Whoever they hire in to work that department has no sense when it comes to working with customers, not to mention being sarcastic at the wrong time. You're better off going to Discount Tire where they do care about the customer vs these dumb idiots.

Employees are super nice.. the fresh bread in the bakery always seems to be going out of date the next day or within the next 2 days. The fresh vegetables most of the time look terrible, or they're out of what you're looking for. I do love the cirkul flavored water

I will only shop at the Walmart in winchester. The employees are friendly, especially in the pharmacy and they will help you in anyway they can. I hate the Walmart in tullahoma and will not shop there, so I know how some stores can be. Thank you Walmart in winchester for hiring friendly and considerate employees.

Needs better customer service, upfront and more people on the floor. I was on hold for 30 minutes trying to find an item and the service desk lady basically yelled at me and said well I’ll just have to look it up on my phone and set up having someone go over there and check for the merchandise because I’ve already looked it up on my phone. I know that they have it in store. I was just making sure that they were gonna have it in stock because sometimes the quantities online don’t match the in-store product, but she was very rude And I just believe that people who work in that industry should have better customer service and there should definitely be more please on the floor for such matters

They really need to do something about people putting their pets in the buggy and bringing them inside store. Pets need to stay in vehicle or at home. I don't want my food in a cart where a pet has been.

For the last 2 years Walmarts products have declined. The food spoils within 2 days of coming home, the produce rots fast, the products break or malfunction within the first month or two of purchasing. I just avoid it all together now. Super disappointing.

Sometimes it's too cold in there. And sometimes they have rearranged things where you can't find where they last were. I realize that that is a tactical thing they use to keep people shopping but it's irritating beyond explanation.

Our experience at Wal-Mart is usually not great but Abby made an impact with us yesterday. She went above and beyond to help me and my disabled mother. We have never had customer service like she gave anywhere and it started when we arrived and continued until we left when she assisted us to our car and helped us load groceries. She was a Godsend and we couldn't thank her enough. I hope her managers realize what a gem she is. Thank you Abby. We hope every blessing comes your way.

The Walmart in tullahoma has been not good everything we take my disable brother there all the electric karts are broke down or not charge up the management needs to take charge find out why these are not running, so we been going over to Winchester those are always running so I know it can be fixed

This review is for the Auto CenterIf I could leave 0 stars I would. I arrived at opening to stand around and wait almost 10min past. I’m the first customer they take my keys I’m thinking cool 30-40min max for a simple oil change. Waiting an hour and a half sitting waiting in the center to have the person who arrived after me who had all four tires changed done before me and then to find out they hadn’t even STARTED ON MY CAR. Absolutely the worst experience, I will never return and I just lost close to two hours of my time for literally nothing. Absolutely disgusted

This Walmart never has anything in stock I need whenever I go here. They need more stockers, or more stockers that actually do their job. Unhelpful employees but it really depends on who the person is. I guess you can’t blame them, but still. They have a lot of neat stuff here, but most of the time, the things you want, they don’t have or are out of stock in. The shelves in the food aisles are most of the time empty, I guess there might not be enough stockers or something. HOPEFULLY I WONT GET SICK FROM EATING ROTTEN TOMATOES.

There's no where to lock up a bike. Employees don't know where the nearest place to lock up is. Self checkout lanes barely work, not enough employees when you need help after they lock up on you. Overall clean and nice compared to most but customer service is okay at best.

So many issues with pick up. My family member has had to ask for a refund after the last four times she’s done an order. Not to mention, most of the managers I have encountered have been less than charming. Overall, not a good experience.

Edited for 04/11/24: went to this location to pickup a phone and milk while I had a sitter. Went over to the unlocked phones and had to call the lady that was working over to help me. I asked a basic question and she couldn't give me a basic answer. Then I told her I'd like to purchase the phone and she informed me that she couldn't sell it to me because "there is a code to access the phones and I don't have it. You'll have to wait until morning even a phone representative is working and can sell it to you." No I do not because I will not be purchasing a phone and spending my money there. I do not need to speak to a phone representative in order to buy an unlocked phone. I will order one instead and not have to deal with garbage like this. This sounded like a very lame excuse not to have to sell me a phone. I do not recall needing to speak to a phone representative the last 2 times I bought phones and those phones weren't even unlocked.This Walmart sucks. Today I was followed by loss prevention the entire time I was in the store. He didn't even try to hide the fact he was stalking me. I noticed him after I left the baby section. He watched me while I got witch hazel. He followed me to to the pharmacy area and beauty section. I went and made my first purchase on Walmart Pay which consisted of diaper rash cream, chafing gel, baby probiotics, and witch hazel and realized the zipper on my wallet was broken. So I went to look for a wallet. He was there watching me look at wallets. I didn't find one I liked and went to pay for a Red Bull and some leave in conditioner. He was waiting for me in the lobby standing between me and the door. He tells me he was security and wanted to know about my purchases today. I told him I made 2 purchases. One on Walmart Pay and one by card. I showed him the paper receipt first and he interrupted me to ask what all that other stuff was in my bag then. I told him that was what was on my Walmart Pay receipt. That's when he was finished questioning me and just wanted to end the interaction at that point. He said sorry ma'am have a good day and just walked off. He followed me the ENTIRE time in was in the store. Her saw me pay and bag everything. Apparently it's not ok to make 2 separate purchases at Walmart anymore and put everything in 1 bag. I definitely wouldn't bring my own bags. You might get stopped for suspicion of shoplifting.

Pretty terrible. Won’t cash their own money orders for one, why? It’s a money order not a check, and you gave it to me, you know it’s good. Aisles are always blocked with employees stocking even though that’s apparently why they close at 11pm now, to clean and stock shelves. Can’t hardly fit a buggy anywhere. Employees act they have to pay you the difference when an item has the wrong price, what does it matter to you? But it’s Walmart so you’re going to shop here anyway more than likely.

Like any other Walmart. I am a fast shopper. In and out fast as possible. Most times the stores are crowded just enough to make shopping annoying and then you have to jockey with the in store shoppers as well. May have to give in and shop on line. Still feel the same. Pharmacy cannot fill prescriptions such as hydrocodone. SSDD.
