The employees welcomed Monty and I could tell they really enjoy being around animals. Skyler did a wonderful job making sure Monty was comfortable and Monty came home looking and smelling nice and clean. I also appreciate that their wash helps stop Monty from shedding so much. I definitely recommend Skyler as the groomer when you go!

Ashleigh was fast, friendly, and did a fantastic cut on our miniature schnauzer. Setting up the appointment was fast and easy. Checkout and pickup was a breeze. Overall good experience!

Nessie was not cut the way we asked. Called and ask someone to call me two times. Not one person bothered to call me. Will not be back. Was our first visit and our last visit! Also, will not recommend to anyone.

My King Charles Cav just turned 2 and is a sweet, funny but rowdy boy! He has had his nails trimmed here a few times as a walk in but today was his first full grooming!! Package hair cut plus essentials. (Bath, nails etc) Dalton was Bohdi's groomer and did such a great job!! Exactly how we wanted it and he seemed to enjoy working with Boh. Definitely recommend!!

They did exactly what I asked for, and Rocky looked GREAT!! Skyler took the time to listen upon my arrival, and showed my the length on the sample board, and was gentle with Rocky. Skyler didn't do the Styling, but made sure to pass the information on to Dalton, and Dalton did an amazing job! Rocky looked great! I tipped $20 to show my appreciation! I will be back.

Health records are required insuring that it is a safe environment. The friendly groomer listened to my concerns and the characteristics of my elderly dog. She asked questions to be sure she understood the services I wanted. I picked up a happy, well-groomed dog - can't get much better than that!

Susan is the best!!! we have a 3 year old Husky that gets groomed every 4 weeks and we used to take her to petsmart until 1 day we decided to change it up. Best decision ever!! Our husky is always treated with kindness and Susan does an amazing job! Our husky sheds very minimal now and her coat is always so soft and shiny when we get her back.

The groomers were very sweet and attentive. My dog was a little shy and nervous about having to get her nails trimmed but they made her feel right at home and comfortable. They were great. I will be coming back for sure.

I called and gave instructions on what I wanted, I confirmed those instructions in an email to the grooming salon. My daughter had to pick her up for me and her haircut is nowhere close to what I asked for. I called to talk to someone to get it fixed and no one returned my call. I am definitely not happy with the service.

Unfortunately I do not know his name, but my Stella is a nervous dog. He played with her the staff came over and made her feel comfortable and he gave me some advice on after care (new dog mom here) good employees need recognized and this was a five star experience!

When I had Biddie groomed in San Angelo, she was pretty much shed free, not so in Abilene. She was still somewhat damp when I picked her up and they had called that she was ready. She is still shedding...I paid extra for the deshedding. The staff were great at both places and worked with our uncertain schedule.

Morty can be quite the fickle Groomee, but with Skyler, I always know that he's in good hands! Morty always comes out looking so cute and handsome! 10/10! Would always recommend Skyler, especially for the small squirmy dogs!
