Been going to Walgreens for years on and off, I had to switch back to them because my other pharmacy stopped carrying my medicine. I’ve been there for four months and I’ve asked very nicely for them just to put my medicine on auto fill, at least 4 times now directly with a person, still it’s not on auto fill and I still have to call to get it straightened out, I just got off the phone asking someone to set them on auto fill and I was very nice and she just hung up on me. Without giving me any of the information I asked for. Total waste of time. They’ve always filled my one medicine and texted me when it’s ready, and now all of sudden they say they can’t do that.

Unfortunately Walgreens is the only physical pharmacy my insurance covers that isn't a mailing service. I will cancel scripts in the app, I'll cancel them online (which NEVER shows the same information even though it's the same account) within an hour of being sent in and if I send my wife there to pick up my meds A FEW DAYS later they will sell her all the meds plus the ones I cancelled DAYS earlier. Then I'm told they can't refund it or credit it once dispensed. Sorry excuse for a pharmacy, if I cancel a refill days earlier it shouldn't be ready for sale several days later.I spoke with someone who claimed to be the manager and they looked at my profile and saw where they received my order cancellation right after it was sent in and that it was still filled and paid for several days later. Clearly admitted to the problem but refused to accept responsibility or fix it. This isn't just about my wasted money on a refill that my doctor changed, it's wasted meds that I'm stuck with disposing of when someone who could've actually used them doesn't get them now. Such a wasteful world we live in. Unnecessarily wasteful and completely preventable.

If I could give this pharmacy a negative 5 stars I would. Waiting over 40 minutes for prescriptions with a line of people behind me- scrips that are ready mind you - is ridiculous - then the cashier doesn’t place my card in the bag and it falls out in the drive through- such lack of competince. Do better.

The cashier was unbelievably rude!!! On her phone…. Did not say a word!!! I handed her the money… She said, do you want your change??? Do you want your receipt?? I said..yes I do… No thank you.. have a nice day… just picked her phone back up… TOTALLY 💯 RUDE!!!! I NEVER complain…. But I am sick of customer service these days…. THERE IS NONE😣😖

Okay so I just left Walgreens! Worst pharmacy EVER!!!! So I waited in line the poor little girl bless her heart was working window and she she did acknowledge me and then she got the most. Complicated prescription fill while she was working on that the actual pharmacist black headed lady with too much fake tan rubbed on refused to help her. Saw me standing there and yet kept tapping away on her computer. The most unprofessional ridiculous place that I've ever had to deal even worse than Kroger and that's saying something! Terrible!

Review of PHOTO center. We went there to get passport photos done and one of the photos would be with a 3 year old. Pam, at the photo center was very nice, calm and easy to work with. She was very attentive to the little one and patient. I have used this photo center several times and the staff have always been very nice. I have no complaints. As for the pharmacy, folks wake up the insurance industry has made the pharmacy industry a joke in and of itself. I can't even imagine working in that industry right now and whatever you are experiencing with the pharmacy and it's staff, please look in the mirror and judge yourself, it's not their fault.

I have been using this location for years and it was impeccable. However now it’s awful!!! The absolute worst pharmacy techs ever! It’s always a different story on a different day depending on who you speak with. Emily could really use some training in customer service! Her mouth is reckless and really needs to think before she speaks. Their app allows me to order my medicine, and tells me the prescription is ready. Then when I get to the store it’s not available. Yet I receive numerous texts that it’s ready. Walgreens get it together.

The techs are typically kind and timely when I pickup my prescriptions. The issue I have with this pharmacy is there is always ALWAYS at least a 20 minute hold to get through to them on the phone. Always. Any day. Any time. It almost seems like there is something wrong with their phone line, or they’re leaving it off the hook, bc there is not even that many people in rural White House to be on the phone with all the time. The robot voice machine also glitches consistently, which it then “connects to a member of staff”…which leads us back to the original issue of always having to wait on hold just for the simplest of refills. Very irritating and I will most likely switch pharmacies bc of this.

Terrible pharmacy, doped off a prescription at noon, said they would have it ready in a couple of hours. Go back after work about 5, and they tell me my insurance will not cover it. They said I would have to call them and have them call my insurance. Ok, well, how if I just pay for it? Oh yeah, we would have to order it also!!! Why the heck didn't someone call me before my doctor closed and let me know all of this? They just don't care. I'm done with that place.

Went from the best pharmacy to consistently the worst in White House. Called in, was screamed at and hung up on. Then went to the drive in to wait an hour just to be told that they didn't have my prescription after being texted my prescription was ready.

I came to pick up my prescriptions from here since the urgent care I went to dropped the ball and sent my script to two other locations. After dealing with an incompetent physicians assistant at the urgent care I went to earlier in the day, and them not telling me a diagnosis nor telling me exactly what is being prescribed m; the female pharmacist at this location made me feel a lot better. She was able to tell me exactly what was being prescribed how often I should take it what dosage I should take and what diagnosis the urgent care gave as a prognosis.

Dropped off a pain medication after surgery and they said it will be ready at 10:30 which was like an hour. At 10:30 my wife went to get the medicine and as she’s sitting in line they text me that the medicine is unavailable and they would have to order it. I called and asked them why they would tell us it would be ready at 10:30 if they didn’t have it and the rude technician told me they don’t have time to check when it’s dropped off. So I guess their time is more important than mine.

As others have shared, the pharmacists at this pharmacy like to "play doctor " and refuse to fill prescriptions based on their personal feelings. My doctor actually called to tell me to change pharmacies after they insulted him when he tried to resolve the situation. It had to do with mental health medications and a controlled substance which I had been on for some time. When my doctor changed the medication to a different kind but the same amount they refused to fill it. They withheld a prescription for 4 days which put me in danger of withdrawal, which is life threatening. They are allowed to, in good faith refuse to fill a medication but at that point they are supposed to cancel it so that you can get it filled elsewhere, this pharmacy held on to it for four to five days so I could not get my medication. I have filed a complaint with the district manager of this pharmacy and will be filing complaints against the pharmacists themselves with the State of TN for discrimination against the mentally ill which is what I believe happened, that they are discriminative of those of us who are medication dependent. Please know that even regular psych meds can have dangerous withdrawal effects and no pharmacist should put you in danger of that. Do not use this pharmacy, there are plenty around that will listen to your DOCTOR, not their own ego.

I would give ZERO stars if I could. I went to bring in a prescription and the pharmacist wouldn’t fill it....said I needed to have my doctor change it before she would fill it. So, I take it to my doctor, it takes 1 day to get changed and then I brought it back. My doctor didn’t understand the problem AT ALL and called me....told me that they are CONSTANTLY having patients bringing prescriptions back. They stated this was so outrageous and my doctor changed the prescription to what the pharmacist wanted. My doctor also recommended that I go to Kroger pharmacy. So, then I go back to Wal-Greens. The man up front says ok, no problem we will fill it. I said I’ll wait. 25 minutes later, same pharmacist. She said she wouldn’t fill it. I said, Why? I did what you said you needed and her response was she never spoke to me. It was in the drive through and I told her that, but she wouldn’t do it. She admitted she worked that day but that “it wasn’t her”. I said ma’am, I asked for your name in the drive through so I KNOW it was you. I do this as I work in healthcare and it is a precaution that we do to protect ourselves when we give or receive information. Kind of a confirmation number so that we know who we spoke to (to protect our behinds basically)She then smartly said loudly “it wasn’t Me!!And she needed to call the doctor to see if “she knew what she was doing changing the directions”. I kept very calm and she was VERY rude-doesn’t know customer service either!!Why in the hell would my doctor give it to me if she didn’t know what she was doing?! That’s why she is a physician and you are a pharmacist!!!! These type pharmacist absolutely make me sick! They think they know everything even more than the doctors. I immediately just said give me the prescription. Went to Kroger like I should have in the first place and had ZERO problems. The way I was treated at Kroger was so pleasant and wonderful. Wal-Greens made me wait because they obviously are clueless. I am moving my and my entire family including my parents to Kroger. Manners and compassion go a long way and Wal-Greens needs to send their people to job shadow at Kroger. Maybe they will learn something!!! Terrible! Oh, and if someone from Walgreens is reading this, you need to check your pharmacist because one of them suffers from amnesia.

I called the store 3 times today and held for over 20mins each time when I finally got Lois on the phone she was rude and asked me to drive there for assistance and hung up on me.!!!! Just because she didn’t know the answers about the booster ( meaning I have leukemia and needed help) doesn’t mean she shouldn’t have tried to help or find out. I told her my scenario and still zero empathy, I am at a loss for words in how I was treated today

Always had a great experience from this location! I’m a pharmacy tech for Walgreens but my store is in Hendersonville but this one is closer to my home. They always get my meds filled right away and call me if there’s an issue! Reading all of these “bad reviews” makes me laugh! First off... most of what I’m reading sounds like pain clinic/ suboxone scripts. We have federal guidelines we follow and have the right to turn anyone away! I’m not risking my job or license for something i can simply turn away! There’s a ton of other places you can go! Second... we don’t just “count pills” we see mistakes all the time from doctors that WE catch because we need to know your medical history! I’ve saved many patients from getting a med that the doctor wrote because in your profile it shows you are allergic! Third... we may not look busy ( not many people in the store) but we are busy because you aren’t the only person in the world needing meds filled. Some people actually drops their meds off early to get filled on the day it’s due! So instead of being jerks to us and leave stupid reviews, learn a thing or two of what a pharmacist/ pharm tech does and what we have to deal with every day! Also, learn how to spell if you want to leave a review and have it taken seriously!

I think the service at this Walgreens is great. Great pharmacy! Most of these reviews are people getting mad over not getting their pills and then start throwing fits about it. I used to work retail and people act like it's the worker's fault. They complain about the service and say they're rude, but usually the customer is just as rude if not worse when you tell them even the slightest bit of news that displeases them.

I posted a pretty negative review about a month ago after a few bad experiences. In the last couple of weeks they seem to have improved quite a bit and so I am raising my review to 4 stars. They have been friendly and very helpful even when there were some issues with my insurance. They haven’t been super busy and everything was ready when I expected it to be. Hopefully they keep it up!

This is the worst run pharmacy I've ever been to. They are always seemingly short-staffed and the pharmacists and technicians are incredibly rude. If you use this pharmacy, expect to spend at least 20 minutes just to pick up a prescription.

So my son has severe allergies and was given 3 prescriptions. But we just moved here to White House and had to get new Medicaid and prescription cards. The prescription card hadn't come yet but illness doesn't wait for these kinds of things to help our lives be easier ya know?Well I could rest easy because Jaime tirelessly (and the other pharmacists) finagled the Rx's to get completely covered and were somehow able to access my son's codes and numbers to get everything covered.Normally I can be a very impatient person, get easily annoyed with long waits or incompetent or inconsiderate staff. But the employees at this Walgreen's were absolutely wonderful and have made this ordinarily stressful event for a homeschool work-from-home Mom, relatively a breeze! ☺️👍🏻 I immediately texted my husband "Do not forget this Walgreen's"! You guys rock!

Everyone here has always been friendly to me, professional, and helpful. I only use Walgreens pharmacies, and I’ve used them all over the country, but this location is always the best. I’ve never had a negative experience here. It might be a little slow to get through the pharmacy line, inside or outside, but that’s going to be the case at all their locations. Of course, I have shopped at this location, and I have, additionally, used their photo lab. The prices for their goods are always a bit high, but that’s expected for convenience - who wants to go to Walmart?! Yuck! Anyway, I’m okay with paying a little more for an item or two if I can get in and out quickly. The photo lab prints are not the highest quality, but they suffice for what I need. If I need professional quality, I go to Dury’s in Nashville.

This is the worse pharmacy I have ever been too in 22 years. I was able to fill my medications from my doctor near by during a time I was informed was a pharmacist shift and the next month the pharmacy manager Leann returned and said they have rules they follow and would not fill my medication at a lowered dose than the previous month, she spent all week arguing with me and pulling personal records from my doctors office and previous Pharmacy's each time telling me if she spoke with them she would fill my medicine only the next day to tell me she wasn't going to fill it and called me a liar, I was honest with this woman even though I have never had a pharmacy treat me in this manner. After an entire week of getting her records and trying to get my busy doctors office to call her constantly she blocked me from their store and said, "the more we talk the less likely I will only fill your meds if the nurses story, (who wasn't even in the room with the doctor) and your previous pharmacy words all collaborate with yours." It got to the point my nurse told me to take them somewhere else. But one of them is very hard to find and this store has it, she wasted my week and now the doctors office is closed and I find out the insurance just needed a prior authorization and not Leann. Now I'm out of my medications I am being detoxed down from medicares medical examiners determination letter stating that after 5 years of records they have deamed it medically necessary to be on double the dose I am on as I was before I moved to this area believing I could find better treatment. I suffer from several chronic illnesses with diagnostic proof from several surgeons and specialists and now have no way to fill my medications and Im afraid to go to the hospital because TN is in a Flu, Step, and, Mono Epidemic and all of the schools are closed for five days. Bottom line Walgreens just lost a customer 22 years and discrimination against somebody on RSDI is a federal offense and this review will not be the end. I found another pharmacy

They are very rude and not very knowledgeable about my prescriptions. I called the day before to make sure they would be ready and they only filled 2. My husband picked them up on his way home from work, I called to find out why my 3rd was not filled and got told it should have been they just didn't get to it. Very unprofessional if you ask me. I am thinking about switching pharmacies next month.

Worst place ever to use they have only one lane open for years now and there will be 8 cars at any given time u go and they take 7 hours to fill prescription and then half the time they give u the wrong medicine and make u wait longer to fill the right one definitely wouldn't use it if there was other pharmacy around that gave me my discount my doc has to call in the medicine multiple times cause they don't know how to check the voice mail and fill prescription if I could would give it 0 stars

Awesome pharmacy and a great team running the store! It seems like most of the reviews about this store are from addicts or people running into problems with their insurance, doctors, or state laws and blaming the pharmacy for doing their job.

The women pharmacist at this Walgreens are terrible. I have never had a problem with any of the men, but you never know who you are going to get. There are lots of problems at this pharmacy.
