I have a GS/Lab mix that we got as a puppy just before COVID. We missed out on some socialization and now he has separation anxiety and is fearful of strangers and strange places. The staff has been so willing to work with me on getting him some time in their doggy daycare (I drive 46 miles one way). Our vet gave him some meds for anxiety and he has been doing better than expected. They still handle with care, but their setup allows letting him in and out without having to use the leash (he doesn't like strangers reaching over his head). The staff are always so willing to help and discuss his day. We are working up to boarding him and that first test will be in a few days. I am just so thrilled that we found a place that didn't just turn him away because he may have shown aggression (another facility where he snapped at a staff member after being cornered and they were reaching over him to connect his leash, he caught her little finger but she's fine, just needed a bandaid). He does get a little stressed from all of the other dogs barking, but this place handles a lot of dogs and is very busy, and everyone is doing something when I go in there- cleaning, taking care of dogs, etc.Thank you Wags and Wiggles for giving my dog a chance! I hope it continues to go well for everyone. Maybe you could open a second location.Update: Boarding went better than expected! I got updates and one of the girls was sitting next to him. He has done so well, and they have worked to ensure he has a great stay. We are so thankful for Mrs. O'Neal and her staff.

Our dog had a hard time at first just because she's spoiled and not used to being boarded but after a couple days she warmed up. They made her comfortable and sent pictures while we were away. Will definitely use them again!

After a terrible experience at another boarding facility we decided to give Wags and Wiggles a try and we will never go anywhere else! They send picture updates and reply with any questions and send her home smelling like a million dollars ❤️

My dog, Walter, loves going to Wags and Wiggles. It is so great knowing he is being well cared for when I have to be out of town. The daily photos they send are so reassuring. It's not as hard to leave him for a few days when he is so excited when I drop him off.

Wags and Wiggles is a great place to bring your pup! They are always cheerful and take great care of our dog, whether it is for grooming, daycare or overnight stays. Buddy always comes back happy and is excited to get there each time we mention Wags and Wiggles :-) Great people, great service and value! They even provide snapshots of your pooch playing. Highly recommend Sheri and her team!

We are extremely particular about where we leave our two doggies. Every person and company we've tried (Rover, etc) has failed us. Utterly. I don't know what Sheri and her staff do while we're gone and our pooches are in their care, but our dogs LOVE it. When I get them out of the vehicle to drop them off, they drag me in on the leash (they're 14lb Shih Tzu mixes so that's comical) and never look back! When we pick them up, they are happy and exhausted from playing! It's a magic combination of care and let them run wide open that we hope never changes. Whether you are going on a long trip or just need a few dog-free hours, you will be hard-pressed to find a better dog care provider than Wags n Wiggles. We drive 1/2 hour each way and it's WORTH every mile to know that our dogs are well cared for!

We love this place. We've boarded our dog here several times and it's always been a great experience. I love the pictures they send us of updates. My wife and I joke that he plays more there, than when he's at home.

Best place to board your best friend. You couldn't ask for a better group of animal lovers to take care of your pet.I drive 1 hour an 15 minutes to take him there. And then do it again to pick him up.

Wish I could give zero stars!! I was sketched out as soon as I dropped my dog off (first time there) and they didn’t even ask for proof of vaccination or even ask at all if he was vaccinated. Should’ve left then but I didn’t. Definitely regret that now! A $50 bath turned into a $265 bath!! My dog was there for all about an hour just to get a bath and nails trimmed and came back infested with fleas! Had to bring him to the vet to get a steroid shot, medication, and bath treatment! Which cost me $215!! I don’t know how this place has good reviews.

We exclusively use this kennel for week-long stays. Our dogs are always exhausted when we pick them up. Very active stays. Plus, they send us pictures each day to let us know that they are getting plenty of playtime outside. Great spot and Sherri is a great owner.

I’ve been bringing my pup to day care for a couple months now, but just boarded him over the weekend for the first time. He always comes home worn out from playing with the other dogs. Getting pictures during his stay is always a great plus because he always looks unbelievably happy! I can never seem to get him out of the car and into the facility fast enough for his liking. He loves it here! Thank you to the staff for taking great care of him!

This has become our go-to place to take our dog for boarding. We feel she's well-cared-for and the staff gives us frequent updates on her activities and interactions. You can tell, these folks really love dogs! The prices have gone up a couple of times since we started going there, but it's still a pretty fair value.

I rescued a puppy while visiting TN from NC. The puppy had not been cared for as he should have been. He was extremely dirty from being left in a crate/pen where he had to stand in his own urine and feces. They worked him in before I even got back to my camper with him. They gave him a thorough bath twice( to get the smell off of him ), trimmed his nails and cleaned his ears. They even gave him a new collar. They were very reasonable in price. I will definitely use them while in town.

Sheri and her staff are amazing people. I had an emergency and was hospitalized and my best friend was at home alone. Called Sheri, after running out of options, and they went to my house and got her along with her food and treats. Many businesses say they go above and beyond, most don't, but W&W truly does. She had so much fun that now she just looks at me with sad eyes because I took her away from her new friends. I think she would absolutely stay there as long as she could, they are that responsible and caring. They took a big worry off my mind with their responsiveness. A huge thank you to them and thanks so much for the awesome photos.

Great place to have your pet shampoo , groomed, nails cut and filed and hair cut. Better book early as it took me 2 months to get a appointment. But we'll worth the wait. Definitely will be going back. They also board pets. 100 per cent satisfied

This is the greatest place. My dog had never been formed since I have had her because they would Calle and tell me to come back to pick her up because of anxiety. They groomed her today without meds and a muzzle! She was no problem great people.
