I have shopped at this Home Depot on numerous occasions. It is smaller than some of their stores in larger cities. The stock is not as extensive but for a town the size of Winchester, it has been a great help in finding hardware items that are available and reasonably priced.In season, the store has plenty of plants for sale and they always seem to be very healthy. Also a good source for fertilizer and other lawn items.Being a smaller store, I also found it easier to locate an employee for assistance than in larger locations. Everyone I have dealt with has been friendly and helpful.

Really nice Home Depo. I need help locating plumbing stuff. And a very nice friendly man working in the paint department was extreamly helpful. Taking the time to show me every item I was in need of. Then the young lady at checkout was kind and polite. I loved this shopping experance.

Joshua is my favorite employee. He has always come to take care of me. I have had issues on my 2 day old Samsung dishwasher, he was on the phone (hold) with them for 40 mins. We did not get the answer we wanted, he spoke to the store manager. If Samsung does not meet my expectations, they will take care of it.

Our first trip to this Winchester HD and Celeste was just wonderful so helpful helping us with our flooring purchase!Associates here were very friendly! It's a smaller store than we were used to but so nice too have one so close to our new home!.

This store is adequate for a small town but lacks the variety of other building and gardening stores. Some employees lack expertise required. Items found in regular sized Home Depots are not available.

Mark is the most helpful man! I have no knowledge of painting, but this gentleman explained everything easy and fast. Everyone else was attentive and friendly as well. But Mark got that superhero status goin on!

Stop by store to pick up a item and when I was paying for item cashier asked if I was interested in a twenty five dollar discount. After answering a lot of personal questions I was told that my request could not be processed. This was a total waste of my time!!!

Nice staff. They had plants in stock the larger cities were sold out of. Easy to load with truck access right to the product. Didn't have the ladder the website stated they had in stock. They found me one of better quality for the same price. That's how you do business.

The young gentleman that sold us our freezer from the appliance department, and the assistant manager of home depot and Frances from appliances who helped us after our problem with delivery. I have been remodeling a 121 year old h one for over a year.I love home depot. The people are wonderful but...I have purchased ALL of my paint from our local store.I the attendant enters the color under my telephone e number.The last three times that I have gone for paint, my lists were missing from my selection.How does this happen???? I have so many different colors that I brave tried...gone

It's a clean and well organized store, but it is lacking a few features other stores have. One piece of equipment they need it a pipe cutter/threader to make pipes inyo custom lengths.

I was able to find my items quickly. There were plenty of associates there to help.Very nice, and clean store. This store is not as large as some of the Home Depot locations in larger cities. They have a good overall selection. I bought all of my new kitchen appliances at the Winchester TN store about 1 year ago. They have a very good appliance selection.

What a nightmare, was held up for over an hour to do a online pick-up. ( not convenient) .Luckily Maddie was there to help me otherwise I would of just walked out of there after Home Depot credit department failed to help after being on the phone for an hour ,decided to cancel that membership after 5 days lol. Appreciate the help from Maddie she was a true professional and handled the situation head on ,she should be running that place with leadership skills she displayed. Thanks again Appreciate the help and will continue shopping @ Home Depot only because of you.

I went in to look for waterproof wood glue for a current project. The first person I asked could tell me right where it was and didn't hesitate. The cashier was also friendly and professional. Wish I could remember their names. Though I did thank them I should commend them, because that level of service is rare these days, and I had just had a particularly bad one at an unrelated store. I don't need as much from Home Depot these days but when I do I will come back. Smaller store so not as good a selection of some things I do need, but their service today will make me choose them over their competitors for what they do have, even if it's a longer drive.

Had to buy a new toilet so I wasn't happy about going. But the man who helped was knowledgeable and although visibly very busy still took the time to walk me to each part and tool I needed, and even brought me a big cart to carry it all on. Great service!

Whats not to like about The Home Depot? It is the only place you can truly get great flooring and just about anything else to remodel the house, garage or garden. The one stop shop aspect is super convenient because I hate having to run all over town for the stuff I need for projects in and around the house. Plus if you have an issue with any item their quick to help and replace or (in my case of user error) show me how to properly install or work anything I may have problems with..and with a Great friendly staff who are always ready to help its definitely the only place for me and all my home improvement needs :)

Good when you need something but be warned this is not a full size store. They don't have the selection of the normal stores. I went looking for sunflower seeds for birds and the lady in garden section said we aren't selling birdseed this year. Very disappointed....

It's the only place in town that Carrie's my air conditioner filters and they're very reasonably priced. Always in stock. I find other amazing deals there and staff is so friendly, makes you feel like family.

I went there to get a bit of touch up paint. I only needed a little. They have about a half point sample container, 4 dollars and some change. I brought in a sample of the color I needed and they matched it perfectly. Thanks for saving me money!

The store is very easy to navigate. The signs are well posted and the staff is very helpful. While checking out the staff member asked me if i found everything okay and i in fact, forgot something. The member called to an associate and had it brought to me. I was very impressed. I have a feeling ill be back again :)

I needed 73 cases of wood flooring in 3 days and Holli at the Pro Services desk bent over backwards for me and made it happen!The Store Manager Trent was excellent as well. We were treated like family at this store while being new in town and building new house, this getting all our business in the future .Thank you so much!

As homeowners we frequent Home Depot more often then most. At least that's what it feels like. Like all big box home improvement stores they have a good mixture of everything that one can need. Our store is on the smaller side but we still find it usually has what we're looking for. The employees pretty much know us by name and a very friendly. Most of the time they can answer our questions with ease.
