Dr. Turney and her crew were so wonderful. We had never been to this clinic before, but we had a scare with our senior Aussie… were running late getting to the clinic, called to let them know we were on the way, and they were there waiting on us. Dr. Turney did everything she needed to get an idea of what might be going on and took time to talk to me about it. You can tell she truly cares. Would definitely go back.

I am new to the area and when my Anatolian Shepherd suddenly started acting funny I wanted to quickly get him to a veterinarian. East Brook Animal Clinic made the time to work my dog into their busy schedule. Dr. Rebecca and the entire staff were friendly, kind, caring and knowledgeable. I have an 18yr old deaf American Bulldog I rescued from a very abusive situation. He is sweet but doesn’t like his ears being messed with. I had muzzled him before taking him for his appointment but didn’t need it. They were so gentle with him and took time to gain his trust before examining him. They showed a lot of care and a genuine love for animals. I would definitely recommend them for all your pets medical needs.

I’ve taken my 120lb German Shepard here for a couple years now. Although he is huge and even intimidating to some people, Dr.Batey and her crew have done such a professional and loving job with him. This week my German Shepard needed emergency surgery on his stomach. I was hysterical and didn’t know what to expect. Dr. Batey and her wonderful staff saved my dogs life. They kept him over night, and were able to get him in on such short emergency notice without hesitation. And all for a price i was able to manage. I’ll never be able to thank this clinic and crew enough for everything they’ve done and everything they continue to do. They are professional, and knowledgeable, on every breed or size pet you might have. Thank you East Brook.

I made the difficult decision to have our oldest cat, Princess, put to sleep today, and while I've taken our pets here so often in the last 20 years, and have always experienced genuine care from their staff, I was so pleasantly surprised when Dr. Batey walked over and hugged me following the sad procedure. It made me cry even more, but I so appreciated that. The three staff members who I was in contact with today were all very pleasant and caring.

Our toy schnauzer Liza got into the trash, and evidently ate something toxic and became very sick. Dr. Baty and her staff took over and saved her life. We have taken several of our cherished pets to East Brook, and have never been disappointed. They are the best. They love our pets as much as we do.

We had taken our dog here on a Saturday since they are open till 12. Our dog wasn't eating, drinking, and she had FAD. (Allergic to fleas) As soon as the doctor comes in she is rude! Telling me she has worked all week and now she is having to working on Saturday and has to be at a wedding! I apologize and told her thanks for seeing us anyway. I began to explain how we had rescued the dog when family of a neighbor left her after the owner passed away. We didnt really want another pet but didnt want to see this very old dog left to fend for herself either.we toldvherbour dog had gotten in the cats food and had vomited. I told her we had held food 24 hours after being sick and given her water. She stopped me and says what about her FAD? She said Her hair is falling out!? 🙄OBVIOUSLY! She is 15 yrs old from your guess!! I tell her you havent given me time to explain everything I wanted to ask about. She had NEVER been sick to have to take her! She stay inside! Sleeps with our daughters! So she defiantly isnt neglected!! The doctor then tells me she should have been to the doctor years ago!!😑 Uuuh Did u here me when i told you we rescued her not even two years ago so how could i have taken her YEARS AGO!??? Anyway she said all she could about how horrible i am for not bringing her to the vet!! But what she does know is two days after we rescued our dog s tree fell on our home almost killing me my husband and our 3 kids. After finally getting our home fixed one week later my husband had a massive stroke a blood clot on his brain. With Gods grace he lived! Once home covid 19 comes and we dont have the hours we use to. So we cant afford the HIGH prices you have to pay to get anything from a vet!!! This doctor was worried about having to work on the weekend.... most people wish they could! She wants to complain about having to go to a wedding!!!!! MOST PEOPLE ARE NOT MEETING IN LARGE GROUPS TO STOP THE SPREAD OF COVID!!! She said our dog was dying of a uterus disease because she wasn't spaded... uum no she isnt it was food poison for cat food!!!!! Then i still had to pay $130 for two shots!! I will never go here again!! No class at all from doctor!!

Not a bad vet, only problem I had was they gave my dog 2 doses of heart worming and found out FROM THEM that having 2 can be harming to my dog. Seems to me they were more worried about me coming in for visit after visit for money and not focusing on my dog and what they gave him. They didn't document he already had one dose and blamed me for him getting sick cause I gave it to him. I didn't go to vet school to know not to give him what the vet prescribed I would of continued to take my dog there cause ppl make mistakes but when they acted like I should known better blamed n got smart with me I canceled my approach n will not go back! This was my first pet also

These folks are very knowledgeable with your pets. I have a 15 year old dog that was getting down in his hips and having great difficulty getting up. Dr. Baty prescribed him an anti inflammatory pill and a chewy joint pill which has made a tremendous difference in his mobility. I am thankful for their medicinal training.

Don't bother taking your pet here on the weekends for an emergency if you're between paydays or short of cash until your next paycheck... took my pom here a few years ago with her stomach swollen up due to a hernia and the doctor who came in didn't want to do anything but give a pain shot because I didn't have any cash with me that night. Took her to Waverly Animal Clinic on Clydeton Rd that Monday and was told if I had waited much longer, she would have died. Ended up paying $1,100 for the surgery later that week. East Brook lost my business forever over this. Not someone to trust your pet with.
