These guys are fast and their meat is prime beef. I bought their ribeyes 💯. I got the fajita meat sliced ( no marinade) it and fried it on the cast iron skillet with lemon and salt and it was tender goodness. I bought their Tri-Tip and it looks beautiful. You guys have to give them a try. I go to Dallas every month to buy groceries but after my husband tasted those fajitas he said we will be shopping here now.

We went to look, n buy some meat. It was our first time there, only one person there asked if we needed help. Everyone just looked at you. The cashier could use customer service skills like a smile. I mean if I'm gonna spend money I would rather give it to ppl who act like they want my business. The store was clean though, which is a plus. I think I will continue to see what other meat markets are out there. I have not yet cooked the meat I'm sure it's good quality, it was packaged well.

The beef is delicious. I especially like the ribeyes. Such a variety here, like fudge, alcohol, jams, as well as meat. I go there when I want to treat myself.

This place really rocks. The steaks are are a little more expensive than the grocery store but so much better. They sell all kinds of meat and seasonings, salsa and more. Really cool spot in Abilene.

The quality here is amazing, and the prices are extremely fair. We bought a half cow and they made the process easy and streamlined for us. We cannot recommend them enough, if you haven't tried them yet, you're missing out!

I've always accepted their over-the-top prices, but they just recently raised the prices even more and even arbitrarily doubled the price of their Beef fat. Absolutely unnecessary and ridiculous! I will be going anywhere else from now on!

We had seen this store advertised on tv but we never really knew exactly where it was until my husband spotted. It. We loved it. It brought back memories of my dad feeding us red rind cheese. We loved it. We also found liver. That was another favorite of my dad's.

Abilene needed a fresh Meat Market. I have had their Rib Eye's of course fantastic and very tender. The filet was out of this world. I am not a huge New York Strip fan, but my husband brought home two, I cooked them and they were amazing. I am a fan now. Great job Circle H Meat Market!!!

Every cut of meat I've purchased has been very flavorful and tender. The other items, salsa, pickled vegetables and co-op frozen beans etc. are good also! Worth the stop, and look see❗

I stopped in and asked the butcher to pick me 2 New York strip steaks that he would take home and holy moly, they were like butter. They actually looked almost like wagyu but they were not. Best steak truly that I have ever had. If you havent been, GO. Super friendly, clean and a great selection. I cannot wait to go back. Unfortunately I do not live in Abilene but if I did, I would never buy meat anywhere else.

Be sure to try the jalapeno bacon stuffed chicken breast! Everyone I've shared it with has loved it. And the tenderloins are almost fork tender. Amazing.

When they first opened....loved the meat and it was affordable. Now....WOW!! Prices have went way up!!! They have a lot of choices of jams and jellies that were different than the stores have.
