My husband took our Tracker- Mercury engine pontoon in for engine service on July 6, 2023 with a promise from the new service manager that they would get it fixed in a couple weeks. After two weeks and no call back, he called and left messages across several days for an update and status, and again no response to his messages. We went out of town and received a call on Saturday, August 5th from the new manager requesting he pick up our pontoon. The new manager, 3rd in less than 3 months, also stated that she was unsure if any work had been performed and that they couldn't service the Mercury engine due to it being older than 12 years old. I would hesitate bringing your boat in for repairs, they have major staff turn-over which reeks of upper management issues, false promises, lack of communication and professionalism. Someone at the corporate level needs to clean house and set and implement customer service standards at this business location.

Purchased a Tracker 800sx from them. The salesman there was great. It was one of the best in and out purchases. He did the complete sales without trying to sale me a bunch of extras. Took it home broke it in and had a minor issue. I called them to have it fixed. They had me bring it in and fixed the issue while I waited. The service department was great to work with. Actually everyone there are friendly and helpful. They treat you like a friend from the moment you walk in.

My experience was horrible!!!!! Took my boat in late March early April told them it was a barn find check it good. Change oil drain old gasThey charged me a lot of money had to take it back before putting in water oil tanks low. Got it back battery was dead tried to tell me that was due to setting for only 3 weeks LOL. Charged battery put boat on lake drove it for an hour started running bad carried it back they said the alternator caused it they didn't have on so I bought one carried it to them the service manager was no longer there 2weeks later still no boat talked to manager she said she would call back ned day by 8 didnt I called at 4 talked to her again said she would call back didn't I decided to get my boat carried it to someone a friend recommended it needed a barring waterpump gas drained baffles so they charged me between 800 and a 1000 to put a battery in it i dont mind paying if I get what I pay for wish I could do a zero star

We recently bought a boat and had these guys do annual maintenance on it before winterizing it. We knew very little about boat ownership and Robert and the rest of the crew took time to answer all of our boat ownership/maintenance questions along the way and never made me feel like my questions were silly or annoying. VERY knowledgeable guys and will share their knowledge if you ask them to. They will be doing all of our maintenance and repairs in the future after this wonderful experience.

While on the lake we had our boat trailer Axl bust and brakes out. We slowly limped over to the tracker boat Center in Winchester they took care of it.Did a great job at a excellent price actually cheaper than the price they quoted me .Thanks Jimmy and your Bunch for taking care of our trailer and boat..will definitely go back and recommend to anyone
