My bruce and davina mae Bruce black chow davina is the white spotted german shepherd lab mix. She and he came back beautiful davina is a messy digger and eater and was tan when brought in they got her back to white. I am so pleased bruce was soo nappy and now is soft nat free and claws trimmed and it was so affordable for 2 big dogs less then 100 for everything they did. But obviously leave a tip!

Took our mochi there today they got us in quickly and I we picked him up in a very reasonable time frame! They did an absolute amazing job!! Best groom he’s ever had. I highly highly recommend them! Prices were great as well! If I could give 10 stars I definitely would!

My Service Dog has 2 flaws. Water is to her as Kriptonite is to Superman and hates anyone clipping her toe nails. I've taken her to a couple places and they didn't want the challenge. Lads and Lassies got it done and I'm sure they had a fight on their hands. I'm going to take her at least once a month and I'm sure she will get used to it. Thank you Jess and everyone for helping. As a SD, she has to be clean when she is around the public!

My babies look great...This place is awesome, I called for the same day apt and they were able to get both my boys in. Also, I live out of town and they were very accommodating for my needs and had them ready by the time I was heading back out of town. I would very highly recommend this place. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Thank you very much. I will be back!!;)

Absolutely the best groomer in town. You can hear the women in the back being incredibly sweet to these pets. Treating them with respect and being comforting when they are noticeably scared. BIG shout out to SHAYLA!! She was cheerful and bright, always smiling and petting the dogs. They treat these dogs like they are their dogs.

I went to Lads and lassies for the first time and I FREAKING LOVE THEM!!!!! Not only are the girls friendly are so sweet! They were very professional and knew exactly what they are doing, I love this place and i have told all my friends and we are all very happy i will never use a different groomer. Oh not to mention the place smelt good and looked so cute with their renovation, i cant wait to see what it looks like when they are done. They also colored my friends do it was amazing!! I LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS PLACE!!!!

Took advantage of a disabled person and took my money without rendering services. My dog is a Service Dog that assists me in my everyday activities. I left her for 1 hr and 45 min to be bathed, dipped, nails grind, anal gland and ears cleaned. Went back in an hour and 45 min paid them and when I got home noticed that her nails were not done, no bath she smelled like anything but clean. When I called to address this issue I was hung up on twice by the owner. Terrible place, would not recommend to anyone.

Went a few months back and had a really good experience. Just took our pug in the other day and he looks worse then when we took him in. His nails were suppose to be trimmed and they don't look like they were touched and he has clumps of hair just falling out. Will never go there again

I was blown away by how amazing my poodle mix looked. Shayla did such an awesome job. My dog is an old lady and can be difficult to handled I was very impressed with all the care she received while she was there.

My Gretel looks like a million dollar schnauzer every time! I made the mistake to try someone else while we were visiting my kids & they destroyed her hair. Always stick with Lads & Lassies for perfection!

I took my dog here once, and they never asked for my dog's shot records, which is scary/dangerous. They didn't follow instructions on how to groom my dog and I'm not sure that they expressed her anal glands at all like they said they would (which can end up causing a large vet bill). I don't like that you can't see the room where they keep the dogs and groom them. Also not very clean. I won't be going back.

I loved how they cut my Simbas hair. They did exactly what I asked for. I have a Pom and been to several groomers in Abilene but this place did amazing!!! We are pleased!!

Amazing I can't even get my dog to let me brush her but they do it all an do it well I don't know what they're trick is but it works my dog literally gets excited when we get there I'm so happy with how well they did on Miss Luna today an from how Luna acts after I'm so happy that I can know an trust that the treat my baby really well while she's there an the prices are soooooooooooo low thank you guys deff going to be a re accusing customer ❤💗💖😊

Drop off for a BATH, just a bath at 7:30 am. At 3;00 pm she still was not finished. "Sorry, we have 25 dogs a day and we get to them when we can." She was in a cage all day. Smelled like a "wet dog" when I picked her up. Had to go home and bathe her myself just so she wouldn't stink.
