The store offers competitive pricing with a clean setting and relaxed atmosphere. The treat selection is top notch for your canine companion! After leaving my previous review on the bettas, I decided to give this place a few more tries to see how the conditions have changed. First of all, the staff is amazing and they have been nothing but friendly to me on my visits. I can tell that they care about the animals beyond what their job requires.Besides that, I do have one main concern. Almost 1/3 of every fish tank had two more dead fish, either stuck to the filter or laying in the bottom of the tank and being eaten by their companions. I came two days in a row and saw the same dead fish. I was considering adding to my tank from this store, but I decided it wasn't the safest option. I have lost fish previously by adding new arrivals to the tank using the floating method (but no quarantine), and unfortunately, I have lost some to sickness. Sickness in fish is not completely preventable, but I feel that it would be more comforting for customers to see less dead fish in the tank they are buying from. Besides that criticism, I think this store is clean and well cared for. Just please don't forget the fish!

Fantastic pet self-wash facility. Buy a 5-pass punch card to cut your cost by half compared to pay for each wash as you go. There is an assortment of shampoo and conditioners. The staff clean after each dog. So much better than a mess in your own tub and the leash attached to the wall makes dog wrangling so much easier than at home. I discovered this after one of my dogs thought it was great to lay in a puddle puddle. 30 minutes later she looked shiny and new.

I always enjoy visting here. The staff is friendly but not overbearing!!! Perfect! If you didn't know, they have a great dog washing station and even help you learn how to wash your pets! Definitely a great spot to shop💕

Another store me and my Grandma love to shop at! We have a lot of dogs, and thus go to a lot of pet stores, and this is one of our favorites!! The employees are SO helpful, we always find what we need! It's also always so fun to look at the fish, reptiles, birds, and see all the dogs that come in! 😊Overall, one of the best pet stores ever! If you have a pet, consider checking this place out!! 👏😁 🐕

Super knowledgeable staff and friendly just the environment there can make your day bright 🔆.I highly recommend this location for all your needs even the showers for our fur babies is super clean and convenient and staff is always available for assistance.

Wow what a FUN pet store!! I decided to put my cat in a raw diet to keep her poo from smelling up the house. This is the only location I found some really high quality, TikTok famous food finds! And the best part was that all the items were way more cost effective than other pet food retailers. On this day I got to meet a ferret and had a very pleasant checkout experience. The staff was Absolutely knowledgeable and so friendly!They love their jobs and are just happy overall. Great atmosphere! Plus they are doing mail clippings for $10 on all pets.My pet approves!

I’ve never seen a self serve dog wash in a pet store before so that’s neat. The store itself was organized and very clean. Staff was extremely courteous and when I needed assistance, were right on it. It was also nice to see that my very hard to find dog food is carried here in large quantities. 5/5 would recommend for your furry friend’s needs.

I come here to get my pack their treats, the selection is amazing. Honestly out of the wide selection they have only one they don't like and that's saying something with 10 picking dogs. They even how a bathing station (I haven't used yet) but I personally like that you can do it yourself without having to leave your baby with someone you don't know. The staff is ever friendly and helpful. They treat your pets like they've known them forever

Everyone who works here is so nice! I love supporting this place over other big-name pet stores. They carry great brands, and they care about the customer.Before I had to say goodbye to my sweet pup, she wasn't eating the foods I would buy for her. I would get one serving out of anything I got for her, she wouldn't eat it and instead of wasting the food money, Pet Supplies Plus took the food back, refunded my money, and donated the unfinished bag to the shelter. That's pretty amazing customer service.Always check out their close to expiration date specials. You can get some great quality food for 50-75% off!Will always come here for any pet stuff I need.

Okay so about a month after getting my bearded dragon there she is still doing well and healthy a little bit on the aggressive side due to probably a lot of handling and a stress but probably no more so than any other pet store. Only thing that I was really mad about was the fact that during checkout the cashier put my bearded dragon in a bag and tied it. My wife wasn't paying attention and neither was I so my wife turns around and she goes to grab the bags and put them in the basket and doesn't realize that this guy took the vented box that my baby bearded dragon was in and put it in that bag and she grab the bag you know quickly trying to put all the bags in the basket to take them out and and hit the baby bearded dragons box up against the basket pretty hard. Cashier was completely unapologetic and in my opinion does not know the least bit what he's doing there. I would definitely recommend him trying to find a job where animals are not involved.

DO NOT BUY ANY FISH. I recently purchased a puffer fish and added it to my 75gal tank. This tank has been running for 8 months without issues. 50% water change weekly along with weekly water parameter testing. Bought a puffer fish for the tank. Noticed a very small white patch on it and looked it up to find out the fish had ich. Immediately moved it to another tank to quarantine it. It was the only thing I had added in the past 5 months. And within 3 days all the other fish in the tank got the same parasite and died. Pictures of some of the dead fish from tank. along with still selling sick fish in their tanks. They only refund the fish you bought. Considering going to court over the matter. DO NOT BUY FISH HERE.

one of the best pet stores in my opinion. bigger variety of toys, food, and other things for different pets, and at a pretty good price too:)recently went again for my dogs birthday, all the staff were very attentive and quick to greet us and offer assistance. they even allowed us to hold a snake and offered to let us hold the ferret!

I had never been to Pet Supplies Plus, but after seeing someone say something about a great sale that was going on on another app, I wanted to go. I was greeted when I came in the door, and the clerk checked on me throughout my visit. I found really good sales, a quick check out, and the friendliest of staff in a clean store.
