Jessica was a pleasure to do business with & makes shopping at this DG worthwhile. She's a hard worker, kind person, and very knowledgeable about the stock.The store was well ordered & service was prompt.Jessica deserves a raise or a bonus or both.

I called to inquire if they had any cell phones, (because i had stopped at 2 and they were both sold out!) The associate was busy with a customer and asked if i would call back in 2 minutes.. i was shocked when he called me back.. i arrived at the store and Jon was eager to help and answered my questions. If he didn't know he figured it out.. he was patient and kind.. the world needs more Jon's.. this store is always clean and staff are great.. they could step up their arts and crafts, no complaints from me.

This store has gone from bad to worse! Thanks DG for eliminating customer service all together!! Not even a hello or thank you.. really surprised you don't have robots stocking the shelves? Because in this store you have to do self checkout and that's why I won't be coming back to this store. If I wanted self checkout I'd go to Walmart!2 employees and neither paying any attention to the register! 1 stocking and the other check in the truck.

The building was nice but the employee we not friendly, didn't speak and weren't wearing masks. The man at the register was eating while waiting on customers. Gross! I guess he doesn't realize or care that saliva carries disease and corona virus.

DG made a mistake of putting in self service registers. The employees hired do not want to answer assistance lights or even come out of the back room even though you can hear their personal conversations. I have been there twice and not been able to get assistance at the registers. I do not need these products but I wonder how they sell tobacco products if employees be refuse to provide customer service. They ignore the assistance lights at the registers. I would understand if they were busy putting up stock but you can see and hear them lounging in the back room behind the registers. I will not go back to this location. Changes need to be made here to prevent this store from closing due to lack of business.

At first this was a very nice store, now it seems neglected. There is clutter in the aisles and the self check out register was filthy. I really like going to this store because it's close to my house, but it needs some attention and employees are not wearing masks.

Manager and cashier did not know how to work the cash register. It wouldn't except my card and she said that they had to reset the internet " they guess". Told me I needed to wait 5 minutes and then try the card again. I didn't have 5 extra minutes. So if your not paying with cash you better not shop there.
