House of Paws is a gem! We take our two dogs (husky and lab mix) for boarding and doggie day camp regularly and these ladies are fantastic. It’s clear they truly care for your pets and have consistently superior customer service. Our dogs lose their minds with excitement when we say the words House of Paws and can’t wait to get to the car; they’re always happy and clean upon pickup and the grooming options are great. We just had a baby and leaving our furbabies with House of Paws for our delivery was smooth, and gave us such peace of mind. Truly kind, caring and dedicated people. We are lifelong fans!

I have had nothing but positive experiences taking my puppy here for day care!The staff is friendly,nice and making appointments is a breeze!They do car pick up/ drop off which is really cool and convenient.My puppy loves going to daycare here and once the awesome employees have his leash he doesn't even look back!They post pictures on their Facebook of the pups playing which is conforming and sometimes hilarious! Another plus is they are very reasonably priced.

Our dog Clyde has been going to House of Paws for over a year for daycare, and he LOVES it and everyone there! I love seeing the pics they post almost every day of my dog and all the other happy dogs romping around and playing - you can tell the staff really cares about the pooches! He is one tired dog when he gets home, and you know what they say (or is it just me?) - a tired dog is a good dog!

I've been taking my dog here since he was a puppy and he LOVES it! Everytime I drop him off he bolts to his favorite groomer and best buddies, without even looking back. Maddie does a fantastic job at grooming him exactly the way I want it.

Our boy has been going to house of paws for about a year. He usually goes about once a week and he LOVES it. He loves the people there. They remember his name and speak to him as we would. I also love that they are transparent and communicate when they are at high capacity (which is a concern we had at a previous daycare where he got very sick with kennel cough- and we were never informed that multiple dogs had it during his stay). We love that we can tell that he loves going and actively see that they love him and that their hearts are really for the animals they look after. We could not recommend house of paws enough for daycare or grooming!

They take amazing care of my service dog, Nestle! Staff are friendly, love dogs, and have wonderful communication. When I first started coming here, I was nervous because PetSmart groomers had injured my dog's ears and tail. I read reviews here and no one had fears bringing their puppies here, and staff were kind on the first meeting. I was a little nervous on how long they would take to groom Nestle, since she needs to be with me or near me most of the day, but they've always gotten her in and out, completely clean, with no problem. I highly recommend this location!Plus, you're supporting a small business! (Call your senator about the high taxes that only small businesses have to pay! Places like this are a G-d send and should be getting more tax breaks than Walmart does!)

House of Paws is amazing!! I cannot say enough GREAT things about the staff and owner. They are so attentive to the dogs and I love how excited they are to see my dog every morning. When my dog and I are about 10 min away from House of Paws, he starts wagging his tail and cannot sit still because he’s so excited! This is the first time we’ve ever been to a doggy daycare and we 100% made the right decision. I feel confident in knowing my dog will be taken care of while I’m at work. If you’re contemplating House of Paws, stop contemplating and get to filling out an application! My only regret is not sending my dog sooner.

The staff at House of Paws did a great job taking care of our sweet Ava whenever we had to kennel her there. They treated her as if she was their own fur baby. ❤️ She was always so happy to see them, too! She crossed over the rainbow bridge back in September, but if I ever get another dog, I will definitely use them again! 10/10

One and done for us. They won’t feed your dog at day care (only boarding) and our dog came back smelling horrible and like pee. The employees that we dropped our dog off to and picked up from were not friendly and seemed annoyed that we were asking questions about her first day. We will definitely be looking for a different option as we just moved to the area.

Our vet, Portland Animal Hospital gave our reserved boarding spot away. The day of our flight and last minute cancelation, The house of Paws accepted my 5 year old lab as a temporary resident. Oliver, our 5 year old lab is aggressive towards strangers and is usually sedated for vet visits. . Not once did they drug my dog, when we returned they welcomed him back. We have a new fur family care practice

My husband and I had a last minute emergency delivery of our baby and House of Paws was amazing!!! They cared for our pup Storm so well. Thank you House of Paws for being there for Storm. Our baby boy is now home from the hospital, heart surgery, and lung surgery and this facility was a blessing to board our pup last minute and for so long. He is so much calmer now and seems to love the baby. Thank you house of paws. I highly recommend them to anyone that needs their dogs cared for. We will definitely board Storm here again.

We absolutely love House of Paws! Any one who asks, we recommend. We used to take our 100lb German Shepherd Nash (our baby boy) here for doggy day care randomly throughout the week but now we use the boarding services more often due to our schedule changes. We always know Nash is in good hands when we leave him. AnneMarie is patient and kind along with all of the staff they have there. Highly recommend.

We LOVE House of Paws and all they do for not only the animals at the facility, but within the community as well! You won’t find anyone that cares more about your pup than this organization! I’ve personally witnessed them sleep on the lobby sofa to help dogs that had anxiety and leave their own house during storms to make sure the animals were okay at HOP! Highly recommend!!

House of paws is the best!! Every time I take my pup for daycare or a bath she is always very excited to go and it’s tough to get her to come home! House of Paws is so wonderful. The owner is simply amazing and the staff there is just as awesome. It's a clean and friendly facility and they take care of our dog like she's one their own. Wehave a pupper that is kinda sassy and particular about things, but she always leaves happy every time and meets a new friend while she's there.

We take our pup here three times a week, the girls that meet us outside are always so nice Barrett! He comes home and is exhausted every time, they also post pictures of your animals on Facebook. It’s nice to see your dog having fun with other dogs during the day, this place is awesome!!

We had 2 dogs that were boarded for 1 week. We usually use a different boarder but they were full for the week. We board our dogs pretty regularly so are familiar with the process and care provided. We came to pick them up this morning and they are soaked in urine. I’m not sure if they didn’t take them out enough or what happened. Either way they should have at least given them a bath. We will not bring our dogs here ever again.

Although I am retired and home most days, I drive from Gallatin to make sure my dog has playtime with peers. Mo is completely loved like family at House of Paws and the staff takes such great care of him while he is there. They are cautious regarding the heat and cold as Mo is a 5 lb. (7 + yrs) Yorkie. So, the weather does not keep him from “school.” He likes to see his friends and I appreciate that the staff make every effort to be sure the dogs are engaged socially AND physically with play throughout the day. If Mo seems exhausted from all the excitement, the staff recognizes his need for “time out” away from the others, but he leaves this place a very happy pup when I pick him up. He eats and sleeps better after he has attended. I especially like that the staff allow him play as a dog and not try to keep him from the others because of his size. Because of these animal associations, Mo has become more calm, content, and secure at home, too. As to the staff, I’ve dealt mostly with Anne Marie and Amy. I trust these gals implicitly with my baby and happily board him here occasionally, knowing it is a clean and healthy experience for my little guy. They have courteously addressed any issue I have had as exemplary professionals. House of Paws is now part of MY family.

We absolutely LOVE House of Paws!! We live in Hendersonville and drive all the way to White House because it is the ONLY place we will leave our GSD Ace!! So reliable, caring, clean, and affordable. I love that they post pics of your pets while your away, annd they are always easy to contact and quick to respond. Would highly recommend their grooming and daycare services as well!!! Our Ace is so so happy being there and always is eager to go.

Our GoldenDoodle has a ton of energy. His little mind is constantly going. We don’t know what we would do without House of Paws. They take such good care of him and he runs his little legs off there. Our sweet Kona Mae LOVES this place. She gets so excited when we tell her let’s go to day care. They also love her and greet her with the sweetest smiles when I drop her off. This is a great place to let your pups run off that energy.

My dog was traumatized here. Didn’t want to eat for almost 4 days after I picked him up. Also had what they said were sores from rubbing on the cages. Well, I don’t know what they were, but even with me cleaning and putting antibiotic cream on them they just kept getting worse. $450 vet bill later, sealed it for me not ever bring my dog back here!
