Love the trip to the store customer service is great

Usually I love the deals available at dollar general, but this trip wasn't good....the cashier and another employee (maybe the manager) were both rude. Also, when I went to purchase two items that were both marked 50% off the gift sets wouldn't scan and ring up correctly in the system. The employees told me they couldn't override it for some reason or fix it and I would have to pay full price. What's the point in it being a sale item?? Lol :( the system needs to be fixed or something...for real.

Long wait.. typically. Everything is cluttered and unorganized. There is also stock always on a moving cart to be put out on the shelves blocking the aisles. Every trip. No place for baskets inside to push. You have to bring it in from outside. And, if you are disabled/(and/or) have a child that is a true inconvenience.

It's always a mess! I don't understand why there's not an automatic door. I only go there out of necessity. The cashier was very friendly and helpful!

DG is starting to fill the gap as far as finding hardware and stuff needed around the house. But, Lol, if they are going to carry shrimp, they need to carry cocktail sauce too.

The 2 staff members very helpfull, the place is a mess, empty shelves, but the aisles are full of carts with merchandise, floors were terribly dirty,Short staffed

Honestly, I only went because it was open and close to my house. I actually avoid Dollar General, because it seems no matter what day or time you visit, you jave to become a contortionist to get down each and every isle. Its just ridiculous and has become the norm

Well other than the coolers being labeled with the wrong dates ever scinse they did the little remodel that's about 7 to 9 months now .And the one that usually gives me a nasty attitude is starting to not be nasty . So I give it 4 out of 5

Employees friendly, the store is never organized, boxes are everywhere, you don't have room to turn around. Some isle you cannot walk down because of boxes.

It's an older building but they updated the inside, overall it's a pretty good dollar general.
