Stopped@the gas pumps to get gas about 7pm Monday March 4th walked up to the window and waited for several min 2 be rung up while the employee Chuck is laughing&having a good old time on his cell phone in the meantime I'm in a hurry to be somewhere I finally had to knock on the window2 get his attention service& attitudes @this location has really went downhill he's not being paid to play on his phone but acts like I'm interrupting what he's got going on we spend our hard earned $ here but they don't care that without customers they wouldn't have a job

This is the worst food store I’ve ever been in!! They never have anything you need & They want you to use self checkout like all stores now however they need a new checkout system. Had to rescan items at 3 different machines cause they weren’t working properly! THEY NEVER DO!!! I never have this problem at Publix!!! This place stresses me out!!!

This store is horrible! I stopped shopping here months ago because they never have what I need and the employees are rude but unfortunately had to stop in today and yet another horrible experience! If you don’t like your job get a new one! I can’t wait until Publix opens!

Just to make a note. I was recently looking for Apple cider and was already aggravated from the previous 2 weeks looking for it also. To make a long story short Dianne took time after her shift to look into it. She discovered it in the back and was able to help me out. I appreciate Dianne for going the extra mile to help me out.

We stopped by the Krogers in White House on the Friday afternoon before the 2017 Eclipse. The store was not overly crowded, no long lines or anything out of the ordinary... however something had happened. The store looked like we had missed a mad snowstorm rush because in places the shelves were completely bare. We are expected to have great weather for the Eclipse on Monday, so I suspect everyone is trying to get ahead of the rush.

My favorite Kroger of all time. This place has everything. They are never out of anything and their produce is so fresh. I've never had a wait checking out either.

I can’t begin to tell you the disappointment I have had with this store. !! Every time I shop I find a coupon that is not up to par. I have to go back I. The store because the coupon did not show up on my receipt!!! As Americans we are constantly shopping for coupons because of the economy!! Especially retired Americans!! I always find an error in my receipt an I have to go back in the store to correct it !!! If you are on social security you definitely understand!!My question is why should anyone have to question the price of anything!! My experience has been I have always had to observe the prices of things!!! I can’t begin to tell you how many times KROGER S had overcharged me a. I have had to go back inside the store for a refund!!! I am definitely tired of this store an there non- friendly ness to the public !! Everyone should be aware that Publix is coming to whitehouse an costo is coming to Hendersonville. !!

Never ordering a cake again! I placed an order and paid a week prior to my son's birthday was told they could do it no problem. Apparently the lady who took the order dont work there anymore .The day before my son's party I was notified that was not the case that drawing a picture on a cake if they don't have a kit for it is just something they couldn't do. One of the workers did work with me to fix the issue with a slightly different idea so we still had what we needed thank goodness but to let me know last minute was ridiculous.

I'm pretty sure a prerequisite to work at this store is to be a raging a**hole! There is one nice lady here. The rest must hate life so badly that they just exude unhappiness and misery. I'll be glad when Publix finally comes to White House. They are all nice!

Do not use their online order pick up!! 3 separate occasions I was missing product! $35 worth of frozen items and last time about $50 worth of food, one of the items was a $35 brisket. Store is under construction and the managers and front end people don't seem to care about the issues I had. Left not for store manager to call and they never reached out. Store will be nice once construction is done but hopefully they get some new employees that do better job. Some are nice and help but seems like there are more that are lacking.2/25/23 update. Tried pickup again 18 pack of eggs had three broken inside. Do they not check the pack before they put into cart???

Bought pork chops that were on sale and allegedly in date till the 30th. Got home and they placed rotten pork chops underneath “ok” ones. They reaked. Stop putting the health of your community in jeopardy. You do not play with the dates on pork! Absolutely sickening I worked late and now everything’s closed and now I can’t provide my family with a decent dinner. Thanks guys!

It's great, but they just doubled the size of the building, and my legs tend to give out sooner than later,So now I ride in one of the carts that you can drive, and put your stuff in the basket. As long as Kroger has someone who's responsible enough to keep them all charged up. Most people will be happy.

The quality of food has gone downhill. Nothing is ever fresh! Don’t forget to check the dates. I’ve purchased ground turkey multiple times just to have it expire before the expiration date!

I have fallen many times at the White House, Tennessee location including Yesterday. Yesterday I slipped and fell in a PUDDLE before 12:54p.m on October 30, 2021, in front of customer service/self checkout. While trying to get up I slipped again while an employee just watched not bothering to even offering to help me stand up. I am 8 months pregnant. No employees even talked to me and instead she just went to get a garbage can to put by the puddle. clearly the employees don't care about the customers to even offer a hand up. Honestly disappointed. I left to change and when I came back, they had multiple slipper signs placed and a bucket to catch watch water coming from the ceiling.It would've been nice to at least have had help or someone to ask if I was alright. Not a very safe store.

Well it's DEFINITELY not Public's!!!The store is looking good after the big remodel, but customer service sucks.The past 3 times I've been there I've had to bag my own groceries. I would be ok with that if I had went through a self checkout, but this was through the regular lines.Each time it seemed like the employees were just wandering around talking to each other riding the time clock.This is sad because the produce is fresh and the meat is good but poor customer service makes me not want to shop there.

Came to get gas and shop today. Get home and realize they charged me for my gas and groceries which is fine. However, they put a additional hold on my account for 125.50 and said the charge would fall off in 3-5 business days. Never have they ever done this in all the years I’ve been shopping here. Will not be back! This is an outdated practice and my money better be back in my account!!!!

Great Kroger is you enjoy shopping in a ware house and checking out your own groceries. This location is in the midst of a remodel right now, and I don't like the new layout. The aisles are not coordinated and the store is really understaffed. There are times that even there self checkout machines have lines. Hopefully in the next few months the remodel is finished and the store layout is easier to shop. On a positive note, Kroger Pickup is usually fast and efficient.

The store has been awful lately. Tried going in the morning or evening on multiple days of the week over the past month. Items are always out of stock and when I ask a worker if I can find one they always say it is on the next truck. Store open hours are constantly shrinking. Used to be 24/7 then 6 to 11 and now 7 to 10. The walmart up the road has better hours, prices and is stocked no matter when I go there. Same exact items between the stores so I don't understand why Kroger can't stock it. Only benefit is the 3 cents off gas but other gas stations in town are usually 3 cents less or cheaper.

Always very well organized. The employees are very helpful. Everything is easy to find. I am not sure why but I can always seem to get in and out of this Kroger faster than any other Kroger! The produce is also better than most. I started going here when my Kroger quit keeping anything in stock. After many requests for restock on regular items. It is a little farther to drive but definitely worth it because I haven't left there one time with something missing because it wasn't stocked! Very nice place with nice people!

Had the sweetest girl bring me my groceries today! She was super sweet and respectful. Her name was Ava and I 100% recommend her for everyone else. If you need someone this talented go to White House Kroger ASAP. Best service I have EVER received from this location. Will definitely be going back when she takes out my groceries.

Kroger is our go to for grocery shopping in WH. We went to Kroger today for typical Sunday shopping. We got in line and Josh was our cashier. He was INCREDIBLE! Kept good conversation, super nice and very quick to keep the line moving. We always have a great experience, but today really stood out because of Josh. Thank you for making our day, Josh!!
