Friendly staff, well stocked and clean and tidy.They offer a great selection of livestock and farm support products, medicines, tack, hardware. A true farm and country store.They also carry work clothing and tools, and all seem nice quality.They sell knives and gun safes.There is a small selection of candy and snacks, and soda drinks near the checkout.This is the kind of place you go for something and then see other things you need.Very nice store right on the boulevard in Winchester.Free parking. Wheelchair friendly.

Great service here, I drove all over town looking for a #41 chain, I called here and they had one more on the shelf, I can't remember the employee's name, but she took the item and set it to the side for me as there was only one left and I was on my way there from 45 minutes away. Tractor Supply has always pleased me, but this location just goes over the top every time.

For Memorial Day weekend they were very busy and seemed a bit short staffed. And the cashier was new. They did have a good sale price of garden soil, though, so it was worth the wait.

Went here to get chicken feed. They had a bunch of different types of feed piled up in the middle of floor, and had a sign for one price on it. When we got to the register, the feed rang up for a dollar more than posted. I didn't argue because it was still a good price, and the cashier was just sweet as pie. We also met and spoke with some other customers who were totally polite and kind, so all in all it was a pleasant experience. Seems like we don't get many of those anymore.

This season of ticks & fleas are horrible my house dogs got them bad. I guess I was expecting this 1 to be just like my home town 1. Really don't have what I needed.okay not at all. it sucked. I guess I have to order online. I was looking for dip.1* for friendly customer service2* well picked up & clean3* love seeing the chick it makes me happy.& how small big they are.

Went to look for a wheelbarrow (no) and check on supplies for a raised garden bed. They had a few kits available bit were not what I had in mind. But other than that it's a good store with lots of home decor.

Customer service is phenomenal 👏Loved all the cashiers working because they paid extra attention to my little boy who was acting up and didn't have a problem trying to make myself and my son smile through a little melt down. Also the prices are just right for what I was looking for.

Very helpful. Bought a redstone heater in January of this year. We had a need for it night before last, but it had stopped working. We went in with our receipt, and exchanged the heater with no problem. The staff was helpful and courteous.

Overcharged! Returned to get the overcharge resolved. Went to Customer Service. They said to stand in line at the cashier line and cashier would resolve. Stood in long line, when it was my turn to be waited on the cashier said "stand aside while I wait on the remaining customers before I deal with you"...ARE YOU SERIOUSLY SERIOUS??? I returned to Service Desk, where they decided they could assist me this time. This location is an absolute joke with absolutely NO concept of customer service or customer appreciation.

Went with a friend to find a certain dog food. Was looking around and a very nice lady coming out of the back saw me. She instantly asked if I needed help. She was so.nice and made sure we had what we needed.

My goto store for chicken feed. Would love to have more in the way of cat and plants and less cloths, but I understand limited store floor space. Was very disappointed to see an entire dispay of ornamental cacti plants to die due to cold when left outside the doors. All it would have taken was someone moving it inside the doors. Such a waste of money.

My son has chickens, so we go here for all our chicken needs. I myself go to the overall section for my wonderful boyfriend. He is with the railroad working on machines. So he goes through overalls. Great place to buy quality overalls.

They can’t even answer a phone call put a person on hold for 10 minutes call back just need to know if they have baby chicks and he can’t answer because his hands are full how did he answer the phone twice do better tractor supply

Tractor Supply is one of my favorite places to shop the people are very friendly and knowledgeable have their products. A quality that I find there is way above other places that have similar things for less money. The quality is such that they last longer and I get better results like batteries and tractor parts. We also purchased dog food there and it has greatly improved the shine on Rascals coat and she seems to have a lot more energy.

Tractor supply is our go to for stuff most people wouldn't even think about. From chicken feed to dog food to canning supplies. They seem to have it all. Their in house brand of dog food 4health is amazing and with in our price range. We have gotten several batches of chickens from them and had good luck with them. I love chick days and all the fluffiness. The employees are all so friendly and helpful with finding things and answering questions.

I’ve been a customer for years buying for my horses. Good customer service. Good feed when there aren’t holes in it. I say 2 star because the nylon halters they sell have almost killed my horse twice. Bought one within the same week and immediately broke. It was brand new. Second one also in the same week ended up where my horse could’ve died in the trailer because of it. This is a safety hazard. Do not sell that brand of nylon halters anymore.

Tsc stands behind their products. Very helpful and friendly staff. I went in for some socks and came out with a chainsaw, wrangler britches, 50# of dog food, 6 baby chics and a book on raising backyard chickens. Will definitely go back, but not when I need socks....I spend to much when I need socks.
