Doctors Ashley and George are the BEST. They've taken care of our cats and our dog from kittens and puppy to geriatric companions with compassion and skill. There's no better vet's around. Always ready to help us and our animals. Highly recommend with no reservation.

My cat got out of the house and apparently she was hit by a car, came home limping and bleeding from her mouth. We are new to the area and I didn't know where to take her. Animal Care Center came up on my phone search and when I called they were able to see her right away and I am so grateful! The surgery to wire her jaw went well and she has recovered, the staff are professional, kind and followed up with me about her progress, thanks for your help and support. I will be using them for all my pet needs in the future and highly recommend them.

Our pet adopted my daughter when she was found wondering around in the late hours of the evening and we new right away she was special… she had a diaphragm hernia which resulted in all her organs being smooshed into her chest. All of the staff has been so wonderful with Love from regular check up, to a life altering surgery where Dr. Bowers and staff saved this sweet kitty baby when she would have not made it otherwise. They had to breath for her by hand… become engineers when trying to figure out how to make her safely stay in the same position while her body healed itself and all while providing us with compassionate and direct updates. I’m so thankful that we are with animal care clinic and will continue to recommend them to everyone we know!Thank y’all so much for the love, attention, dedication and patience and treatment you provided Love and our family. Words aren’t enough to express our gratitude 😍

We just moved and ACC was recommended by family. They are very thorough and kind. I do wish their wait list for in person appointments wasn’t so long but the fact that they still make an effort to squeeze your fur baby in without you is good enough for me.

We have a 13-year-old Labrador that is having liver problems. Took him to several vets in Winchester, Tullahoma, and Nashville. Finaly went to Winchester Animal Care Center. Dr. Bowers reviewed all of the results and previous treatments before seeing our dog. He did a physical exam in addition to the review. He was the first Dr. that went into depth on most likely cause of our dog's liver problems. He showed why some previous treatments showed mild improvements and others didn't. We now have a good treatment plan, and our dog is improving. Dr. Bowers was highly professional, knowledgeable, and great at explaining in detail the issues. We like this much better than the other vets saying "here give these pills and things should get better" with little to no explanation. He was friendly and courteous as well. We highly recommend to people who want a true medical approach to caring for their pets.

Everyone is so friendly! You can tell they all love animals! Our Bernese Mtn Dogs LOVE going there and seeing the girls as well as the Docs. And our babies we have had to say goodbye to were treated with so much love and respect. Thank you everyone at ACC! We love you all!

Wonderful place. I loved the staff. My cat Sugar Britches was there for shots and was scared to death. They have a cat there that lives at the Animal Care Center and he came out and looked in the cage at Sugar Britches and then climbed on top of Sugar Britches cage to comfort her. It helped me and Sugar Britches to stay calm.

Everyone at Animal Care Center are professional, caring people. I love that they have ongoing training. They keep up to date what's new in veterinary medicine. I enjoy the office cats walking around greeting clients.

I have 9 chihuahuas. Daddy and Mommy and 7 puppies from 2 litters. I didn't want any more puppies so I took Daddy to get neutered. I also took one of the pups because she was sick. You can tell when someone loves animals and they absolutely do. I've been to different Vets over the years and I'll never go anywhere else now. They were so great with my babies and I felt very comfortable leaving them there and coming back later to get them. Ally was the lady at the desk the first time I went and she was so nice and very comforting. I didn't get the lady's name the second time but she was awesome too. I've got 7 more to take and I couldn't feel any better about it. Thanks to everyone there for taking care of my babies!

Hidden fees. Gave my furbaby meds that did not help her. Now they want more money for different medicine. Took her in for one thing and they did other things that was not i our treatment plan. Called 4 gours before they closed to inform them the lady said she would get meds for her and never did. Over priced.

I am sure Animal Care Center is competent with veterinarian services. That being said, if you have an active dog, do not board them there overnight or for a multi day stay. Stating it as nicely as possible, I was misled by them as to activity with other dogs. I was told he would be able to play with other dogs, but I later found out that was false. I was even told he had fun playing with another dog when I picked him up after his first overnight stay there. When I picked him up after his second stay and asked if he had fun playing with the other dogs, the employee told me they don't allow dogs to play with one one another

Willow has been coming to ACC since she was just a few weeks old! Everyone at ACC is wonderful and so caring! Last week Willow got sick and Amanda took my worried call after hours & answered all of my questions. Emily at the front desk got her checked in first thing the next morning & Dr. Bowers figured out what was going on with her. Willow was able to come home that evening and Olivia even called the next day to make sure she was still doing okay. You seriously can’t find better vet care for your fur babies! They go above & beyond for their patients and are so affordable! We love ACC & highly recommend them!

ACC was absolutely amazing & saved my sweet 13yr old ESD(emotional support dog). She has been by my side for 10yrs since I rescued her at a shelter. She had a softball size mass on her spleen along with 5 skin masses, 3 being cancerous. They removed everything and the cancer didn't spread any. Now 15 days out, she is acting like a puppy again! They saved her life and treated her like family. They text me through the night and sent pics of how she was doing while she was recovering overnight. I will forever be grateful to the Vets and Staff. Great prices & they also do their best find coupons or anything to help you out money wise.. Thank you ACC for treating us like family HIGHLY RECOMMEND

They take such good care of my fur baby! Recently, she had scary symptoms, so I called and they were very reassuring and accommodating. I brought her in immediately. They worked her in, without an appointment. When the vet had a diagnosis he called and gave me a thorough explanation. They kept her for 2 days and she is her old self again. The icing on the cake is that her diagnosis, treatment and meds were very reasonable. They will always be our vet!!

We took our 7 year old Chihuahua, Gidget to ACC and they were amazing, staff and Dr were very loving, kind and reassuring. The office is spotless. Gidget especially liked the bird telling her hello. We were there in an emergency situation but we have found our long term veterinary family.

Animal Care Center is a loving facility with knowledgeable and kind vets. The center has a very helpful group of staff members who have always been loving to our animals, especial during a long boarding stay. If you are looking for a full service vet office, look no further!
