Cannot say enough wonderful things about their training. They know their stuff and work diligently with you and your dog for specific needs and behaviors. They keep in touch and are always there to answer questions or help in refreshers if needed. They love the dogs as their own and follow your “I am a crazy dog mom rules”. They send pictures and updates when you are away. You cannot go wrong using D&C dog training

We have taken our dog here for 2 years every time we need to board him. We have a chihuahua fox terrier who is very anxious but when he's in their care he plays with the other dogs and has lots of friends. He has his favorite team member (Miranda) and she treats him amazing! He doesn't go to other people easily but every time we pull up he gets excited and jumps out of the truck ready to play. The team at D&C Dog Training is amazing and they treat our dog with the best care possible!

I am so thankful the the training and lessons we obtained from D&C. Winston is a sweet plot hound mix and was so in his head that we could not fully enjoy him. I enrolled him in the board and train program and secretly hoped that maybe I would be lucky if I could walk him without getting my arm dislocated. What happened instead is that he now heels, stays, sits in place until released and can walk off leash! I believe miracles can happen here!!

They are interested in helping you become better at handling your dog. They don't approach dog training with cookie-cutter solutions, but instead are geniunely interested in finding solutions that work for you and your dog. I especially appreciate that training is available in multiple locations and even on-line. Quit procrastinating, stop wasting time, and just reach out to talk about your dog. I came to D&C with a 100 pound Rottie I could hardly walk on a leash and left with a dog that was not only obedient but began competing in dog sports. Additionally, I was invited to train with them on Saturdays as a complete novice and as world level competitors they never made me feel unwelcome or uncomfortable. So much so in fact that it wasn’t until some time later that I realized the “group” that got together on Saturdays were all professional trainers and competitors. D&C dog trainers are professional, knowledgeable and honest good people to go to.

I had the pleasure of training with Christina and Diamond for IGP and was able to obtain my IGP1 with my German Shepherd with their mentorship. Christina is perceptive and patient, able to quickly assess what adjustments I can make in my training regimen for faster and more precise execution of the various IGP exercises. Christina was especially helpful with pointers and advice for tracking. Diamond shares an equally deep understanding of dogs, able to zero in and tailor training advice and recommend exercises specific to me, my dog, and our relationship. Diamond is an excellent helper, helping to develop my dog in the protection phase, as well as being a wealth of knowledge for myself as a training helper for our club. Both Christina and Diamond are passionate about seeing dogs succeed, always answering my endless questions. I would highly recommend anyone who is able to attend training from Christina and Diamond do so as soon as they are able to.

I had the great fortune to be able to train my wonderful dog from IGP 1-IGP 3 with Diamond and then Christina. Amazing wealth of knowledge, excellent communication skills, along with noticing details I was unaware of, taught me so much about my dog, the sport's 3 phases, and my own plentiful faults as a handler! LOL! All of this done with patience and humor. (they definitely needed that!)Thank you both for teaching me how to work with a dog who was way better than his handler! I would work with them again anytime. Highly recommended!

We took our dopey, anxious golden to D&C for 2 weeks of day training and are very pleased with the results! The team, Miranda in particular, took into account our dog's temperament and our requests as far as interventions we were willing to try (no push back on not wanting to use an e-collar! Their approach is not one size fits all). Our dog gained mastery in all the target behaviors. We will be returning in the future for more advanced skills.

We had our dog board & trained last year, and it was one of the best decisions we could have made. The foundation that Miranda set for our dog made it EASY for us to pick up and continue her training on our own. Miranda’s skill and expertise, coupled with her genuine passion for what she does made this process a breeze.She even sent us daily pictures and videos showing her progress and what they were working on. i have taken all 3 of my dogs to diamond and Christina, my first boy i had taken to another trainer, they did a good job. but when i took him to D&C there was a huge change in performance from him. Then we continued training and got some titles on him. We absolutely love these people and their dogs, they make you feel like part of a family.

I truly cannot say enough good things about Christina, Jeanne, and Miranda. Between the board and train and individual lessons, our spazzy, jumping, teenage dog became a good leash walker with excellent manners. We are so, so pleased at the change, as we came to D&C frustrated by previous training and lack of support after the fact. I highly recommend!
