A few months ago my parents in CONNECTICUT adopted a dog from Animal Harbor. The staff was very professional, patient, informative, and honest. My parents had not met their dog in person before adopting, but virtually. We had put our trust in the hands of the humane society… and it really worked out. Aria was healthy, and the humane society had taken care of all the headaches of getting a new dog. My parents did not have to worry about health conditions, spaying/neutering, chipping, heart worm or tick treatment. My parents love the dog. And we would recommend Animal Harbor and their staff to any one looking for a pet.P.S. the transport company they used (Rescue Riders) was great too.

The entire staff at Animal Harbor is amazing! They matched us with our sweet boy Jace and he is perfect for us!! From day 1, everyone has been so wonderful to work with and we are grateful everyday for all of them. Thank you all so much for all of the work you do!!

Adopted two kittens here recently. Very pleased with the employees’ knowledge and handling of the animals and facility. Overall, it was far more clean and organized than any other shelter we have been to. Katie and Whitney are awesome! They were both very helpful with selecting the right kittens for our family and completing the adoption process.

I want this pay a big huge thank you to the people at Arbor House for taking care of my sweet precious while she was missing. It was one of the cleanest facilities I have ever seen that take care of animals. The entire Personnel was amazing and very helpful in the process of getting my baby back. If there is ever a time that someone gets an award for a clean shelter an amazing job. I feel this is a shelter that should get it. Again God Bless you all and thank you very much

Recently adopted 2 kittens approximately 3 months old. They are very social, well behaved, and healthy . Animal harbour does a great job keeping their animals friendly with people. Great people to deal with. Would highly recommend them

Kattie Lafevers recommended a dog at the shelter after I told her what I was looking for. Our new dog is everything she said. She came to us healthy, clean and very sweet. We have had her for close to 3 weeks and she is working out great!!

Great place to pick up your next fur-baby. They have dogs, puppies, cats and kittens available for adoption. You can also come and just help socialize the pets and get them ready for their forever home. A great no-kill shelter in Franklin County, Tennessee.

Very disappointing to see this place go down hill, but glad they’re helping any animals at all. I also found a lost dog in Winchester recently and when I contacted them to see if anyone had been looking for the dog, they thought it was appropriate to give my phone number out to strangers without my permission. Please be careful about that if anyone has to contact them for a similar reason.

Extremely intuitive and caring people here. Lots of love for all animals. Hard workers.Can always use donations of specific items that can be found on the website and money to keep the lights on.Maybe you need a companion that is loyal, loving and always faithful...stop by and see for yourself.

They have a rule now that you can't go back and meet the dogs. She said it was because of all the noises from the barking. 🙄....That makes no sense.....She said if I'd tell her the exact kind of dog I wanted to adopt she would bring it to the front...People need to be able to see and meet all the dogs to make the Choice.

The lady said I had talked to yesterday was awesome and they really care and they take the time to do things right there. And all the animals there are taken care of very well. It seems to me that all of them do an awesome job there.
