available, in fact the various carriers were very limited in choice and were priced higher than everywhere else I had looked.I ended up going somewhere else.I'm definitely a bargain shopper with this economy.

This place is knowledgeable about their products, now if you have questions ask, because I purchased some CBD oil gummies and melatonin, and I wasn't aware of the strength I got, and the guy really did explain to me, the strength and the effects of the product. Overall great place

Great place to shop for all your fur babie's needs. Always workers around so it is very easy to find help when you need it. Most of the workers I have dealt with at this location are very knowledgeable about the products the store sells and if they don't know, they will find the answer. Did have a problem with one employee who hopefully was having a bad day rather than just always being as rude as she was to me. She seemed irritated that I had a question for her about some dog food, she walked with an attitude and rolled her eyes, then just stood in the main middle isle and just pointed saying, "Here, here, and here", then stormed off to get back to whatever it was she was doing. She has been the only problem employee we have had to deal with while shopping at this location. Everyone else greets you with a smile, welcomes you to PetSmart, and makes you feel right at home for all your pet care needs!! I love shopping at PetSmart and I highly recommend shopping at this location when you need all things pets!!

Clean location. This visit was probably the best visit I have had here. There was one of the associates walking by and she made a point to stop and talk with me. She was very friendly. I was able to ask her lots of questions. She was great. The cashier was fast and efficient so I didn't have a long wait. The store is usually very clean. There is rarely more than one cashier so the lines can get super long and slow but this time was the opposite. Great experience this time around.

The store was so nice and clean. We originally went in for flea chews and dog toys, but they were out of the chews we needed. The cashier was great and even told me about an alternative method we could use that also works to ease inflammation on our dogs skin since she is white. This store is an hour away from our house, but it is so worth the trip.
