The last review 6 months ago? Perhaps it was a bad day but PAC Lumber saved my hide today LAST MINUTE request for pressure treated lumber DELIVERED ASAP. Was in a panic situation last minute need, PAC lumber answered phone first ring at 8:05 AM today, Payden in sales took care of me and not having to go to a Dickson Lumber supply, and having delivery immediately could not ask for more.Courteous, helpful, great experience overall

PAC lumber is the place to go for just about anything you need. Had them build my garage and it turned out awesome! Easy to design right in the store. Very professional crew hardly any waste left at the end of the job. Anytime I called I was treated great and all my questions were answered. Thanks to Christopher and all the PAC lumber employees for all the help.

We have a huge build going on for a year and we set up an account for our builder to use at PAC. PAC has been very fair with their prices and competitive with with the large box stores. It is nice that for every purchase we get a statement emailed to us. We appreciate all that you have provided to make our build a success. I am enjoying that we don't have to run to Dickson to Lowe's! Pac has provided all our needs so far without having to leave Waverly as it should be! There prices on lumber are very compatible with Lowe's, in fact they beat them on some lumber and it's a better quality! They also deliver!!

This business has shoddy customer service. The sales staff do not call customers back even after several calls, messages left and a period of several days going by. If you stop by in person, you’re told the sales staff are not there.
