New pharmacist (DD or similar) is very unprofessional and unfriendly. Tech isn’t much better. No above and beyond service from these women. Not sure where the nice staff went but we’ll be going elsewhere for pharmacy needs.

Company CVS policies do not favor their customers. They try to trick you to their advantage. Policies in the pharmacy also trick you. They put you on auto refills even when you request not to be! There seems to be a large turnover in pharmacy personnel. Some of them really don’t care at all.I hope someone reads this!

My recent visit was very good. The store personnel has improved their customer service skills tremendously. We appreciate the professional but friendly demeanor. Thank you for the great service I received at the drive through window!
