I’m giving 5 stars because of the knowledgeable and great customer service Jayson gave us when in the store. This was the second time Jayson has approached me and helped me while shopping here. This guy knows his stuff and can answer any questions you may have. If you’re shopping here and anyone else approaches you to help you just ask for Jayson and you won’t be disappointed.

Actually was very impressed with the customer service here at this location! And will be back. Wished I could remember her name that helped me and signed me up for the club, took the time out to show me how discount tags worked and it was actually worth the watch!!!

Nice and pleasant store. Their stock is starting to change so it might feel confusing when you come in but the helpful staff will always point you in the right direction if they don't walk with you to it.

They worked very hard 2 be sure we had what we needed. Despite having computer issues. One guy felt bad that this is what happened to us as out of towers. The hospitality shined better than the glitches. Veryyyy happy 😊😊😃👍👍👌👌

Agent at geek squad was nice. They called me when apple made a mistake of sending the wrong item. The reason for the three star is because initially I gave them the dysfunctional apple pen gen 1, it's box, a tip, wires, etc. Everything it came with. When I received the new apple pen gen 1 it worked fine and connected. Great. Except all the extras were missing. Called geek squad and was told to come to the store so they could give it to me. Agent I spoke to was the same one who helped me, but he said they dont take boxes or anything but the unit. I told him he did take it and I just want the missing stuff. He apologized and said it was sent to Apple and I only get the pencil. I was really saddened because he was nice but now I gotta invest getting extras again. So a precaution and a lesson learned... Do not send any extras just whatever isn't working.

The service here is excellent. Everyone knows where to find anything and everything. They take as much time as you need when assisting you. The prices are pretty reasonable and go from low to high, so everyone has decent options. They've got a pretty good selection of items and always seem to have the hottest new technology items available. The Geek Squad is also great and extremely helpful. They definitely know what they are doing when it comes to fixing computers. You DO have to make an appointment in order to get help from the Geek Squad, but that's ok. They are busy people for sure! I definitely recommend the Best Buy located in the Abilene Mall.

Needed a charging cable for my laptop and the young man at the geek squad desk was so helpful and actually didn't recommend what they hav in store because it was expensive and over kill. Taught me what to look for and order online to save money. Great guy!!

Bought a surround sound system from the Abilene store and part of the system was not functioning properly. Returned it within the 7 day period and I had lost my receipt but paid for it with my credit card. Manager pulled up the transaction but would not refund my card and even questioned if I even bought it from them. Their policy states you don't have to have a receipt if it's within the 7 day period. Still would not refund my card. Instead they wanted to give me a store credit. Manager was rude and unprofessional and questioned if I even purchased it from him even though he found the transaction from my card. Luckily I used my AMX card and disputed the transaction. So now that it's been resolved, I received a store credit which I used and my AMX card was refunded also even though you tried to fight it. So thank you Best Buy for trying to put the screws to me. It back fired on you this time. You should honor your own refund policy.

Took in a laptop that I purchased 5 months ago at Best Buy to try and get a charging problem resolved. The cashier was nice. She then referred us to Geek Squad.The woman working geek squad first asked us if we had a protection plan. I know that’s a standard question. We don’t have a protection plan. She then told us that it would cost the price of a new laptop to get it fixed. I was shocked obviously. But the worst part is they wouldn’t even look at the laptop. They just assumed it was a charging port problem. I promptly said screw this and walked out.Came back in to talk to a manager who told me the same thing.My biggest issue was that they wouldn’t even look at the laptop. It could’ve been something simple like a bad charger. But nope. The grotesque woman working geek squad was too busy playing on her phone to be bothered by any of it. I will never step foot in another Best Buy as long as I live.

I have been to many Best Buy’s and they are usually pretty good. This one has employees who really know there stuff🤗🤗 and completely explained everything about what I needed to know and THEN some. I’m truly sorry I don’t live in the area. If you do and need tech help, get your butt over there and ask anyone.Nathan helped us with so much on our iPad and photoshopping. Wow the knowledge he has😲😲😲 he blew me away. So very friendly too.

Taylor did an amazing job!!! After going to customer service and obviously interrupting the cashier's conversation, we were told the item we wanted to exchange for, was not in stock. We decided to go to browse the store inventory for ourselves, and that's when Taylor approached us. She was very helpful!! She helped us make a decision based on our needs, and was even able to find the item that we were told was not in stock. She made the Best Buy shopping experience great for us!! We left with what we wanted, and had a great appreciation for the assistance that Taylor gave us. If you're in Best Buy, and Taylor is working, she is very helpful and knowledgeable. Thank you Taylor for your help!!

It seems that Best Buy continued to take payments from my credit card after the item was paid. Turned into a huge effort and I still cannot get an answer so card will be discontinued. As an alternative, I would appreciate an answer from Best Buy.

I went in to look at cell phone selection. After asking for help and giving my max budget, the associate continuously showed me phones over my budget.I decided to look on Amazon while in the store. That's when I was told abo the t price match. I know he was doing his job, but I did tell him my budget, but he persisted on more expensive phones. Even after I told him, I could not see myself spending that much money on a phone.Needles to say, I found the same phone for 120.00 less somewhere else and decided to go with the other company regardless of the price match.

I went in needing help to find a charger for my ring alarm key pad. I waited 20 minutes for someone to help me just for them to say they don't know, then didn't offer any option to find out. I ended up figuring it out myself and was disappointed in how the customer service has decreased with Best Buy

This Best Buy is great!I got away from going to Best Buy years ago, due to service, prices, and of course the rise of Amazon. But I've been going to this Best Buy now for a few months and I've nothing but good things to say!Their service has been top notch. I've dealt with a different associate almost every time and they are quite knowledgeable and super friendly.The prices are competitive and I don't usually have to wait for my products. Just got a TV shipped to the store and yet another wonderful experience.Keep doing what you're doing Best Buy of Abilene!!

They totally ignored me, because I have severe lung damage and cannot breath through any mask I've tried. However, I've tested negative every time I've been testes for Covid19. It's horrible that the ONLY option for shopping for something is curbside and for that you MUST use a debit card because they won't accept cash when you curbside. The service is so bad I'm calling corporate, leaving a complaint with the BBB, and talking to an attorney for service based discrimination.
