If I could give this store no stars, I would. I found a living roach crawling on one of the registers and mouse ran across one of the aisles (the ice cream, i think). When management was told about these, they did nothing to solve it. The produce constantly has bugs around it and the cashiers are killing flies at the register daily. I used to love this store but nothing is fresh if bugs are around and pests aren't took cared of.

Great place for groceries. They especially have good deals going on all the time. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable.

This is a great grocery store. They have most everything a person needs. They may not have some items that the larger stores have. For instance I was looking for tuna steaks today with no luck. There meat department is great. The meats are always fresh and if high quality.

Great place to buy meat!I've been going here for years for miscellaneous groceries every once in a while but always for meats. I just had a ribeye bought at their store and it was just like the others I've bought here, delicious. It's not all in how you cook it, it has to be a good cut of meat in order to be good on a plate and these people have consistently had a great selection of great quality meats for many years.They're a small town store so maybe not the best place to do all your grocery shopping but definitely a great place to buy your pork and beef. They also make their own style of sausage and bacon.

Great little grocery. The employees are always super nice, have excellent manners (the younger ones- older ones too!). Great place to grab a quick needed item. They have a great flavored coffee creamer selection and their butcher shop is so reasonably priced!

I went in tonight to pick up a few things for supper. I ended up not having enough money and the very sweet young lady behind my finished helping me get the rest of my supper. The cashier and bagger was so patient and kind. They kept a very good attitude and did not scrutinize me or made me feel unworthy of being in the store. The store was socked, clean, and my experience has always been great everytime I shop there. Actually I have never had a bad experience in this store. I absolutely love this store and my community. We so very blessed to have each other.

This store is conveniently located for my family but if given the choice we go farther abroad. It seems they select newhires that fit a clique of the most customer service deficient people in our area. No smiles. No thank you. Actually you feel in their way and an interruption of their day. The only fairly nice person was the mgr recently hospitalized. Examples of the rudeness throughout my use of their store have been...me 8 months pregnant and a full basket of groceries. The person bagging offers a young girl 2 bags laden a helping hand while I'm struggling to get outside the oddly set up door. Another time I need to trade in a propane tank the young man tells me we are out. I know how they refill and seal tanks. They had plenty and he didnt want to help me. Thats enough they arent worth the time. Convenient location is all they got.

I love going there when I'm in the bluff , they are a big store with a small town feel .the employees treat you like family and they have great products and produce

Glad for the convenience of this store but was appalled the other day while I was checking out and the very tall/ large woman running the cash register with a tied twig of hair sticking straight out of the front of her head was openly putting down other customers. Talking about their tattoos and how they were dressed in a very demeaning manner, laughing at them and giving them mean looks. I definitely will go to Dollar Store in the same town before I will go back there. I don't want to spend my money at a place that condones this type of behavior.

I shop here frequently as it is convenient, as usual they had everything I needed on my shopping list, I was able to easily locate what I was looking for and I always appreciate their pick 5 butcher special plus service has always been friendly

i am 26 years old from southern indiana. i am vacationing here for the weekend for a girls trip. i stumbled upon this door on the way to kroger and decided to check it out. after spending $150 on mic. grocery items, they carded me on my alcohol. being carded was no big deal as i am 26 years old. the young associate took my ID to what appeared to be, a manger who held it for at least 5 minutes. the manger then came back to me and told me that my ID was “fake” because my ID did not have a brown star on the top right corner. according to her “google image search” that is what indiana license look like. after i explained to her that it is only if you are going to travel via airplane, and has to be on your license by October of 2020. she then refused to serve me alcohol and i asked to for her to scan it to prove to her that it is real and she said, “we can’t do that here.” if you’re going to sell alcohol, you need to be able to distinguish between a real and a fake drivers license. as this was inconvenient for me, i took my business to the shell gas station less than a mile down the road, where the attendant easily scanned my REAL Indiana drivers license and i walked out with a 12 pack of beer. moral of this comment: do not sell alcohol if you cannot distinguish between a real or fake ID. for this is really inconvenient for out of town guests.i know in the future that i will continue 5 extra miles down the road to kroger where i can use my 100% legal indiana drivers license.
