Coming from a previous vet tech, finding quality vet care is difficult to meet my standards. I have used several vets in KY and have not been impressed. I decided to travel the extra distance to Orchard Park and I could not be more thrilled that I did! Dr. Graves saw several of my dogs for their annuals. He was very thorough, kind and informative. Dr. Ted and his tech Murphy facilitated my old beagles dental and mass removal. This worried momma was put at ease with the friendly attitudes and general care about my concerns/questions. Overall the staff has been amazing and I think I have finally found a clinic worth making our own! (Even if we have to drive from KY.) I highly recommend if quality care and kindness are your priorities for your fur babies care!

I was so nervous about boarding our 7 month old BIG "BABY", as he had never been boarded and is a large breed even most Vets aren't super familiar with. Orchard Park came highly recommended by a close friend, and after a phone conversation, I felt so content in knowing they would take great care of our guy! The facility is IMMACULATE- it's not your general jammed, stinky, loud boarding facility, and the faculty at OPAH are AMAZING! We got picture/video and text updates on how our guy was doing each day, and even when he wasn't so sure about being away from home/family, his new OPAH family quite literally "hand-fed" him! We're so thankful to know he is well loved and taken care of when we are out of town! Not to mention, Kane loves it there! Thank you, OPAH!

The folks at Orchard Park are beyond awesome! The doctors and staff are very caring, friendly, and knowledgeable, and they always go above and beyond to care for our beloved pets. Reagan's fantastic experience with Dr. Graves and Cara!We took Reagan in for his annual checkup today and had a wonderful experience with Dr. Graves. Cara, our vet tech was incredibly friendly and professional, putting Reagan at ease. Dr. Graves was very thorough in his examination and explained everything clearly. We highly recommend Dr. Graves and Cara to anyone looking for a caring and trustworthy veterinarian!

Just got back from taking my dog, Buddy, to his annual checkup appointment at Orchard Park Animal Hospital and as usual it was such a great experience. Dr. Ted and Courtney were such a pleasure to deal with and they answered EVERY question we had regarding Buddy. I would highly recommend bringing your animal(s) here, as my family has been bringing our pets here for close to 20 years and has received first-rate service.

I'm not the one that usually complain. Or likely bad Reviews, but this vet really didn't give me a solution to my problem. Wasn't even kind of really help me. Said that my dog's skin problem was called from fleas even though he didn't have any kind of oink, mint or offer me any kind of change in like dietary issue for anything that Oregon asked about anything he might even be allergic to just simply said it was one thing and under. Their professional opinion absolutely could not have been nothing else. And three hundred hours later here I am would not recommend

I would recommend Orchard Park to anyone that owns a pet! They are all so kind, and truly care about you and your pet! The front desk ladies are super helpful, and show so much compassion over the phone and in person. The Vet Technicians are super friendly and were so gentle with my senior dog. The Veterinarian was extremely sweet, knowledgeable, and didn't try to push any extra unnecessary treatments for my dog. I will definitely continue going to Orchard Park for all our animals medical needs!

I have been going to Orchard Park for 13 years. I can honestly say, I have never had a negative experience. Paula at the front desk is amazing! Emma, Regina, Tonya and Holli are also! The techs, Pam, Jennifer and all who have worked with my babies treat them like they are their own! I love everyone there and I’m sorry if I didn’t know your name, you are still great!! Dr. Brett and Dr. Graves are awesome! One of my babies passed away on February 11 with CHF and nasal cancer. They always worked me in when I had a concern about him and he was never refused to be seen. I still have a baby who is 13 with diabetes and is blind, and again, she is treated with royalty. My baby who will be 15 in May is the healthiest. I can’t say enough good things about Orchard Park. I do have to address one thing I have read in some of your comments. It is the cost of excellent veterinary services. A price cannot be put on the love you have for your pets. Everything is expensive today and care for your pets is not an exception! I would say to take the health care expense into consideration when you get a pet. I would give the staff at Orchard Park Animal Hospital a 10 star review, if I could😊🐾🐾

Some may say they're very expensive compared to other veterinary clinics. This may be so, but the care your fur baby will receive is so worth the extra money. When the entire staff knows your pet by name, it makes you feel like you're part of their family. Not just a customer. It's hard to find a veterinary practice that treats your babies like they were their own family.

Dr. Graves and Cara saw our sick pup within 30 minutes of me calling. They were both knowledgeable, professional, caring, and so gentle with him! They both seemed to care deeply for our dog, and the gentleness and care he received is so appreciated. Our dog was so at ease with both of them due to their amazing bedside manner and genuine love for animals. We could not be more thankful!

Everyone at Orchard Park is so kind and welcoming! They made me and my dog feel comfortable and at ease. They were very transparent with costs and care and made sure I received follow ups in a very timely manner. It is difficult to find a vet that can handle very large breeds well, but the team here was fantastic and made my big guy feel like he was on his way down the red carpet (not to have blood drawn).

Our miniature dachshund, Annie, saw Dr Brett for her annual checkup in March. She needed a referral to the veterinary ophthalmologist and Dr Brett was able to get us an appointment for the next day. The staff is wonderful and kind. We had a wonderful experience.

Great hospital. I truly appreciate that Mrs Holli now has it open on weekends with Drs Tipton and Bracey. I ended up having to come back to back weekends. And not only were the doctors understanding and informative but the staff including Mrs. Holli daily were wonderful and caring for my pet.I truly recommend the weekend urgent staff at this hospital. They are always very thorough with their care but also very upfront about any cost before doing care. That saves you from wondering and also able to make the decision. Cost is a little more but well with it.

Tia was so sweet and gentle with my dog Aspen. At the end of our visit I was given two different options for Aspen’s care. Not once did I feel pressured to go with the more expensive option. The team gave me the choice to choose what I felt best, which I really appreciated! I love this clinic!

I do feel like they have good doctors at this place but I feel like their prices are extremely high. I went in for my dog having loose stools and a rash on her abdomen and they recommended all these tests that would have cost over $350. (To be fair that included the office visit which i believe is around $80) I would have included some blood work with that, it could have added up close to $700 today. We called another vet and asked about prices for the same services. For the one test, this vet wanted to charge about $175 The Other Place said their prices range from 40 to $80 depending on how many parasites they were checking for. Blood work and lab work would have been about $200 to $250 at the other place compared to $500 here. I just can't afford these kind of prices I don't know who can. Oh and I left and realized they didn't give me any paperwork that showed what I paid and what was done.

Outstanding service and very caring team! Paula is my "go to" for my two dogs. She always goes above and beyond to help care for your pet. She is resourceful, kind, understanding, and sympathetic. Dr Ted has always been outstanding and Dr. Graves is great too!

My little Buddy got hurt a few weeks ago and the people at Orchard Park Animal Hospital was so kind, friendly and helpful. The doctor gave me good advice to help my little Buddy with her healing process. This is a wonderful place to take your dog or cat if they get hurt!

Normally my puppy is freaked out when she goes to the Vet but after being with the Dr Brown and her assistant for just a few minutes she calmed down and left my arms to go with them for xrays with no problem. This made me feel so comfortable about leaving her with them. So it was worth the price of Care just for this. ❤️. Dr Brown also knew immediately what was wrong with my Bella. I will definitely go back to them.

Danny and Courtney in kennel did a great job with my high anxiety dog, Willow. They trimmed her nails and even got her pads shaved which I was thinking would happen in a best case scenario! She came home smelling really good and her coat is nice and soft.
