I like the fact the Veterinarian takes time to speak with you. Our JoJo seems to never act up with them. That says alot seeing how he has been FIRED from his previous groomer after a year of service 😔 Thank you for taking care of our JoJo 💙

This was our first visit and I'm definitely pleased. The staff are great. Sherie was great with my mom's dog and explaining care and follow up with my mom.Added bonus they called my mom earlier than expected with lab results. Highly recommend.

Very friendly and are excellent at handling anxious fur baby parents. They treated my baby girl very well (she's not afraid to go to the vets) and are reasonably priced for their services. My family has gone to them for decades for our pets and has never had a problem

I walked in at 11:59am not realizing they close for lunch at noon. One tech gave me the most unwelcoming and awkward look like I had done something horribly wrong by opening their unlocked front door. Instead of just saying they were about to close up she held this awkward confused stare. It wouldn’t have been a big deal but she needs to work on how she handles situations like that. Good lord 🤦‍♀️

All Animals Vet clinic is by far the BEST clinic I have EVER taken any of my pets to! Dr. Ellie and Dr. Greg are so caring and wonderful to my dogs! My dogs love going to the vet! The staff is also extremely helpful and even cleaned my dogs crate when my dog vomited on the way to the clinic. I didn't even ask them, they volunteered!!! That's A+ service in my book! I highly recommend this clinic for your pet! They were so compassionate when I had to put down my old man dog. It was such a hard situation but their care and concern really helped me through it.We love All Animals clinic!

Love this place! They are so sweet and knowledgeable. My dog was acting very odd and the doc had 3 surgeries in the same morning but still managed to squeeze us in! Had been there before for well visits but loved their heart for hurting dogs too!

Strange how they have a phone system that only accepts one line. You call during hours and they are busy. Poor way to do business and turn away life time customers and all the potential referrals that go along with it when such a simple solution.

I would not take my animals anywhere else. I do not live in White Bluff, I drive the extra few minutes because it is definitely worth it! Unfortunately, I recently had to have my parents dog put to sleep, they could not have been any nicer. Amazing staff!!!!

Love the vets but the staff is ridiculous and can be heartless. My pets have used them for years but when one of them was old, suffering and the possibility existed we would have to end her life, we were told there were no appointments but we could "drop her off". Seriously??? Then I found out from the vet that would see her the advice regarding flea meds (from staff not vet) was bad and caused more suffering. We will not be going back. By the way, she is back home with us and hopefully has a good bit more time with us :)

My dog fell asleep under my car and I ran her over. White bluff Animal Clinic was there to help me . They even gave me a cold cup of water to help calm me down .

I asked to stop by and pick up medicine for my dogs pain & condition that we already knew the answer too from a previous visit . They refused while my dog is in agony and peeing blood because they wanted the extra money for the same test & physical exams we already performed LOL. I let them know my situation because I work 50/60 hours a week and usually don’t have time during business hours to do anything with , but just so happened to have time today at 4:45 with them closing at 5. They told me their hours are what their hours are , and I told them that’s fine , my livelihood and jobs hours ARE what they are as well and I just wanted medicine for my dogs discomfort. They refused , will not be going back . They could care less if my dog died .

The staff at White Bluff Animal Clinic is absolutely the best staff we have ever dealt with. Jan and Sherie were fabulous and took care of our furbabies like they were their own. Unfortunately our 2 furbabies usually have a difficult time at the vet from past experiences in our former city. Sherie and Jan made it a very pleasant visit for us and our 2 furbabies. Definitely would recommend this place for any pet owner that loves to take care of their pets. Thank you White Bluff Animal Clinic!
