Pickup today gives you expired and damaged food for some items and completely leaves out others. I haven’t had a fully accurate order from here in a long time. We have started going to Franklin instead.

Items are priced at $.01 and $.03 for steamers and irons. Clearly marked. They charged me $15. Customer Service was rude and said the “display” was $.03 and she said it doesn’t work.It’s false advertisement. Several items marked wrong. If it clearly states a price due to wal mart’s employee mistake, that is not my fault. They clearly need to find employees that have common sense instead of treating their customers rude and as if I was ignorant to think i believe her telling me the cost of the “display”. I then asked to purchase the display and she stated they don’t work. My next question was… then if they don’t work why are they even priced?Terrible customer service. I will go to as many stores I have to get future groceries and REFUSE to return back to White House TN WalMart. Sad part is I spend $2,000 a month there and they just lost a customer for $15.

The Auto Department is lacking in customer service. Made an appointment for a tire rotation and balance. Daughter took the car to my appointment only to be told we didn’t have an appointment and could not be seen at all. Called for over an hour the following day to get an appointment only to be hung up on by customer service. Have tried calling several times since with no success. Apparently, no one is able to answer phones at this location. Customer Service is lacking greatly in customer care.

I can always find a well stocked grocery dept that is neat and orderly. The employees are pleasant and considerate. Unlike other stores where the employees are rude and disrespectful. I may just have to start using this store instead of traveling to the other Walmart in the county.Update...once again, well stocked except for 2 items. But the stickers were there, so maybe they'll have it tomorrow!

We had an awful experience at the customer service desk. A lady named Tabitha was extremely rude. She also refused to exchange 20s for 1s which is surprising to me because every other time I’ve been to Walmart customer service they did. I also used to work at the customer service desk of a Walmart and we did cash exchanges all the time.

Cashiers were standing around watching people stand in line for self checkout. They are actually paying workers for labor that the customers are doing. Not only are they using the customers for slave labor, Walmart doesn't even train them. I just left my stuff and ordered from Amazon and wayfair. It's hilarious. They probably ask the customer how much they want to leave for a tip. There's no use in going to Walmart. Next step, you'll have to unload the truck and stock the shelves.

I swung by to pick up an item that showed in stock on their app. There were none stocked on the aisle but I did find the sticker where they should be. I spoke with an employee who told me there may be some in the back and he would go check. After returning he said it would take him about an hour to go through 2 full pallets to find them. I didn’t have time for that and just drove to springfield but would have been nice to have them stocked upon arrival, or app updated to show otherwise.

Horrible experiences with curbside. Wrong items, bad produce, outdated products. Tonight I waited for 30 mins for my curbside grocery order. When I asked someone to confirm I was checked in I was told the app screwed up and didn’t have me arrived. No one thought twice about me just sitting there while they walked past me over and over. Kroger just earned my $200+ weekly grocery order.

Well this was my first time in a while shopping at this store but the experience was good, found most of what I was looking for there they just didn't have any pajamas big enough for my grandson but overall the experience was good even the customer service,will go back again 👍👍👍

2nd worse customer service of any Walmart I've used. Been trying to get my problem resolved now for a couple weeks. And I made my first call about the issue about a hour after the issue happened. Decided to give up now!

Just learned Wal-Mart will mount a tire for a lawnmower! They got it done and I was really surprised. Just 10 bucks to mount my tire on the rim. Awesome price! If you stop by, say hello to Eric in the auto center. Also, while I was there, checked on some tires and the staff was extremely helpful. Seems as though they always find a way to be helpful or point me in the right direction. Great job Auto Center at Walmart!

I love wal mart. And in my opinion, the white house location is one of the best ones that are in my surrounding area. It is very organized and clean and ive found products here that I haven't found at other locations.

It's Walmart. So you know what you're going to get, but the customer service folk up front at this particular store are about as rough as it gets. Aside from the complete lack of interest in resolving a rather simple issue, I was met with rudeness and condescension. Never a pleasant experience.

I had called about getting a wheelchair for my Dad. They already had it waiting for me at the Service Desk. Everyone was very helpful, and even volunteered to load it in my truck. Check out was very easy.

Best experience, hands-down. I walked into the tire center right before closing time and Johnny and his crew went out of their way to help me get back on the road quickly. Good people! I would highly recommend them for any of your tire needs.

I like they layout of my hometown layout. I really like the new displays. They are fresh and bright. I do not like all of the self checkout lanes. Walmart doesn't pay me to check my groceries. If I were to get a discount to do so, maybe I'd be more open to the change.
