Dear Pharmacist Cleveland I hope you read this, you are very unhelpful & rude pharmasist that I have ever encountered. Do not lie when the DR contacts you for PA on a prescription that you requested, then turn around an tell the customer that you fill uncomfortable filling the prescription even though you got the summary of why the customer needed the prescription and got the ok from the DR. Stop having a power trip and controlling people's medication, when obviously the customer just had a major surgery. You should have your license revoked and be terminated from the company. This isn't the only time you have done this to a customer.

To add on to this pharmacy being the worst, I also wish I could give a negative star experience. This place is so horrible I am having to transfer my prescription 30 mins away & it sounds better than ever having to deal with anyone in this pharmacy ever again. They are the rudest, most unhelpful people I have ever encountered. They literally canceled my prescription without even letting me know, I have to jump through hoops every single month when refilling my medicine. It is insane. A few months ago I had no option but to quit my anti psychotic medicine cold turkey because I couldn’t get anyone to help me there. Don’t be in customer service if this is the attitude you have because people are dealing with a lot & having this be an issue & you guys being able to mess with peoples medicine should be a crime. You all are horrible there & should definitely reconsider your career choices.

If zero stars were possible that would be my rating. I am sitting outside of the pharmacy as I write this at 7:30 pm. I have pneumonia and 4 prescriptions called in from fast pace. I'm sorry that I work and go to school full time and had to use Fast Pace because of my hours. This Walgreens is awful. I have never been spoke to so rudely at any pharmacy, doctor, dentist, anywhere. I have no idea what the tech's issue was but some people just have no business being in the business of helping others when that is how they treat them when they are at their lowest and sickest. Absolutely pathetic. I will never be back and neither will anyone I know.

Hands down the best pharmacy! The store is always clean, neat, and organized! Employees are friendly and greet you. Pharmacy is always staffed and I never have to wait on my medications. The Walgreens app is very useful with ordering my refills and letting me know the price before I go to pick it up. Being open more hours than the other pharmacy in town makes it more convenient for medication needs. I wish all Walgreens could take some notes from this store!! 👍🏻

I was rudely turned away from the pharmacy after scheduling an appointment for a Covid booster. I was told by the pharmacist that they are only giving boosters to people 50+ despite this message in Walgreens.com:COVID-19 Vaccine Update: CDC allows for a second booster of the Pfizer-BioNTech or Moderna COVID-19 vaccines for certain groups 4 months after receiving the first booster. Patients age 50+ may visit this page beginning Friday 4/1 to schedule an appointment. Immunocompromised patients ages 12 through 49 may receive the second booster by walk-in appointment only at this time.

This was a very positive experience today. A recorded message alerted me that my prescription was ready. I went to the drive up window about noon. There was no wait. The clerk was prompt, courteous, and I didn't even have to show a credit card as I'm registered as a "Pass" patron I also appreciate she was wearing gloves due to the Covid19 pandemic. Right on, Walgreens! I'll be back.

I left work early so I could make it to the pharmacy before they closed. I called ahead and told them I'd be there by 8 maybe a tad later. The dude on the phone said if I made it by 8 I'd be okay. I pulled in the drive thru at exactly 8pm. The blinds had just been shut (they were still moving) I hit the call button and honked to no avail. I ran inside as fast as I could and as I got to the pharmacy the chick closing was locking the door. I told her about the phone call and said I got there at exactly 8. She said well we closed the blinds at 8. I said yeah I know I saw the blinds closing as I was driving in. I wasnt rude I was walking away just convinced I'd have to come back the next day for the antibiotics for my wife. As she said in an extremely rude tone "well I looked before I closed them so there is no way you were there at 8" I replied with its 8;02 now so yes maim I was there at 8. She rolled her eyes and I started heading away again and she called me over so I was happy she was being nice enough to grab the prescription. Then she throws the prescription on the counter (very rudely) and I told her very sincerely thank you for doing this I appreciate it. She didnt even say anything beside the total of the bill and with a rude (I wanna go home tone) so I got my change and left. I dont normally leave bad reviews but she was so incredibly rude and she needs to be taught how to treat customers.

If I could give this 0 stars, trust me I would. I refused to get my daughters medicarions here due to the pharmacy staff about 3 yrs ago but recently I had no choice but to get a prescription here.. the pharmacy tech with darker hair ( older woman ) was extremely sweet and this is in no reflection to her, but the others are just RUDE. They ensured me that they carried my medication, which AFTER I paid the $135 to get the meds I found out it was not the kind I needed. So I went back to explain the issue ( an issue that was written on the Rx BY my doctor. The pharmacist was extremely smartellicy and was even rude to my child who was with me. After trying to go to other pharmacy's I ended up HAVING to fill another RX here, I ordered the medication 24 HOURS in advanced so that I could hurry and get them before I had to start my work day, just to pull up and be informed that NOTHING had been touched and it would be a 2 1/2 hr wait at minimum. This is a TERRIBLE pharmacy I have spoke to Woodsons and Fred's and they have agreed to order the medication I now need ( since rite aid said they could not do so ) and will never use this pharmacy again. No customer service, ridiculous prices, and just all around terrible people in the pharmacy area.

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with!! They don’t even deserve 1 star!!! I have severe Rheumatoid Arthritis, I dropped my prescription off Thursday for pick up on Saturday. Only to find out on SATURDAY, that they didn’t have my medication and apparently didn’t have it when I dropped off my prescription on Thursday!! One of the largest pharmacy’s in the US and they couldn’t call and let me know! They just held my prescription! I will never walk into this store again! I give them a second chance this time after almost a year of not dealing with thin and this is how they treat customers! I will not be back! Go to Woodson’s or drive into Murfreesboro!! Rite Aid in Woodbury TN is a joke!

Moved my scripts to the Woodbury Walgreens a couple of months ago. The pharmacy staff were very nice and made sure all of my needs were transferred and filled. My dealings with the pharmacy is always a good experience.

The pharmacy staff are by far the rudest and slowest customer service I’ve ever experienced with a Walgreens or any pharmacy for that matter. I would not recommend getting your medicine here regardless of the price unless you want to be treated like your beneath them or like you don’t matter.

Tried for 30 minutes to speak to a LIVE person! All I got was a broken down tape recording that kept repeating itself! It even asked me to rate their system, which was I gave the lowest score I could give. Sorry excuse for customer service I have ever incurred!
