Absolute Favorite grocery store! The workers here are always friendly, they keep shelves stocked, have great prices along with their valuecard, and great features. They are an amazing selection of Fresh fish/seafood, a great hot bar with plenty of lunch favorites with seating inside the store, a Starbucks for the coffee lovers, which always has a great selection of tumblers, and a wine tasting bar if that’s your thing. Not to mention they have a wonderful floral selection and pharmacy. Their deli and baker offer even more. I have never loved a grocery store more than this one. Me and my husband drive a good bit just to come here weekly. We have shopped at Target, Foodlion, Kroger, Walmart, Aldi, and even Sam’s Club and none beat this Food City. ❤️❤️❤️

Outrageous prices for fruit and vegetable trays/cups. Also if someone is digging their hands in them and eating them they don’t care, they sell it anyways. Staff always stare you down as well. Very weird.

Just what this area needed! Finally a nice large grocery store with unique and interesting food options. I started with a cold brew from the Starbucks located on site. I'm not a fan of $6 coffee but the honey & almond milk cold brew was delicious as I walked up and down the aisles. It fit nicely in the cup holder on my cart. The produce was all so fresh and colorful! Each aisle was spacious and well stocked with a large variety of options. I got crab cakes from the deli for dinner tonight, along with creamed spinach and grape salad! I especially enjoyed the Christian music playing softly as I shopped and I caught myself singing out loud at times! The staff was very helpful and it was obvious there were a few people being trained.I'm also excited to try a ready-to-cook fish and veggies in a bag that I picked up. They have several options in this area that I look forward to picking up for those nights that I want a little more out of dinner but just don't have the energy to do it myself.No more driving to Tullahoma or Huntsville or Murfreesboro for unique grocery items! Kroger and Walmart had their chance to step it up and they didn't. Food City is the place to shop!!Oh and yes, there is a bar! Beer on tap and wine tasting!

Very nice sparkling brand new grocery store just off the highway going into Winchester, TN. Prices are too high!!! The first time I saw the high prices on the steaks I thought I was in the twilight zone. You will pay more on almost everything you buy in the store; but some people, I guess, like the glitziness of a new store that it gives a pleasant shopping experience.

Milk was ringing up at a higher price than marked. I made them aware of the problem. I came back a few days later and the price had still not been corrected. They were still charging more than the milk was marked.

I ordered my daughter's bridal shower cake from Food City in Winchester, TN. The baker did a wonderful job. The cake was beautiful and tasted delicious!

It's a new store.. everything was clean, and the shelves were well stocked. Prices on most of the items I looked at were VERY high. There wasn't much in the way of sale items either.I wouldn't go out of my way to shop there, but if I was nearby, I would stop in and grab a quick item or two.

I rarely shop at food city but I want to go more often. They have a Starbucks! They also have a salad bar, a hot and cold bar with sushi, pizza, and all sorts of things to choose from . They also do fuel points like Kroger.

I don’t know why Food City has tuned off their gas price signs. Why would you not want to let your potential customers know what you are selling your gas for?

Another corporation grocery store.Didn't even have a register open only self check out.Hoped they would have learned from wal mart, I haven't shopped at in over a year.Trade with people who appreciate you Shop local

Prices are high! Produce fruits specifically oranges were put out all were moldy and mushy. Daily produce department needs attended too.

It is a big new store and does have a lot of things new to the town, but it is very expensive. It does have good food in the market area and the best part about it is it has sushi. They have a rewards card but the gas point system is not as good as other gas stations.

Great meat selection and several different brands to choose from on other items. Cost can be a bit higher than other places on specific items, but always find good deals and fresh produce!

Nice large selection and offers some items you can't find at other grocery stores.I have noticed on items that can be found elsewhere locally, Food City is about $1 higher (or more) priced per item. That can add up fast if you're grocery shopping for a family.

I must say I would recommend there pharmacy to everyone they have a caring staff starting with David and every associate in there they are friendly and caring they follow up on my medications and answer all my questions thanx David and staff for what you do. Great customer service.

We were pleasantly surprised. We were staying at a nearby state park. We stopped in for ice cream, and hoped to also grab some ice cream for dairy sensitive and lactose intolerant friends. The selection was great!

Unfortunately, prices have risen due to inflation rates of everything. And that has tickled down to discounted stores like Lighthouse. That being said, the workers' personal service and friendly faces almost make the costs bearable. The store is always clean.

Well laid out store with lots of selections. Food in the deli doesn't seem as fresh as it could be. Nice bakery and produce section. Clean and friendly staff.
