Friendly and helpful staff. The store is well stocked for the Halloween holiday and the staff were all dressed for it. Shelves well stocked with the items that we were looking for (except campfire wood)The store could use a little cleaning up. There is a sign outside that has almost completely disintegrated (see photo) along with a trash can underneath that wasn't emptied once during the three days I visited this store. Overflowing. A bit of a messy look.

Never stocked. Messy. They have roaches. Unstocked merchandise piled everywhere making it hard to navigate. Have to check dates of cooler items. Some of the staff are the rudest most unprofessional people I've seen working retail.

The store is always very messy and nasty. Some of the employees are very helpful kind and appolagetic for condition of the store and are very helpful. The heavy dark head one seems very lazy on her telephone playing games I guess most every time she is working when I come to the store. The pretty darker complected young lady is very nice helpful and seems to work very hard is always busy when ever I see her at work. But always greats you with a welcome and smile.

Dollar general.. well.. I'm glad they build one close to us out in the country. But they really hurt the little country Store.! but things can't stay the same for every .. but I wish some things could.! The little country Store go there to buy a lots of stuff and turn around and make a profit. so I guess it's not all bad. It's does safe me from going to Walmart or a big grocery store.. if I go to Walmart I'm gonna spend close to a $100 dollars.. if I go to the Dollar general I'm only gonna spend around 30 dollars. and they have about everything you need. I wish they would have a little bit big store. Like the one in Huntland Tennessee. That's a nice dollars general but no bigger.!

The store had been clean and well kept. Recently,not so much. Overheard employees complaining of a lack of teamwork and professional behavior. Sad to hear.

The great thing about dollar stores is you find items for an affordable price. Located on highway 50 from Winchester to Lynchburg this is a great dollar store. The employees here are absolutely helpful and wonderful people

DG on Lynchburg hwy has very poor mangemet and service. They never order anything. Milk Sundrop any sandwich meat and always out of Lysol and any other sanitizer since Covid 19 started. You can never go in to get what you need from that store which is near Times Ford lake and campground and could make a fortune. Someone else needs to go in there and show them how to place orders to be delivered and stock the shelves. So inconvenient to our community. They can do better than that

For a dollar general near the lake they have no lake stuff in the store like beer and floats etc. Store is also always dirty. Worst DG I have been in ever.

I like DG but many of the shelves were empty. Merchandise was in the aisles still boxed upOnly 1 employee there.

Great place to get odds and ends you need when you're out I the middle of nowhere! DG is EVERYWHERE even in the middle of a deserted cornfield! Live DGs!
