Truck parking is very limited at this love’s location right off Interstate 65 but it’s still a nice location, restrooms and showers are clean and well maintained, the employees here are nice and helpful as well.

VERY busy TS. Parking can be found at all times of day. Lots of trucks in and out waiting on Tyson loads. Can be very tight if parking lot fills up. Nice and clean inside. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Stopped here to shower after coming off the road with our pup. First shock was how absolutely disgusting and filthy the dog park is. Trash overflow, grass isn’t cut and completely trashed. Loves is supposed to be clean places friendly facing. This isn’t it. Bathroom had black mold in several places including the shower. Toilet wasn’t cleaned after the last person used it in the shower. We visit truck stops nearly every single day since our home for the most part is a Peter built and I’ll never be back to use hard earned money here.

Standard travel stop that I've come to expect from Love's. Clean, well-stocked, friendly employees. Slightly more expensive gas than smaller stations, but worth the trade-off in my opinion for tidy bathrooms, lots of snacks, and nice employees.Also decent fast food options in/near this stop. Pumps weren't too crowded. A solid stop for a road trip.

Friendly and courteous people. The bathrooms were clean and tidy, as well as the store itself. They actually have an IHOP inside. Downside is that they don't offer any special pancakes. Just the original. They also have Chester Chicken and Godfather's Express. They have several large grassy areas to walk your pets. No complaints on this visit.

Stopped here on our way home on Labor Day. Cashier was very pleasant, women’s bathroom was extremely clean and hubby said men’s was good. We mostly stopped here because of the dog park area. Love this idea and the reason we look for Loves stations when we need gas or a quick snack. Dogs get a nice break as well as us.

I stopped here to clean my windshields, only to find all the squeegees frozen in the buckets. I went inside, and the man behind the counter said there’s no way to stop water from freezing. I looked over at the blue washer solution you put in your vehicle, I said, from where I live, they use this in their washing solution to keep it from freezing. He said he was not going to dump a gallon into any of the buckets and I could buy the solution and add it to a bucket myself. There was two attendants there and they did not really care to hear what I had to say. I would avoid this place with all cost. They are only there for their job, not for the welfare of the Driver to see.

Been Trucking for 9yrs, first time I ever got told I couldn't cook my food there. I been to mostly all the loves and they always welcome me. And in my own state I get told I couldn't.

Customer service here is horrible.The rednecks here are disrespectful. If you ask them a question, they ignore you, Then ask them again they're co employee yells at you like you're in the wrong.Higher management needs to clean up the place.They are the worst and walk around miserable.

This Love's gets a 3⭐ Rating for Coffee or Lack thereof !! Love's Corp needs to address the issues with these Bean to Cup machine Failures. An employee told me "Yeah, those have been Broke for Months... ?? Months ?? Seems like they need to Ditch these Machines and go back to Brewing.I drink Decaffeinated Coffee due to Heart Conditions. It's almost Always on the Bean to Cup machine that's Out of Order or Cleaning or Needing to Be Cleaned!! I'm just picking on this Love's because ALL 3 of their Machines were NOT Functioning - On the Same Day! The fact that the Lady (employee) stated these haven't been working for Months - just Bugs me...just a little more.

ONLY 3 stars because the cashier with the long black hair.. Caucasian... Has no customer service training.. a bit rude.. ignorant.. dismissive... No greet.. no thanks.. nothing... The store itself its huge.. clean.. alcoholic beverage section.... Great spot for truckers.... And pit stops.... Lots of beverages.. snacks and little gift shop... This is a great location... I Would definitely recommend and return

That's the gas station. I'm a new customer but service employees and store exellent. Prices are reasonable but perfect place. From Cleveland to Tennessee only I'm going only this station. Let see anothers.

Tire pass doesn't work and I didn't have a shower on my card instead of helping me out the manager on duty now decided it would be best to stand there and give me a lecture on loves policy's. Other loves have helped me out when I'm behind the eight ball but here not so much. Thanks for listening.

Boy oh boy!!! I love a great Love’s!! This place has three different eating establishments in addition to what the store has to offer. Personnel were very nice very clean. They have a dog park for your for humans!

The pump wasn’t working well so the inside clerk wanted put a large amount on my card. I told Her I didn’t want so she told me to go across the street to Shell.I’m driving cross country and will only stop to pee at LOVES.

Love’s is my favorite truck stop to visit when traveling. The bathrooms are usually nice and clean and you’re greeted when you walk in the door. This stop had a choice of three different restaurants which is nice.

They charge us over $500 three hours of labor for two straight mudflats which plots on it and they said welding on the invoice which was never been welded when i tried to talk the manager He told me carry your own drill which I found it to be very rude

GO ELSEWHERE!! STAY AWAY!!2 soft drinks reg. size = $6This place is just dirty and I think it's because over the time it's been open no one's cleaned. It looks terrible inside. Both the day I went I'm and in the next morning. Very dirty. No products pushed forward. Trash everywhere.Also, the handles were broken in the shower and the shower was extremely dirty. I mean dirty dirty.Yet everyone's standing together talking about if they went out the previous night or not.

Very busy “high volume” store.drivers don’t be an idiot, you know it’ll be full and no parking left by 3pmShowers are usually clean and store/restaurants are ok. I mean it is a truck stop so don’t expect a Michelin star, but taco john’s will always be better than Chester’s chicken. Do you though, let your flag fly and buy what you wish.

Stopped here for propane on 6/26 at 9:10 pm. I used the call box twice, and went inside to speak with the cashiers twice. After hearing "on the way", they still acted like they couldn't be bothered. 180 dollars worth of propane takes about 10 minutes to pump, yet they let me sit out there for OVER AN HOUR before telling me I had to come back the following morning.

It’s true! I had to see for my self. Loves has lost there mind! About 6 months ago I stop in this Location, it had the most friendliest employees and the manager was super nice. What made me so happy was the manager was in there cleaning the bathroom and the showers. That is a very common thing you see at loves, them main managers work! Not true anymore at this poorly run location. They have a new manager and he is a foreigner by the name of Patel! The last few times that I been in here I seen Patel flirting with the new blond headed employees at the fuel counter. He’s always in his office never working. The blonde bimbo‘s are coming in and out of his office! You can tell by the mood of the employees that they are being oppressed by this taskmaster! No friendly faces and lots of frowns. All new employees handpicked by Patel. They were very rude and arrogant! Keep going south for a few miles to the newly built quick trip it’s $.40 cheaper on gas and has truck parking! Grab a shower at the loves on Trinity Lane. Through conversation with other employees, I found out when Patel got hired three months ago that a lot of the nice employees transferred to other stores! I don’t know who’s back he scratched to get this kind of position, he’s only been with loves for three years. I know that he come from up north. Do you know when you let a foreigner run your business, they steal vendor information and ideas that loves has implemented that work. Patel‘s families really rich and they are grooming him to be a competitor of loves. Right now loves is getting robbed of their information and ideas. If I wanted to deal with a foreigner I would have when across the bridge to the Shell station.
