I like this store (specifically). Let's face it, a Dollar Tree is what it is. However, this store stays well stocked and the employees work to keep the store clean. The aisles are generally uncluttered and easy to pass (not an easy task for a wheelchair, at some stores), and they're pretty quick to open a 2nd register if a line forms. Almost all the clerks are very friendly, and quick to help when asked.

The store is always clean and pretty organized, but lately I’ve noticed 2 specific employees have whipped out their phones while checking me out. I find this extremely rude and to be terrible customer service. I work in customer service and would never do this to a customer.

On New Year’s Eve they’re supposed to close at 8 PM. They close their door at 7 PM instead lazy worker.

Good experience today, but this is not unusual. I have never had a bad experience here. All the staff are always nice and friendly, they try to help as much as possible. They usually get pretty decent items in on their weekly trucks, just not like the big stores in the big cities. Good variety though, and clean store. Today, I did have an unpleasant visit. I bought a contact lense case and when I got to the counter and checked out, upon paying was informed by the manager that he couldn't sale me the case because it was supposed to be discontinued. Now I understand issues like this so I'm ok with it, and I am a regular customer here, however, he was very rude about it and jerked the item out of my bag and took off down the isle with it. I politely said "There's a bunch on the peg board where that one was"! 🙂 He seemed to huff and puff a little more and said he guessed he would be pulling a bunch of stock tonight. Sorry not sorry. I'm always nice and considerate because I have a Business Management Degree and own my own Small Business and deal with the public but I @also believe you have to give respect to get respect. I hope it gets better.

Edit: Not so nice lately. What happened DT? 🤔DT in Waynesboro, TN is one of the nicest around. Always clean & neat. Hopefully with all the change in management over this last year, it will continue to be a well stocked nice clean store. 😊

Best dollar tree I’ve been too hands down!! To me it out does Hohenwald’s, Franklins few I’ve been too and lawrenceburg with the items they have💜 everything is clean and well stocked especially in the craft isle it’s my favorite by far … it’s definitely worth the 30 minute drive for me Please keep it up 👍🏼

I wish they still carried the cinnamon hard candy, and the spearmint slices, but it seems to be the same at other Dollar Trees, too.This particular store has to be the cleanest and most organized DT I have ever been in!

Employees were not very friendly today and when asked about items that were out of stock, no one had any idea when or IF they would ever receive them back in. The store was extremely helpful in the beginning but now they leave a lot to be desired.

So the Dollar Tree is still a great place to shop bc everythin' is still a dollar, but have heard that their prices are goin' to be raised up to a $1.25 then I think they should have to change their name to somethin' different to that suggested their prices are no longer just a dollar but a dollar in a quarter.

Well of course Everything's a Dollar but they have a lot of good things in there they have snacks potato chips cheese you name it they have it I buy a lot of things in there they have a lot of pretty fake flowers all kinds of crafts plates glasses detergent all kinds of things for the kitchen you name it and it's all a dollar I love Dollar Tree
