I read your novel of a comment to my fiancé so there’s no need to type a novel to me as well. I understand completely that you may have had to shave Jax down due to matting, but there was no discussion on him getting completely shaved today. We brought him to you thinking this would be a better experience and getting turned away because a PUPPY is “timid and will hurt himself” is ridiculous. We got him medicated to calm him and still you were rude and unprofessional to us. We understand that the cut may be a little different than usual but this was ridiculous. He was uneven, his feet and tail weren’t even touched, and his nails weren’t even trimmed a bit. It was half done. We also found matts on his belly. We also found cuts on his belly as well. When he got home, I was giving him kisses and noticed a HEAVY smell of cigarette smoke on his snout. Whoever is smoking on the job and is blowing smoke in poor puppies faces needs to be fired immediately. Also, my fiancé recorded the entire conversation he had with you this afternoon and you guys were completely unprofessional and absolutely rude. “Your dog seriously needs obedience training.” Of course he does. He’s a 10 month old puppy. If you are expecting a well mannered dog every single time you enter your place of employment, I think you’re in the wrong business. Have a great day :)
